I went there to lease a vehicle. The sales associate, Kevin, was really kind and helpful. He guided me through the whole process with patience. It was a very smooth leasing experience.

Best experience in purchasing the car and Mercedes-Benz knows what it takes to be customer obsessed.
Justin my service agent was very helpful and polite. Enjoyed working with him. Very happy with the service.
1st class dealership! 1st class service! Extremely happy with my choice of car! As well as who I purchased it from!
Initially we were thrilled with this dealership. The convenience of reserving a car and having it ready when you got there was awesome. Things quickly changed. The sales manager has horrible customer service skills. We asked about something that was included in the cars description on the Autonation website, just to be told that what is listed may not be included in the car and there should be small print at the bottom of the listing. There wasn t anything stating that and after several emails and almost two weeks later, we have yet to receive the headphones we were told they would be ordering. I continue to get excuse after excuse from the sales manager about why he still hasn t done it. After driving the car we bought we realized the oil was at 50%, air valve caps are missing, one tire is low and believed to have a slow leak and there is a crack in the windshield that mercedes didn t even bother to fill. I have never seen a dealership do so very little and take zero responsibility to fix the problems that should ve been taken Care of prior to the sale of the car. When you buy a car, you expect that car to have been thoroughly inspected and any problems to have been taken care of. This isn t the case here. I have called and emailed the sales manager about this which he has yet to return my latest email or call. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
From the moment we walked in the door we were treated warmly, and all of our questions were answered. We spent a delightful few hours with Lorenzo Johnson and walked out with just what we wanted in a car! Thanks to the entire team at Mercedes Benz of Bellevue for a top notch experience. Also, thanks to Mercedes for making a non-leather interior so widely available -- it's quite hard to find in a luxury car and it's standard with many Mercedes makes/models. Whether a non-leather interior is important to you for ease of maintenance, ethical, or environmental reasons, look no further than MB! Now, if they can just work on a non-leather steering wheel!
This is the 3rd, car I have purchased from Mercedes-Benz Bellevue (Barrier Motors). Why? Because the level of service is fantastic. The salesman, Greg Prokop was fantastic, he went out of his way to find the car and secure the financing necessary! The purchase was so easy to sign the documents and be on my way. I recommend this dealer and especially Greg for his professionalism and excitement while making this sale happen!
Thanks!
This was far and above the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Ryan in sales to locate, drive, and purchase a GLE350. Ryan knew details about Mercedes cars from past and present, was knowledgeable about colors, option packages, and anything else I wanted to know. I really feel like I was well taken care of and I will buy my next vehicle from him. Since I have yet to get into the service center, this review is mainly for their excellent sales experience I had. I have been assured I will like working with Service Writers and I do not expect I'll be disappointed.
TL;DR?
This is an excellent dealership to do business with.
This is second time I got car from Chris. He is very efficient and helpful.
Not helpful or considerate. Trying to buy a used Tesla. Took 45 min for sales person to call me back. Call went straight to vmail, but he said the car was avail. Meanwhile, booked appt via text service. Arrived to find our name on the board, no salesperson assigned. The sales person who finally greeted us was immediately argumentative and dismissive. Turns out the car was damaged (said it had been hit in the lot, but the whole bumper was falling off). Had no ETA on when it would be repaired and was barely willing to talk to us. Total waste of my time. Could have just told me in the voicemail or SMS exchange it was not available to purchase due to impending repairs.
Bad experience, they lied to me and waisted my time. I ordered a 2016 cla and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 months. They just sms me after 1.5 month to say that the features i want are not available in the same dates, i have to wait an extra month. Knowing that i just moved to Seattle and i was renting a car so they waisted my money as well. They told me if u r not ok just cancel ur order.... Very disappointed !!!! Buyers look to the one star review and avoid this dealership .... Worst customer exp ever... Didn't expect it from a
company like MB
Was so much better better before they became Auto Nation. Under trained staff.
This was my fourth year of service here and I am not coming back. They itemized 'washing the car' in my receipt but did not do it. They also didn't diagnose the carbon and water deposit in the valve due to the faulty air injection pump (which they diagnosed). Overall, poor job in customer service and attention to detail. I will not return again and I recommend everyone to stay away.
Mercedes Benz of Bellevue is just gorgeous. They treat you fantastic wether you are there for service or to buy a new or used vehicle. The waiting room offers esspresso and wonderful pastries and cookies. The whole place is beautifully appointed.
This dealer service department are clueless about their cars. Brought the car once for electrical problem (car would not start, but started after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery) - they had no idea what was wrong.
Then there is a problem with break signal bulb housing (causing intermittent faulty bulb dash sign) - they cannot fix it, do random stuff instead. Once they replaced the license plate bulb, instead of break signal, claiming it was out (it surely was not - the dash signal only appeared after pressing break pedal). Next time they claimed I have wrong type of bulb and replaced the bulb - of course this did not fix anything, and the problem reappeared next day. I suspect it is a botched service of the housing (Mercedes Benz had a recall on it, which the dealer claims they performed).
On top of that they recommend random (different each time) services, with prices ~3-4 times above the average for the type of service.
The only part of the service they do right - wash your car, at least this part is fine every time, so I give them two stars rather than one.
Pathetic experience. I waited for 1 hour to see the car I was looking for. The general manager had no clue about the car and I was not directed to a sales person. Then I waited another 2 hours to get a drive of the car and guess what I wasn't allowed to drive. It was evident because I am too young, they thought I can't buy a Mercedes. Guess what I ended up buying a Lexus.
Great service and experience. Received excellent support from both Jibran and Tae! Would highly recommend.
Seem to be very interested in making your visit and or purchase as pain free as possible and that your satisfaction is important.
My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue was incredible! Anthony Moskuluk went WAY above and beyond normal expectation of any salesman. He not only put in extra hours to accommodate my schedule but he even helped facilitate my situation by driving me to the airport! I would highly recommend Mr.Moskuluk as your sales representative. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and thankful for the friendly, helpful staff at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue!
They are great! Friendly and nice! Literally it took me about 5 mins to negotiate and locked the deal! Before going in, do you homework
The display or show room is beautiful!
Initial impression of MB Bellevue wasn't very impressive, had the feeling of a farmers market. I made an appointment but the original sales agent wasn't finished with a previous customer and assigned me to another agent Jack Park. From that point onward the experience was very positive. He was informative and gave us the necessary features of the MB SUV that we were interested in and we came home with a new car. I've been a Lexus customer for 20 years. The ongoing maintenance and service will determine my final opinion on MB Bellevue but my new car is a great ride. You never know when someone is going to buy a car so don't underestimate the people walking through the front doors
While the service staff is friendly and helpful, it's clear Autonation policy is to upsell and pad repair bills with high margin, low value extras.
friendly staff; prompt; good follow through; helpful shuttle with friendly driver
Excellent service in the store. Thanks a lot to Scott and John. I feel comfortable about the team work in the store.
This is the best car buying experience we had. Jack did an excellent job locating the car we need and getting the equipment we need. He was able to give all the options we need so that the customer will be delighted. I recommend Jack and his team to any one.
The car we went to view had some issues and wasn't detailed or driveable when we visited, we waited around for a long time to see how long it would be and what the issues were, convinced to put a deposit for when it was ready only to be told another customer already had after wasting so much time.
We just purchased our Mercedes-Benz. This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Wayne Thiessen made sure that we were able to find the perfect match to our wants and needs. The service was pressure free and the dedication in bringing the best for us, made this an easy and enjoyable purchase. If you are looking for a place that wants to give you what you need and nothing less, I'd recommend visiting Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. Great experience!
Sales Associate Lorenzo Johnson stood up the minute we walked through the door of Merecedes-Benz of Bellevue. He introduced himself and we told him we were interested in a certain vehicle. He immediately got the keys and brought it out in front of the showroom.
Because we had already test-driven the vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood, we had a lot of information about it. We were there principally to get a good deal after a disappointing experience in Lynnwood.
Lorenzo became our guide in the process of acquiring the car. At each step, he led us to the people who had a hand in the sale while the car was being prepped.
The atmosphere at the store was friendly, courteous and professional at every step and we felt comfortable waiting for the paperwork to be done.
Even the financing aspect was enjoyable if that is possible.
We left the dealership happy in our new (to us) vehicle. We credit Lorenzo for his professionalism and the dealership for doing everything right to make the customer feel respected.
Gabe, at parts was exceptional. He took the time to research a bolt that was need for my G550. He went back twice to make sure it was correct. Rare to find people that try hard. Thanks
Very professional and helpful staff. They all worked together as a team to assist me in my needs. I never felt "pressured" to buy. The selection on site of used vehicles was very good and the prices were very much in-line with our expectations, making our decision easy.
When you visit them ask for Denis Ivankin from sales. From there the 5 stars sales service is guaranteed.
Service is meh. The sales guy ( young man) didn't want to spend a minute explaining anything. I wouldn't recommend these guys here. The BMW of redmond is the place with great service. Go there
Great and fast service. People are friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond explaining what was done.
Rafael was very helpful during both check-in and check-out with loaner car provided during our service. My wife stated that this was the best experience she had at any dealership so far and I have to agree. I purchased two cars here back when Jimmy Barrier owned the place and I am happy to see that tradition of great service was continued after AutoNation took over. Keep up the good work!
Great service and nice place to work while waiting. Very courteous and professional. Nice convenient location.
Friendly greeting, nice facility. I feel very welcome in the service area. Very good communication about problems. Only complaint is how far out they were booked in the service department.
I have bought and serviced 4 C300s from Mercedes Benz of Bellevue over the past 16 years. The service advisors are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They communicate with you frequently. Sales people are not pushy or high pressure. They do follow up if you have a question. Do you pay extra for the service. I think it is worth it.
I think that the salesperson is very professional and kind and he also gave me a great discount, 6 grand off a new 2016 C class. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership
I was very pleased with the service experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. I was initially greeted by Jeff who introduced me to Chris Santiago my service technician. Both men were very courteous and professional. Chris took the time to explain everything that would be done for this service. The work was completed and my car was ready for pickup by the time promised. When I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car I was greeted by Jerome. He also was very courteous and professional. I am very happy I had my car serviced at this location and will definitely return for the next service.
When I take my car in for a service I expect to get it back clean ESPECIALLY when it is written on the service appointment confirmation letter that the car will be washed! This is one of my biggest pet peeves! I drive a Mercedes that costs $75K I expect white glove treatment for all service aspects and get a clean car back after a service. I expressed this when I picked up my car but had zero follow-up. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Great place to service your car. Go see Erik, service advisor
The experience at the store when having my E350 wagon serviced has always been good to excellent. Most recently, when I scheduled the most recent appointment I was told on the phone by the scheduler that my car was only due for oil change, and could be done in a couple of hours. When I met with the service advisor the day of the appointment he said it needed a lot more -transmission fluid/filter change, cabin air filter replacement, and more. It was $1000 more than I was expecting and required me to leave the car overnight. They provided a free loaner but I wish I knew ahead of time it was going to be more time and money commitment than I was lead to believe. None of this constituted a "bad day", it was really a minor glitch. Overall, the dealership has been very good to work with. They really seem to want to give their customers a very positive experience.
We stopped to test drive *any* car with lane assist and adaptive cruise control. After over 30 min of waiting at a table it was determined that no cars were available. I would've preferred to know that sooner.
Very nice the staff were kind and the cars are amazing
Our service rep Ryan was very accommodating and professional, this is what I expect of a MB dealership.
The over all experience is OK. The good thing is convenient location and nice staff. The shuttle runs less frequently.
I can't tell if the car service itself good or bad since I'm not expert on car and I can't check anything after hood closed. But I indeed noticed the tire pressure change.
At checkout, the associate told me that all tires go to PSI 40 to prepared for cold weather, then I told him that the suggested PSI for rear tires is 42, not 40. And then after he drove the car to me, he told me, they pumped to 44.
The later, when I check the tire pressure on the dash board, they pumped front tires to 44, and leave rear tires as 40.
This is not really a big deal as I can go to discount tire to adjust it. But this indeed shows how careless the engineer in the shop
Was scheduled for service to replace air intake manifold that was cracked and loose. I waited 4 weeks to get the part in and set an appointment.
After an hour and twenty minutes, I was told that the part was sent back and not available.
Poor communication, bad excuse, bad attitude ... did not seem to care that I wasted my time ....
Need adult leadership in this dealership !!!
Ashley was seriously one of the best sales associates I have ever dealt with! From holding an umbrella over my head as I looked at cars in the pouring rain, to offering me coffee as we sat inside and chatted about different car options, she always had a smile on her face. With my busy schedule, I had to communicate with her through text messages, which she was perfectly fine with! She was always prompt to answer my questions and was never too pushy! I HIGHLY recommend asking for Ashley next time you visit Mercedes of Bellevue
They don't know jack about old Benz's, they charged me around 3 grand to fix my 87 420 sel and i got 0 things fixed, all they did was perform a bunch of useless tests and charge me for that. the dealerships are money scams never bring your old Benz or any benz to this or any Mercedes dealership. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.
Customer service isn't their strength. We were left alone without entertaining, and ended up getting mad.
We found the employees at the Bellevue Mercedes Benz dealership professional, friendly, and very helpful from making the appointment to test drive the car, throughout the purchasing process and right up to the time we drove off the lot with our beautiful new SLC 300. The salesperson even came in to help us on his day off with nstead of handing us off to another salesperson which made us feel that he cared about continuity of care throughout the entire process.
My husband and I recently purchased a GLC from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. Lorenzo provided a pleasant purchasing experience. He was knowledgeable about the car and provided just the right amount of customer service without being overbearing and pushy. Thank you for a great experience purchasing our first Mercedes!
I expected more amenities in a Mercedes dealership. As a professional, it is nice to have a quiet area to work where I'm situated now in the upper floor but am disappointed in the lack of food and the coffee station. The dealership has some kind of off brand coffee machine -- the coffee tastes horrible -- actually, it tastes like black tea. I just expect more of Mercedes than this. When I went to the Bellevue Toyota dealership, I was amazed to see a full blown coffee bar and a wonderful array of different food and snacks to choose from complete with a barista! Mercedes, you're Mercedes, act like it!
Gregg was extremely helpful and straightforward during the process. He was very professional throughout
They're busy here, and they really don't have enough sales reps. At most dealerships you can't look for 5 minutes without being surrounded by salesmen, but we had to work to get help here. However, once we found what we wanted they worked well with us. There were a few minor issues with the preowned car we selected that they wouldn't fix, but for the most part, they were very good to deal with.
The experience of purchasing a car from MB Bellevue is excellent. My sales representative Pam Pugel helped me secure a hard to get GLC43 AMG very quickly and I am very happy with her professional service and friendly approaches helping during the purchasing process.
Always happy with the service department at Bellevue Mercedes
Didn't listen to what service I wanted done. Missed issues that are now costing a boat load.
Albert helped my wife & I find the SUV of our dreams at a killer price!
Lorenzo was very helpful in my purchase. He takes good care of his clients.
Great Service and a great loner car. This team is the best.
Has my car in for the 30,000 mile service. Everything done like clock work including the shuttle for drop off and return pick up. Very informative service manage explaining what the service covered and when I picked it up, covering what had been done in detail. A very comfortable visit.
Overall, very efficient and effective. It was a Monday morning, so that led to a bit of confusion on who was handling what. Certainly would use their services again.
Rodan+Fields Skincare event at the dealership. Thank you. We all fully expect to be driving one of these beautiful cars some day soon.
Everything that car buying shouldn't be. Shady people who care about nothing more than making as much money as possible while lying and deceiving you whenever its possible or convenient for them.
I had a signed deal to purchase a vehicle with my financing already pre-approved from an outside source. In the negotiation process the best "deal" they could offer me was 2% higher than I could get on my own. They asked that I come in and have my credit run by them to see if they matched my rate but of course they couldn't, now they offered me a rate of 1/2% higher. No thanks.
DON'T BELIEVE A SINGLE THING ANYONE THERE TELLS YOU AT FACE VALUE.
The whole long over drawn process left a bitter taste in my mouth. I have no reason to ever step foot again in MB Bellevue. If you're smart look at the 1 star reviews on this site and others and think twice about going there.
Look and search for the 1 star reviews, there is a clear and consistent message about little concern for customers and their deceptive practices. Buyer beware,
Very easy low pressure visit. Even changed my key batteries at no charge. Great friendly staff.
This is a really tough decision. I love my vehicle 5 starts, everything was great at the time of purchase 5 stars. The problem is I live in Oregon. I purchased my 2003 sl500 and drove it home June 30th 2018, I went through DEQ and sent the vin inspection and emission test info back to Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue on July 3rd. Oregon issued me a 21 day trip permit on July 2nd. Well, it has been 10 weeks as of today since I purchased my vehicle and I still do not have license plates. I have not been able to drive my vehicle since the second trip permit expired 4 weeks ago. I have called and emailed and get, we will check into it, yet never get a response. While my initial experience was amazing, I would not recommend anyone out of state purchasing a vehicle here.
Our sales person Anthony Moskaluk was extremely helpful and patient with us, throughout the car buying process. He spent more than an hour explaining the various functionalities of my new GLC300. I am very happy with the entire experience and excited to have my new car :)
If you negotiate properly, you can get the best deal here in entire Seattle metro area. The only problem faced by me was with finance department which was trying to sell add-ons while signing papers. (Like regular service may cost you $ 1700 dollars, buy this crap for $X now) Just say big NO to all such things.
Nice and well maintained facility at great location.
The sales person(Thoai Dang) with whom I worked went above and beyond my expectation.
Overall a good experience.
I like the sales people and the folks in service but there are no good deals and when you need technical skill to solve electrical or mechanical issues, go straight to Lynnwood.
In anticipation of a post, here, telling me to contact someone, first, I did, and secondly, the burden of customer satisfaction is on the dealer, not me.
Sorry, but I've likely washed my hands of you.
ADDENDUM: it seems someone doesn't read for substance. I have no intention of calling anyone. The burden is on you folks to call me and make this right. Otherwise, say adios to a CLS 400 and C 450.
But hey, the sea is full, right?
Suggest you read the Yelp reviews before going to this dealership. Once you purchase, the great customer service ends. Just getting my plates was impossible. My temporary registration expired before I could get anyone to return my calls or emails. Terrible.
Spent many hours here. How do I begin. Salesperson was quite pushy. Spent most of our time waiting. Before we made a deal, they were quick. After, it s like waiting after waiting after waiting. We were here in the evening so the cafe was pretty empty and we were literally super hungry and they didn t have anything. At least provide something to snack on if we re gonna have to wait a long time. Overall ok dealership with decent inventory, just has a lot to improve
It was a pleasure working with Jack Park. He was diligent, responsive and very attentive to our needs and questions. I looking forward to working with you in the years to come. I've actually already recommended you!!!
-Steve
Worse service experience ever had, got my car in on 4/17 due to they didn t align the wheels properly after a repair, never got an update, called them on 4/22 they said they don t have a record of the service. On 4/26 the manager called me they LOST THE KEY TO MY VEHICLE and need me to provide my spare key. Today 4/29 I got the car back but they only give me that spare key I provided, which means I need to ga back again to get the new key. What a waste of my time.
My experience to MB of bellevue was good. I was made well aware about time, turnaround time was fast. drop-off and pick up was excellent.
Bought our first Mercedes car with zero hassles and super responsive staff. Heru never came across as sales person with his on the spot advice, humbleness, intelligent and patient enough to know when to let customer make thinking. 5 stars are all because of Heru...
Our purchase of Benz GLC 300 from Benz of Bellevue was a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, David Delgado was easy to work with. We were there to buy but did not expect to buy a car within a day. David Delgado put me at ease from the very start, listened to what I was interested in and went about finding the car of my choice. But more importantly was his patience as I made decisions about add ons and price. Never did I feel any pressure. It was more like working with a friend. Car buying can be very stressful, but our experience was fantastic! Everything David did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny, new GLC 300 as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure we were happy customers. I worked with multiple sales representatives from multiple dealers (Range rover, Jaguar, Lexus, Porsche, Audi and BMW) for my new car hunt. Without a doubt, David has been the best sales person I have dealt with and I would say ever dealt with. I sincerely hope Benz of Bellevue will work to hire employees like David Delgado to represent the excellence of Benz. We wanted to thank him that now we have a very good deal on a nice car and we are more than satisfied.
Note: DAVID DELGADO was one of the main reason for us to buy the GLC 300 with BENZ of Bellevue. Thanks to David!!!!!
Had another great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. Service Advisor, Josh McDowell does an excellent job of explaining the reason for any issues I might be having with my automobile. My recent service was a routine "B" maintenance that was done on time and as expected, and Josh made sure I had the model of loaner car I had hoped for. Superior job all around.
Like the ride that my husband purchased me. Although a little disconnect between sales and maintenance .
I bought a GLC from them and had a stellar experience in the process with Edwin Mulnicke. He was courteous, friendly and helped us to buy the car of our choice at the price we wanted. we decided to buy a Benz due to the customer service at this dealership and was much better than BMW & Audi dealership nearby.
I had the best experience ever at the Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue! I had a bomb expert named Scott that truly went above and beyond into unconventional in order to put me in my new GLA! I'm in love with the car and am definitely a fan of the sales team as a whole! I whole heartedly recommend making an appointment with Scott! You won't regret it! He's quiet, knowledgeable and GMA GLA himself! He's also hysterical and patient....but now I'm describing him for a first date! I will definitely be back in 3 years for my next lease!
This was my first Mercedes purchase and I was very pleased with my experience. I was greated promptly and was introduced to Heru Tarjoto. Not really knowing which model I wanted, Heru accompanied me on 3 test drives until I decided on the vehicle that was perfect for me. He didn't keep me waiting on numbers and pretty quickly put together a deal that worked for my budget. I didn't feel pressured and he made the process easy for me. The sales manager, Michael Feorene introduced himself after my papers were signed and thanked me for choosing Mercedes and choosing their dealership. Everyone was very genuine and I feel my business is sincerely valued. I love my new 2017 E300 and will definitely return to Heru and Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue for my next vehicle purchase.
WE went today (me and my wife) to buy SUV , the car sales woman (Kathryn) was rude and we asked to talk with manager shift and she refused and finally he came where he was really more worse than her and did not talk or sit down even with us and told us the price that will not change and gave us very low price for our car(because we were trying to trade in our car) , he was finishing his shift so did not want to talk with his customers or even attend or even listen to them .
The worst place we ever been to buy a car that we felt badly treated as customer, really we do not recommend any one to go there , they should feel ashamed of their dealership customer relationship and services .
Marc was very professional I just had my oil changed so I waited in and out in hour it was great thanks
