The experience is so good for me to buy my new MB C300. Heru is a nice guy to answer us any questions about the car. He can speak Chinese. This is really helpful for me since I am not native speaker. So, I can fully understand what's difference between different models and what's exact usage of some fancy features.

I originally made an appointment for an oil change...

I originally made an appointment for an oil change, even though the dealership charges $257, and the same service in my area is $96 for a full synthetic service. The reason I chose the dealership was that I had purchased the vehicle there in Bellevue in 2008 and also needed to have a "loud squawking sound" addressed by MB technicians.

Upon arrival, I was met with an entire "list" of repairs and needs all handwritten out. Basically the technician suggested that all those items be addressed (like a new battery, new wipers, new tires, etc). I refused all of those. He continued to tell me that he knew "exactly what was causing the sounds on a cold start". He suggested that I not have the diagnosis done for $165, since he knew the repair that was needed (basically a pulley belt and some tension adjustment). I gave him the approval to proceed.

Since we live over three hours from the Bellevue dealership, we received a loaner car; later in the day the technician called me and said there was something else that needed to be done on the car and it would be $200 more. I verbally approved.

The following day, I was contacted again, and the technician told me the sound was still there; and that I would need another pulley replaced and it would be another $1,075. After clearly expressive my dismay, and anger at this obvious gouging of a customer, I felt I had no choice but to approve.

When we arrived back to the dealership the following day to pick up our car, I asked the technician for all the parts to my car that had been replaced. He went into an angry panic mode; basically telling me they did not have the parts. I further quoted the state law and asked for the parts from my car, and not another car; he then went and "looked" for those parts and "found them". I have had a local mechanic look at the belt that was replaced and it is virtually in perfect shape. I will have the other parts reviewed later to further analyze.

I will never, ever do business with this Bellevue MB dealership. They are dishonest, and do little to hide their approach to gouging customers. I will never buy, lease, or have any repairs in this dealership. I suggest that others do the same; the technician "offered me" a 10% discount for the trouble; not good enough.

I needed a new key and they told me not to bring my car for the day i was supposed to pick the key up. I arrived and was told by several staff that I needed the car present to program the key. Sounds suspicious at this point. Nobody was apologetic for wasting my time. The parts guy refused to give me the key and told me he wasn t allowed to give me they key unless i speak to an advisor. I took my chances and took the key anyway and the key worked perfectly when i got home. They told me it depends on the type of car and that some cars need to be present to be programmed. Terrible service and wasted my time going back and forth. The GM even tried to give me a discount by offering a $190/hour technician charge to program the key after i tow my car in lol....bunch of scammers in this location. Beware!

Was terribly dissatisfied with the car service part of the dealership. My Mercedes-Benz broke down as a brand new car so I took it to their dealership to get it fixed. They told me that my car would have to stay over the weekend which was dine with me... However I kinda had to have a car to drive which they refused to compensate for. And therefore the rental money had to come out of my own pocket. Very dissatisfied and highly annoyed. Would not recommend for future uses.

Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue was one of the best experiences I could have had in purchasing a new car. Lorenzo my sales person was patient and never expressed interest in putting me in a car until we were able to locate the make , model and color that I wanted.

Auto Nation was great, the fact that I was able to access a car out of state and pull it in, was perfect. I drove away with the car that I wanted at the price expected.

Thank You Lorenzo and the rest of the folks at Mercedes- Benz of Bellevue.

My service adviser, Rafael was friendly and explained me the diagnostics performed on my car. He has proactively updated the software of my GLC. Would have given a 5 star rating if a loaner was available since I had to leave my car overnight.

1. Very professional and smooth service from checking vehicle in at the front desk to picking it up all clean and nice after service
2. Ryan was my technician, he's very patient in explaining individual items covered in the service and how they are done
3. The free loaner service is definitely a plus, very convenient to still be able to commute after dropping car off
4. The price for the service is higher than what you'd find at other shops for sure, it's a tradeoff between cost and convenience

The buying experience was excellent at MB of Bellevue. Our sales person was Dennis I. and he was very accommodating and professional. No pressure, no hassle. One could look all day if one wanted and the team would seemingly accommodate. The team we interacted (management and financial) with were professional as well. I have bought many cars and walked away from a few sales persons in my time. Not an issue here at all. They have a large inventory and we found the car we wanted and the price was right. Upon delivery Dennis took over an hour to walk us through every feature of the car. All in all a very positive experience.

I purchased my car here when it was Barrier. The service was superior. Since Auto Nation has taken over the service has significantly declined. I was at this visit for a routine annual A service. When I make the appointment I stated I would wait for the car in the lounge. When I checked in I stated again I would wait for it and asked how long it would be. They said around 2 hours which seemed very reasonable to me. At the 3 hour mark, still no car, and nobody from the service department ever came to tell me they were running late or there was some problem so I finally sent back to the service bay to inquire. There was confusion and running around and finally they came and told me it would be another 15 minutes and they were sorry. 45 minutes later my car was finally done. Of course there was the apology but I left feeling very dissatisfied. The service manager told me to look on the bright side that I only needed service once a year. Really? Clean up your customer service Auto Nation.

LIED TO NUMEROUS TIMES!!! TIME WASTED! GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION!!!

Working with this dealership has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! My husband and I came into the dealership to look at a 2007 Yukon Denali. After test driving the truck we made an appointment with Pam to come and talk numbers. We waited over 30 minutes for her. We waited past our appointment time. We made a second appointment to take the truck to GMC and get an inspection. Showing up to the dealership, I had to wait for an hour for Pam. She was over 45 minutes late to our second appointment. She caused me to be late getting the truck to GMC. She wasted my time and the service center's time at GMC. Upon getting the vehicle inspected it was found that there were some things wrong with it. A bare minimum of $1,500 worth of work, to around 3k. I needed to discuss the inspection with my husband before making a decision (my husband who works Monday through Friday and unavailable until after 5:00PM). Upon returning to the Mercedes Benz of Bellevue Pam approached me pressuring me to make a decision (without talking to my husband first). Then a second sales associate approached me stating that 3 people were interested in the car (after it had sat on their lot for two months literally untouched by a single person). Danny, the manager then approached me and VERY aggressively stated he had 4 or 5 people who wanted the car and they absolutely would buy it today so I HAD to make a decision (again without speaking to my husband). Danny was so incredibly aggressive I would not have given him my business even if I had mounds cash falling out of my pockets. He was miserable to work with!!! The 3 sales associates were pushy and down right dishonest. I left the dealership with plans to speak to my husband about the car that night and before I was able to do so I received a text from Pam stating it sold. We had offered them the title to my SUV, as collateral to hold the Yukon. They denied the offer. Two weeks go by and my husband and I get an email from Pam stating the dealership has another 2007 Yukon Denali. Same color, similar milage and specs, same price. We asked if it was the same vehicle and if it was not the same truck if we could get the VIN number on it. Pam replied assuring us that it was not the same car and provided us with a VIN number that was in fact different than the first Yukon. She emailed us through out the week letting us know it was in reconditioning and would confirm on Friday that it was ready for a test drive. We made an appointment to come in on Friday, in which she told us she would be busy but that Scott would be available to help us. We received an email from Pam on Friday confirming we could come in for the test drive. When we arrived on Friday, Scott was gone. Pam had not even checked the schedule as Scott did not even work that day. Already feeling jerked around by the dealership, she found someone else to help us. Dennis came over and more confusion began. Pam gave us the specs of the SOLD Yukon, with the VIN number of the NEW Yukon. She also lied as it was NOT a 2007, it was a 2009. She told us the cost was $17,994 and it in fact was $27,991. My husband still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt said "Okay, its fine, lets just go ahead and test drive the truck to see if we even like it". Dennis then informed us that the car was not even ready!!! That it was still going through reconditioning!!! Not only did Pam lie, but she COMPLETELY waste our time for a THIRD time as I had drove down from Bothell during rush hour traffic, to downtown Seattle to pick up my husband, then to Bellevue JUST to test drive the Yukon specifically because Pam HAD CONFIRMED that day the truck was ready for a test drive. Dennis who kept apologizing profusely for the entire situation, said he would contact us when the car was ready to take out for a drive. 5 DAYS LATER we have not heard a single word! The truck now?..... LISTED up for sale on their website, ready to be driven. REALLY?! and NO call letting us know.

I cannot stress it enough, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Terrible Customer Service. Went there 3 times and not a single sales person helped us or offered any assistance. On our last trip, we were asked to sign in on a piece of paper and still no one followed up. Better off going to MB in downtown Seattle. Much better customer service there.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle from Mercedes Bellevue! I met Ashley when I initially went in with my friends. She was very helpful and patient and showed me lots of options for the exact vehicle I wanted. Next time I came in, I met Andrew and he was excellent too. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helped me throughout the process. There was no pressure at all to buy the vehicle and I got a really good deal! I ended up buying a new Mercedes C300 and I love it! :-)

Went into Mercedes of Bellevue like I was told on time I waited a week for my appointment. After almost 5 hours of waiting still my car has not even been looked at, I was told it would be looked at right away, what liars. Wasted 5 hours plus 2 hours traffic to get nothing done. Worst dealer ever. I will never buy a car there again and will never recommend to anyone.
The manager called me and fixed everything it was really nice and appreciate what they did to fix the issue. Good job guys

Best service department experience to date. Can't recommend these guys enough. Everyone I encountered at the Bellevue Mercedes location was kind, helpful, and a joy to be around. Additional thanks go to Rafael (The gentleman who was managing the maintenance on my car) for his diligent perseverance and perfectionism during the repairs. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car and I were well taken car of. Thank you!

This was my first experience leasing a car and also mercedes. I worked with Malachi and john is manager throughtout my process in leasing my GLE 350 and they made my experience wonderful. Malachi is very passionate about his job and mercedes, he kept talking about why he is passionate about mercedes and also walked me through during test drive and in office. One thing, i really liked about malachi is, he is always connected and listens and responds, which makes you feel that you are not left after you purchase the car. I would recommend malachi from bellevue mercedes dealer and you will not regret.

The first time I went in the writer was rude, the next time I brought in my car in the writer was very warm and friendly.
They didn't have time to fix my car on the scheduled day not sure why I had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance.
I wanted them to listen to a whirring sound that only happens when cold so to be thorough they kept it another two days. After I drove away I turned on the heat and the whirring sound started immediately.
Four days in the shop and never fixed.
They did provide a loaner and did fix three other issues so they received points for that.

Recently purchased a 2014 E350 Cabriolet with 14,500 miles on the odometer. The car was not purchased from Mercedes Benz of Bellevue - it was purchased from Landmark Motors. The car exhibited an ongoing problem with AM radio reception. I took the car to Mercedes Benz of Bellevue and to Sheryl Parkins with whom I had worked in the past on another Mercedes Benz we own.

Sheryl is an excellent listener - she was empathetic and able to sort and verify my concerns. She found it necessary to keep the car for two days while diagnostic tests were completed and necessary parts were ordered. They found the problem, replaced the module. The car was returned to me freshly washed, vacuumed and very presentable.

During my time at the dealership, Sheryl also was very good at providing me with history of the car, and in particular, what services (A or B) would be required and when that service should be done. At no time did I feel I was being rushed or pressured.

Sheryl Parkins is an exception to the norm with regard to automobile dealership service writers. She listened to my concerns, diagnosed the issues, assigned the work to knowledgable technicians, supervised the entire repair process and then followed up with me to make certain I was satisfied and that everything was working properly.

I would certainly recommend Sheryl Parkins to any fellow Mercedes Benz automobile owners who need factory authorized dealership parts or services.

Horrible Service desk. Please visit MB of Seattle for better experience.

I had to cut an emergency key as my car's battery was completely dead during the snow storm and needed a replacement.

Greeted by Mr. X at Service.
Mr X at Service: please go to Parts desk
Parts Desk: please go to Service
This happened for 2 times where in both of them were trying to figure out who needs to serve the request. Finally Service desk was to serve my request.

Mr X at service: Need your registration, identification(driver licence) and the car.
Me: Why the car ?
Mr X: It is a policy sir
Me: I need the key to be able to open the hood and to jump start
Mr X: I am sorry we cannot help you without the car being physically present here
Me: Why do you need the car?
Mr X: Mercedes Benz doesn't care. It is a policy.
Me: Can you please show me your policy. I need to understand the policy.
Mr X: No. You are trying to argue with me. We can sit the whole day and nothing is going to change here.
Me: Why do you need the car. Are you going to check the fitment of the key. I have my original title here.
Mr X: Mercedes Benz doesn't care.
Me: Everyone has to care about your customers and show them or explain the reason behind the policies when asked.
Mr X: Mercedes Benz doesn't care. He repeated it multiple times
Me: Can you put it in writing that MB doesn't care for it customers as you seem to be emphasizing it so may times.
Mr X: I am done with you now and I am going to ask you to leave. I don't want to answer or serve you anymore.

I had no choice here and didn't want to extend that any further. I had a car in my garage and was locked out of it and wanted an emergency key. Asked Mr X a few details like the timings when they would be open and then left the place.

Please take some extra time and visit MB of Seattle.

Everyone is expected to serve their customers and every company should care for it customers.

Now this is going to be replied by an automated message asking me to contact GM :)

I am very disappointed with this dealer. I was going to purchase a suv from them. The guy told me to reserve it online and I did. When I come to the dealer today they told me they sold it this morning. I spoke to the manager all he said "oh sorry its sold". What kind of dealer is this. They don't care at all. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.

Everyone here at Bellevue Mercedes-Benz made certain that our request to find a high quality Pre-Owned ML was treated as a priority. We never felt pressured at any point of the process, which had started by us asking if there might be used MLs we could look at, as we dropped our current 1999 ML 430 off for service. Just a few weeks later we owned a beautiful 2015 ML400, almost brand new at pre-owned price!

BUYING USEDS CARS FROM THESE GUYS IS A NIGHTMARE! MY 2006 CADILLAC (ONLY HAD 35,000 MILES) CAME WITH A "125 POINT INSPECTION" BUT THE CAR HAD NO OIL IN IT (I NEEDED TO ADD 4.75 QUARTS JUST TO SHOW ON DIPSTICK), BAD SUSPENSION, NEEDED NEW SHOCKS. PLEASE UTILIZE YOUR 3-DAY/ 150 MILE WARRANTY. I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK ON THE THIRD DAY OF WARRANTY FOR REPAIR ON THE SUSPENSION AND THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR THREE WEEKS. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR, SOMEONE HAD HIT MY CAR AND NO ONE TOLD ME. I FOUND OUT AS THE SALESMAN WAS DRIVING MY CAR OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP AS I FOLLOWED IN ANOTHER CAR. IT TOOK ME MORE HEADACHES TO GET THEM TO REPAIR IT. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS IT WAS THE SAME SALESMAN WHO DROPPED OFF THE CAR FOR SERVICE AND HE ALSO NOTED THE DAMAGE WAS NOT THERE WHEN WE DROPPED OFF THE CAR FOR SUSPENSION REPAIR. AUTONATION'S MB-BELLEVUE DEALERSHIP IS NOT THE WAY TO GO FOR USED CARS.

My salesman Stephen Ciravolo and sales manager John McMillen went out of their way to find me my GLC in the "rare" color I really wanted. General Manager Jerry Bick, who can often be seen on the sales floor, greeted me with his thanks. Unlike most auto dealerships GM's he does not "hide out" on the top floor.

Traveling from San Diego to Seattle my S550 s airmatic system crashed and I got the malfunction light along with a rock hard ride. The car wasn t drivable. We only had two days in Seattle and uncancelable reservations ahead of us. I called the closest dealer to downtown. They said three days before they could look at it. I begged and they said bring it in the next day and they would try to look at it. I asked for a loner while they had my car. They said loners were for regular customers and they would call a rental car company for me.

I then called MB of Bellevue. They took my information immediately and gave me an emergency exemption. I was provided a loner without question. I brought the car in an hour later. 24 hours later the car was fixed, washed and ready to go. The entire experience was impressive. Each member of the team I met on the phone and in person was professional and efficient. Mark Kirilenko, my service advisor, was also outstanding. In my 30 years of going to MB dealerships, this was the best. If they treated me this way, when I ll never see them again, I imagine their regular customers love them.

Excellent service and great atmosphere. Would have wished car sales people would be more open about the total cost. Seeing the final bill including options and server and insurance. Really only after the deal was signed did they open up for everything... thus if you don't know what's in it all included you are going in for a surprise. The biggest surprise for me was all the insurance options you can add. Too many options imo and they are costly (feels like buying a second car if you opt in on everything). However the experience around test driving, the knowledge of the cars and the friendliness of everyone especially Mike Dargdor (he will help you find what is right for you) is excellent!

I've only been to the service department 3 times total and this was the worst experience I've had so far. The staff didn't seem knowledgeable about the reason I was there. I was going in for a 40K mile oil change and on the paperwork it said a 20K mile service. I tried explaining and I had to tell them that I had already been in for my 30K mile service. Once all that was cleared up, I noticed on my paperwork that they had marked that my car came in with 46,424 miles, when it only had 40,424 miles. And to top it all off, I really just expected to get an oil change and with all the recommendations that come with the 40K service, I ended up shelling out $688. I just didn't get the attention to detail that I've been used to getting from this service department. It seems the service advisor position is a quick turnover position as I've had a different advisor every visit.

Extremely spammy staff. Interested seeing a car so went there looked around, and got an appointment to test drive a week later. They called everyday, sometimes multiple times. At the day of test drive they called twice and even asked about the color, even it didn't matter for test drive purposes.

We went there, the salesman is nowhere to be found; they don't have a car to test drive, completely dismissive.

We left, probably never to come back. And just as we left the dealership, the car that we want to test drive is in front of us, being test driven.

Really disappointing experience over duration of my three year lease.

Every time I brought my car in for service, the customer service was nonexistent. I often would stand at the counter with no service. I would also need to wait for my rep to be available, often 15+ minutes. I was never greeted or treated with respect. I ve owned several different brands of cars and never have I been treated so rudely on a consistent basis.

The car has had several issues that should never happen with a Mercedes:
1.) the cup holder cut a deep slit in my finger. When I brought this to be fixed they told me this had happened a lot and the cup holder needed to be replaced. I was never notified of a recall.

2.) The tire pressure sensors are off and very sensitive and I ve had to have them reset several times.

3.) The worst part about this car is that I don t feel safe. The auto breaking has kicked in three times while going 25 miles per hour. This has made the vehicle come to a complete stop and cars behind me slam on their breaks. I have brought the car in to be diagnosed and they tell me they can do nothing because they can t replicate the issue. I contacted corporate and they said they would review to see if it falls under the lemon law to replace/buy out the lease. I waited TWO MONTHS for a response where I didn t drive the car out of fear. They told me they denied my request. Now, I use my car sparingly because Mercedes will do nothing to correct the issue because they can t replicate it.

I leased a Mercedes to feel safe and not have to worry about issues and this car has given me only but issues over the last two years.

We worked with Pam to buy our very first Mercedes. She was friendly and incredibly helpful and played absolutely no silly car sales person games that every other dealer tries to do. From time in to new car out in roughly 3 hours. The shortest time I think I've seen when buying a car from a dealership. It was surprising, welcomed and most appreciated to work with someone who did not waste our time and who actually knew a great deal about the car we were buying. We still get helpful and friendly assistance even after the sale. An excellent experience and I would highly recommend Pam in particular and definitely M.B. of Bellevue.

Bought my car here. Was a great experience. Super friendly, no pressure and really didn't take that long. Be very careful when buying a used car from this dealership! I bought a car way over blue book price just to realize that at the first inspection (after <2000 miles) almost all fluids had to be exchanged, the battery had to be exchanged etc. Some of the fluids that should be transparent were in fact black. After contacting the dealership about this "detail", the answer spoke to itself: we give you a credit towards the purchase of your next vehicle. Thanks but no thanks!

After visiting several dealership searching my dream car, Mark provided excellent services to my satisfaction. My dream car is luxury, sporty, spacious, practical, and comfortable. I was looking for a specific model and option packages and found desirable car in the MBUSA site. The other dealership could not locate whereabout. When I visited and asked Mark to find out it, after showing all goodies in the car in stock, he promptly found the car I was looking for. He promised to deliver that car in one week. It is very important to understand what the client needs and how it should be realized. Mark seems to understand these very well. I met several other individuals in the dealership from other sales person to service professionals. They are all professional and hope my future experience with new car and dealership will be excellent.
Just side note, the quality of restroom and taste of coffee could be better and improved comparing to other dealership.

We worked with Cole Gorman and purchased a 2012 GL550. Our experience was wonderful. Cole was very knowledgable and friendly without being too pushy. Everything happened very quickly and professionally. I took the car back a week later to get the windows tinted and had another great experience!

I went here to get my headlamps recalibrated after having one replaced through Lakeside Collision. I was initially going to be sent to Lynnwood Mercedes for the work but their customer service is not good regarding POC. Christian Santiago was very customer oriented from the moment I reached out to him, to when I arrived all the way through completion. He kept me up to date regarding when the car would be completed. This location knows customer service and therefore, I'll be taking my business here. Thanks Christian & service staff!

My issue isn't necessarily with the work done, rat...

My issue isn't necessarily with the work done, rather the perception received as a customer. If you have an $85k vehicle and its only a few weeks old you should not only expect the Service Advisor to do a vehicle inspection with you before you drop it off but it should be encouraged. I initially was bothered how I was passed off from the person who I was told would be my Service Rep, Josh. I was passed on to someone that I believed wasn't overly thrilled to be working that day or maybe in general. Anyhow when I had to ask for an Inspection, it was met with "well I'll have to print that out"....okay, so that's fine with me. It seemed like it was becoming a hassle, it didn't sit well. Communication on my vehicle wasn't stellar, I had to call 3 times to finally get the current update. It was a Wednesday and I was told my part would be on Friday morning and I would be called. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I approached the advisor that I was first introduced and he responded with "you keep coming up to me", he then walked me to the empty counter. This pissed me off, though I refrained from putting him in his place as I was in a hurry and needed to get my vehicle and leave. Friday came and went, no call.
I got a phone call on Monday afternoon to schedule which I did. My assigned Service Advisor on the email confirmation...Josh. I hope someone lets him know. So far from Buying and Service Lynnwood Mercedes greatly exceeds Bellevue Mercedes. I hope to find a reason to update and amend this rating to something higher after my follow up appointment.

The diagnosis of an internally-broken catalytic converter was credible and quick, but I am disappointed with the effort to resolve the issue. The service coordinator was unable to acquire a replacement part for his crew to install, but he recommended a couple of mail-order parts websites that he said he would use to acquire and weld up the replacement himself if it were one of the competition vehicles he builds for fun. This suggestion was unhelpful. I would prefer the service crew do the same for me, or recommend a reputable exhaust system specialist who would do the work.

If you ever need any kind of service done on your benz, do not look anyone else but Marc Larson. He will get things done and provide updates on the status so you dont ever have to call them back. I have dealt with multiple dealers and the service depts but never met anyone like him before.

I purchased a new 2016 Mercedes C-Class 4Matic last month and the entire purchasing experience right from making an inquiry to actually driving the car out was absolutely amazing. Ashley Lohnes was the sales representative at Merc Benz of Bellevue who helped me through the entire purchasing process. She took the time to explain the nuances of purchasing process to me, patiently answered all my questions and kept me abreast with the status of my purchase (application for finance. car delivery, car detailing etc.). Buying a new Mercedes was a big decision for me and Ashley made sure I was comfortable making the purchase. I absolutely love my new car and delighted with the customer service I received at the Merc Benz of Bellevue. I have no doubt in my mind that I will remain in the Mercedes Family from here on. Thank you Merc Benz of Bellevue and Ashley Lohnes for your service.

These guys are in heart of Bellevue so they don't discuss or negotiate, even after agreeing to quote they don't honor after some time, you will get periodic email about follow up from GM saying do you want any information please drop by and if you go to them they will say it's just an email format copy pasted by GM and they don't honor their promise , better go to Tacoma or Seattle ones.

Here are my concerns:
1. This is not the first time I was at your show room, 3 years ago when I was looking for car I was there at your showroom, the response was really bad and I end up going with Lexus of Tacoma.
2. This time, I thought I will try again. But initial response was good and I was in contact with Heru and he is really great , gave me very good information.
3. Heru took my existing lexus rx 350 for trade-in inspection and they took 2 hours to complete entire process and came back with 34k$ estimate to buy back my car
4. I said I need to time to think, then I saw your email [ attached] which clearly said below statement

We're also interested in buying your vehicle whether you buy a vehicle from us or not. Let's schedule a time for you to come in and we'll give you a Guaranteed Trade-In Offer good for 7-days or 500 miles.

5. I was at your showroom to discuss about the above statement and I end up meeting with one lady not sure her name she was running around and she was asking me lot of question and she ultimately talked to some used car manager / trade in manager.
6. We were standing at the reception desk for more than 30 min and we thought its not worth as there is no response from her, so we went outside to leave then I noticed two managers are inspecting at my car , they don t even bother to ask to me saying we want to see etc.
7. I told her the car went through entire process for pre-inspection, if you want to check in your system. This is not good privacy behavior dealing with customers
8. At finally they mentioned in outside, we are not buying any cars sorry, the email was just template sent by Jerry, common are you guys living in world where just copy paste the content ?? don t care what people will think or do ?? we end up wasting our time
9. If manager just follows the sending email following template ?? does t even care what its in the email ???

What an amazing experience - We highly recommend! Our Sales Associate, Spencer Siese was absolutely fabulous. He found us the exact car we were looking for, and well under Blue Book! Can't say enough great things about Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. First Class service all around. I've worked in the car business for many, many years, and wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else!

Found the car through internet , made an appt for reviewing the vehicle 2 days later. When arriving , I was warmly greeted by the internet manager Chris who introduced me Pam and sales manager Connie. Pam was explaining the features of the ML350 to me very patiently in the beginning and after the sales as it was my first MB. I used to be in the customer service years ago and totally understood where she was. Pam was an excellent person who has provided me a 5 star excellent service. I would highly recommend Pam to all of my friends.
