As part of the Samsung action when buying a new Galaxy S9 (Fr. 150.- from Samsung, rest of Mobiltouch AG) I sent my really as new-looking gold-colored Galaxy S7, because with a total of Fr. 287.- were offered. Postwendend came a mail with the remark that the "clearly scratched" S7 including Fr. 150.- by Samsung only a total of Fr. 210.- was worth. My new Galaxy S7 with a one-year warranty would have been reimbursed only with Fr. 60.- !! Would like to know, at what price and at what state MobileTouch my S7 later advertised. Certainly as "as new", which would have corresponded to the fact. At least the S7 was sent back to me as desired. I first had to reset the device to the factory settings !! 2 days later I sold it privately for Fr. 300.-. I am totally disappointed in this business, beware of Mobiletouch AG!
Only in retrospect, I read the numerous totally negative reviews of Mobiletouch AG and noticed that this approach has apparently system. Not only caution but HAENDE OFF of Mobiletouch AG !!!

Your answer is outrageous, yes, I have understood, nice speeches, swollen words, all sound and smoke. They just wanted to fool me by making my S7 inferior. With this untruth they wanted to do business. This is obviously their strategy, which is "reasonable" for them and totally reprehensible and unreasonable to me.
Incredible this self-praise from Mobiletouch AG in such a poor overall rating!

After all negative reviews, I was not sure if I should send in my LG G4, which I bought at microspot. After encouragement by the LG customer service, I did it then. Have my LG repaired after 7-10 days received. There are no costs incurred. Great, I am satisfied!

I have to thank Mobiletouch for the great and quick service! Kurtz before Christmas the speaker on my Samusng tablet was broken and I wanted to travel in a few days. At Google I found Mobiletouch AG and found out that they also offer express repairs in their shop in Zweideln. I drove there and my tablet was fixed in an hour. I had to pay an express surcharge of CHF 25, of course, but I absolutely needed the repair. I will definitely contact Mobiletouch again next time ....

After all the bad reviews that are read about Mobiletouch AG, I thought, maybe they deserve a second chance ... I could not have been wrong !!! I brought my only 6 months old bought in Switzerland LG G4 smartphone for repair on warranty, because the device can not boot. An employee took the device to the "workshop". Only two minutes later he came back and told me that it was a French device, for which there is no warranty coverage (although I have presented the purchase receipt), and in fact it needs a new "mother-board", which is about CHF 200 ,- would cost. Repair time .... who knows? .... Whether that's true at all, I dare to doubt! An utterly "unhelpful" and dubious service.
It is a shame that companies like Samsung, LG, Migros, Coop, Mediamarkt etc. give their good name to Mobiletouch AG so that it can be ruined in such a way. NEVER AGAIN!

Very bad. Bought my phone from Digitec who deals with Mobiletouch for repair. My phone was not charging anymore. I just received it today (it's a Cat S60 so, planned to be waterproof at 5M and Made to go under water (or FACT, the manufacturer gives a user manual on how to use it under the water). water and in their guarantee they convent the damage of water intake) The telephone was well sealed before my sending to Mobiletouch, now, a simple dip in a sink and hop, it is full of water. miserable customer service ... I sent my cell phone in to replace the battery because it was broken. The manufacturer assured me that this would work under guarantee mobiletouch but sent me a quote, when I called I was told that this would be clarified and I would be called back but this did not happen when I called the next time I was told the phone would be coming soon repaired once .. After waiting a month I still haven't got my phone back. Worst company ever !! I receive neither an apology nor any information from this company that just makes me sick!

I send a phone (warranty) on Wed evening and I get it back on Fri morning.
Really impressive and very Swiss :-)
To be said that the phone just needed an hard reset, so no real reparation in terms of parts.

Was very skeptical and hired me for weeks to wait.

Mobile sent in on Tuesday with Prio.
On Friday came completely unexpectedly a package back from Mobiletouch.

I hardly dared to open it. But I almost had tears of joy!

Display replaced, battery replaced, circuit board, charging socket and small parts according to delivery note. EVERYTHING on warranty. WOW!

Mobiletouch is uninterested in the telephone complaint. You just have to send the device back in and look for a replacement yourself ...

Sent a Samsung Gear S3 watch because the battery quickly discharged, then waited 10 days for the watch to come back, replacing a defective component, but unfortunately my back button no longer worked. Mobiltouch AG Regensdorf: Called "Canon Professional Service". But nothing was rip off. Had camera and an object with complaints. Wanted to know if it is still under warranty as purchased at Microspot with warranty extension. Answer: Yes, we clarify that. Result: Have two KV's received which are charged. If I want to have it on guarantee, then I just have to pay the KV's (both each over 80 CHF) and then bring the goods to Microspot. An impudence! Had to do well or about the repair (which was more of a service -> on the bill was nothing apparent) of 380 CHF run ... Once and never again ... questionable whether I ever buy a Canon camera again such a bad repair center.

Casing scratched and bent after repair
Nexus 6P sent to Mobiletouch via Digitec because of a defective microphone. The device came back after 2 weeks:
- Microphone still defective
- Signs of departure on the device, i.e. Case scratched and bent with metal tools
The device was therefore sent in again.
Mobiletouch now demands that the repair be paid for, as this damage would already have existed.
If I could get my car back from the garage with the bonnet broken and the trunk bent, then that would be a case for the judge.

I have never had such a bad customer experience. Finally, it would be complicated to speak from experience because it is simply impossible to contact them.

So we do not change the other comments, my device under warranty is ultimately not supported by the company, which makes me WAIT 1 MONTH before letting me know, and offers me to either pay 300 CHF or pay 40CHF to recover it without repair, or destroy it. So I can not find a single scratch on my device. Anyway, I demanded my device back. Today and after a complaint mail my mobile finally came back after 4 weeks. I find that MobileTouch does not quite play with open cards in this buyback. If their test criteria for used cell phones are as strict as they are repeatedly written here and also as a justification, this should also be mentioned in the action. According to the job tool, the device was a whole 2 hours at Mobile Touch, that is to say, it has probably just made a software update. Bought a new Galaxy S9 with my girlfriend and took part in the trade-in campaign. We should get 150 SFr for each purchase. + an amount for the telephones sent in, depending on their condition, which was estimated in advance. We sent our devices to Mobiletouch AG about 1.5 months ago, to this day we have not yet received any confirmation of receipt or any other feedback. We called 2 weeks ago but were only told that there is currently no help, we should wait and see. Last Monday I wrote another email that was not answered. I am very upset with the way the company treats customers and I cannot recommend this company in any way. Hands off!!

Ich rufe wieder an, es muss im voraus bezahlt werden.... Ich was wie wo, wo steht das. In den AGB, habe es wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden, da es vermutlich in weisser Schrift auf weissem Grund auf der HP geschrieben wurde. Es steht lediglich dass die Rechnung ab Rechnungsstellung innert 10 Tagen bezahlt werden muss.

Heute 13.5.2019 erneuter Anruf. Die nette Frau am Telefon sagte mir, dass es im Postwagen war aber die Post es nicht mitgenommen habe oder so.... (wurde genug angelogen, dass ich dies sicher nicht mehr glaube).

My Samsung S5 was sent to them - the only official Samsung repair center - in September 2015, it was in guarantee and the was just a battery charging issue. I had to pay 50.- to have it back, it's DESTROYED and not repaired. So you send a functioning device with a plug problem to them, because they are the only one who works under guarantee, and you get it back 1 month after it complete damaged and not functioning anymore.
BTW if you try to contact the PRESIDENT of MobileTouch AG you'll have to deal with another month of waiting time and a second request of cost preventive. Still waiting for my phone, after 3 months.
Still 100% sure I will NEVER ever buy another SAMSUNG device in Switzerland again because of this despicable service.
You are warned.

LG Nexus 5X sent for repair. The phone was broken by negligence of my client and is therefore not under warranty (it's true the USB C port was damaged). Quote very expensive.
The problem is that I asked for the return of the unrepaired phone to do the repair myself since the warranty was dead. What a surprise to see the tablecloth of the net cut battery and a pad of an antenna connector to the plastic back shell ripped off! Thank you MobileTouch AG for your "professionalism". I'm afraid to send my own phone to your home as a guarantee now.

I don't usually review non-touristy things, but since there are so many bad ratings here, I want to share my positive experience. I bought a Nexus 5X at Digitec and it bootlooped. Digitec told me to send it to mobiletouch. I sent it as an insured package by Swiss mail for 9 CHF on Friday. It was returned to me the following Thursday. They swapped the mainboard for free, even upgrading to 32GB in the process (data is wiped, of course, since it is basically a new unit - I did have a backup). No new scratches or anything like that either. I'm quite impressed, after having read a lot of scathing reviews here first. It's just an old fact that people with negative experiences are a lot more likely to rate a business, especially a non-food one. So don't be too scared to send your phone to them!

Received a week later dispatch notice, package unpacked and tiptop everything again as it should be.

Wenn ich irgendwann mal mein Handy bekomme werde ich mich direkt beim swisscom Shop und bei der versicherung die mein Handy hat beschweren das kann doch nicht sein das sie vor 14 tagen eine reperatur Freigabe bekommen haben von meiner Versicherung und es passiert nix .



Und wenn ich hier lese das handys in 45 min repariert werden wenn mann vorbeikommen verstehe ich nicht wieso nach 14 Tagen nix passiert .

thus you lose the warranty from Apple itself - because MobileTouch this is excluded in the terms and conditions. Apple itself works according to Swiss OR, wherein after a repair the warranty period is again two years.

I say bravo !! Then, my LG G4 is no longer under warranty and despite a problem on the manufacturer side (bootloop-restarts and remains stuck on the LG logo), it could have been worth a repair under condition of payment ... After contacting Samsung for a headphone problem received free of charge during the preco of my phone. I followed their advice by sending them to Mobiletouch because Samsung told me it was under warranty and this is the big disaster. Parcel supposedly never received, then yes they received it but not under warranty according to them, impossible to have information, when we send them an email, they answer 1 month later or do not answer ... this company is a real joke ... I don't understand how companies like Samsung, Apple etc work with incompetent people like that ...
