Current 3 year tenant, the place used to be great ...

Current 3 year tenant, the place used to be great until Olympus took over. Since then everything has gone down hill. My lease renewal went up $1,000 per month. Not $1,000 total, but a $1,000 increase monthly over my previous rate. When I went to the office to have my concerns addressed the lady said there was nothing she can do. I asked to speak to her manager and she replied she s not here but I can give you her contact number but she is just going to call me and tell me to take care of it, and I m just going to tell you the same thing

Completely unprofessional. I called corporate to voice my concerns the person said I would get a call back..... still waiting.....

I would never recommend this complex!
