I don't even know where to start. Telephone IMEI incorrectly recorded, home address incorrectly recorded. Is still possible, can happen, copy from a sheet of paper or make an email copy / paste is known to be difficult. When I googled this company after the very bad customer experience, I was shocked how many people had negative experiences. So far I can only confirm most of it. Why they are advertised as a premium service by major manufacturers is a mystery to me, and the lack of good alternatives is very annoying. A good competitor would do them good to regain awareness of the private sector. I really don't know why so many things go wrong. Only the woman on the phone deserves a star because, despite her work environment, she tries hard to be polite and somehow run the shop. In today's world you need a phone to work, travel, organize appointments! If you as a company know that it will take a long time, you can send a replacement at least temporarily! I have clarified my concerns in advance in writing, in particular that I do not want an estimate and no repair, it should not be able to be done on the factory warranty. This was confirmed to me in writing.

Sent my phone to mobile touch on the 30th of April. Arrived for pick up on the 6th of May. Mobiletouch waiting until the 11th to pick up the package. Since then, I've been waiting to get my phone fixed. Communication by e-mail, and Facebook was never answered. WhatsApp get responded to now and then but now has been silent for over 1 week.

As a service partner of Wingo I've hoped that they would have a good service but it's been beyond excuse how long this process is taking. A repair will cost roughly 400chf which is OK but the fact that they need over 1 month (and still waiting) to do so is unacceptable.

If you have the chance do not send any product to this company as they are just incapable of Customer Service, or delivering on the promise of repair within 3 days!

Will never use their service again, nor should you. Save your time and money and a lot of hassling to try to figure out what is going on.

Wanted to hand in my cell phone to repair / replace the battery and because it has a few scratches on the edge, the guy said the guarantee was not valid. After I told him vigorously that there is no scientific study that proves a causality between scratch and battery defect, that we are in a constitutional state, that the guarantee is valid and whether he seriously feels that I would tolerate it, he had to briefly for consultation with his colleague. When he came back he apologized for his "misinformation" and from now on everything worked perfectly. There was also a free replacement device and the repaired device was sent to me free of charge and I even got a stamped box with which I could send the device back. If this stupid behavior hadn't been in the beginning, there would have been two more stars.
