In addition, even after two requests, the tablet was neither returned nor the questions answered. So I'm still waiting. This gives rise to the feeling that the company has only accepted the Swiss representation of Huawei in order to generate expensive repair orders. Only someone who gets money for every rejected guarantee order normally behaves like this, but that's just my feeling.
If you return a device under warranty, the case is dismissed and you have to pay CHF 40 for an unwanted cost estimate, this is an absolute cheek.
