Bought a new Galaxy S9 with my girlfriend and took part in the trade-in campaign. We should get 150 SFr for each purchase. + an amount for the telephones sent in, depending on their condition, which was estimated in advance. We sent our devices to Mobiletouch AG about 1.5 months ago, to this day we have not yet received any confirmation of receipt or any other feedback. We called 2 weeks ago but were only told that there is currently no help, we should wait and see. Last Monday I wrote another email that was not answered. I am very upset with the way the company treats customers and I cannot recommend this company in any way. Hands off!!
