Really disappointing experience over duration of my three year lease.

Every time I brought my car in for service, the customer service was nonexistent. I often would stand at the counter with no service. I would also need to wait for my rep to be available, often 15+ minutes. I was never greeted or treated with respect. I ve owned several different brands of cars and never have I been treated so rudely on a consistent basis.

The car has had several issues that should never happen with a Mercedes:
1.) the cup holder cut a deep slit in my finger. When I brought this to be fixed they told me this had happened a lot and the cup holder needed to be replaced. I was never notified of a recall.

2.) The tire pressure sensors are off and very sensitive and I ve had to have them reset several times.

3.) The worst part about this car is that I don t feel safe. The auto breaking has kicked in three times while going 25 miles per hour. This has made the vehicle come to a complete stop and cars behind me slam on their breaks. I have brought the car in to be diagnosed and they tell me they can do nothing because they can t replicate the issue. I contacted corporate and they said they would review to see if it falls under the lemon law to replace/buy out the lease. I waited TWO MONTHS for a response where I didn t drive the car out of fear. They told me they denied my request. Now, I use my car sparingly because Mercedes will do nothing to correct the issue because they can t replicate it.

I leased a Mercedes to feel safe and not have to worry about issues and this car has given me only but issues over the last two years.
