Mobiltouch AG Regensdorf: Called "Canon Professional Service". But nothing was rip off. Had camera and an object with complaints. Wanted to know if it is still under warranty as purchased at Microspot with warranty extension. Answer: Yes, we clarify that. Result: Have two KV's received which are charged. If I want to have it on guarantee, then I just have to pay the KV's (both each over 80 CHF) and then bring the goods to Microspot. An impudence! Had to do well or about the repair (which was more of a service -> on the bill was nothing apparent) of 380 CHF run ... Once and never again ... questionable whether I ever buy a Canon camera again such a bad repair center.
