I am a current resident at Olympus 7th Street Station. When I first leased, Kate was the Manager and she was incredible, so kind and genuine. That day I also met Sarah the Leasing consultant, she was very thoughtful and thorough with the process. Even though Kate had already showed me the apartment, we went back a month later and brought my mom so she could see as well. And Sarah helped us with no problem. When we got settled in, the first day of move in, I was informed that Kate was moved to a different property and that Aubrey the Assistant at the time was being promoted. Aubrey was no different than Kate! She was sweet and kind and very helpful and very involved. And then brought Cameron and Hannah, I m not sure what Olympus s requirements are to work there, but EVERYONE is just so nice and respectful and smiles always. The customer service here is high class. My home on West 7th feels like an actual home because of the community, staff, and upgrades in my apartment. This place gives the city a home feel with the trees on property. It s super close to all fun areas and grocery shopping is a breeze. Pricing is very appropriate and I would say more competitive than other communities around. The maintenance team is awesome here too. Every time I put a work order in, it s filled the next day. We had issues with our dish washer and they brought us a brand new one for our convenience! I d say my favorite amenity has to be the Valet Living trash service, the compactor is far and its nice being able to set our trash out and have our recycling taken as well.
