miserable customer service ... I sent my cell phone in to replace the battery because it was broken. The manufacturer assured me that this would work under guarantee mobiletouch but sent me a quote, when I called I was told that this would be clarified and I would be called back but this did not happen when I called the next time I was told the phone would be coming soon repaired once .. After waiting a month I still haven't got my phone back. Worst company ever !! I receive neither an apology nor any information from this company that just makes me sick!
