Mobile phone sent via Swisscom, 2 weeks waiting. Nothing changed, fault still available !! According to the job tool, the device was a whole 2 hours at Mobile Touch, that is to say, it has probably just made a software update. But I have already done that with Samsung and explicitly stated that these measures did not work. Conclusion: I have to send it in again! It sucks!!!
