I sent my device on the insurance with the label of the insurance, then I got a quote even though it ran on the insurance. Afterwards I phoned several times with this company but nothing happened. Then I contacted the insurance again and then it finally worked. Too bad and by that everything went about 3.5 weeks. And when I got the device, the microphone did not work anymore, then I went directly over again and they had to open the device again and clean it is very annoying but now I hope that it will stay and for the immediate service, I thank you ,
