My Samsung S5 was sent to them - the only official Samsung repair center - in September 2015, it was in guarantee and the was just a battery charging issue. I had to pay 50.- to have it back, it's DESTROYED and not repaired. So you send a functioning device with a plug problem to them, because they are the only one who works under guarantee, and you get it back 1 month after it complete damaged and not functioning anymore.
BTW if you try to contact the PRESIDENT of MobileTouch AG you'll have to deal with another month of waiting time and a second request of cost preventive. Still waiting for my phone, after 3 months.
Still 100% sure I will NEVER ever buy another SAMSUNG device in Switzerland again because of this despicable service.
