It was okay for the first couple of months. We had a great view of the lake and nice neighbors. Over time, I started to notice a number of spiders present inside of the apartment. They do have pest control every few months or so but it did not seem to help. People do not pick up behind their dogs and the ducks in the lake use the bathroom everywhere, it was really gross. About 6 months in, we started have issues with parking. The parking lot would sometimes be full by 7pm which sucks because I work late some days. The guys who do the maintenance are awesome but be aware of the staff in the leasing office. I would not speak to anyone outside of Dani, the office manager, because the other ones aren't up to date on policies and will literally tell you whatever. I did not choose to renew my lease after my year.
