After all the bad reviews that are read about Mobiletouch AG, I thought, maybe they deserve a second chance ... I could not have been wrong !!! I brought my only 6 months old bought in Switzerland LG G4 smartphone for repair on warranty, because the device can not boot. An employee took the device to the "workshop". Only two minutes later he came back and told me that it was a French device, for which there is no warranty coverage (although I have presented the purchase receipt), and in fact it needs a new "mother-board", which is about CHF 200 ,- would cost. Repair time .... who knows? .... Whether that's true at all, I dare to doubt! An utterly "unhelpful" and dubious service.
It is a shame that companies like Samsung, LG, Migros, Coop, Mediamarkt etc. give their good name to Mobiletouch AG so that it can be ruined in such a way. NEVER AGAIN!
