Worst conceivable experience related to Samsung S9...

Worst conceivable experience related to Samsung S9 exchange offer. I sent in a new iphone and I was told it was scratched. Which was demonstrably not the case. There is a strategy behind pulling customers off the table after spending money. Would never recommend this company. Avoid wherever possible
