After contacting Samsung for a headphone problem r...

After contacting Samsung for a headphone problem received free of charge during the preco of my phone. I followed their advice by sending them to Mobiletouch because Samsung told me it was under warranty and this is the big disaster. Parcel supposedly never received, then yes they received it but not under warranty according to them, impossible to have information, when we send them an email, they answer 1 month later or do not answer ... this company is a real joke ... I don't understand how companies like Samsung, Apple etc work with incompetent people like that ...

I am still waiting for an explanation from them for 2 months, in other words I can always wait ..
