My issue isn't necessarily with the work done, rat...

My issue isn't necessarily with the work done, rather the perception received as a customer. If you have an $85k vehicle and its only a few weeks old you should not only expect the Service Advisor to do a vehicle inspection with you before you drop it off but it should be encouraged. I initially was bothered how I was passed off from the person who I was told would be my Service Rep, Josh. I was passed on to someone that I believed wasn't overly thrilled to be working that day or maybe in general. Anyhow when I had to ask for an Inspection, it was met with "well I'll have to print that out"....okay, so that's fine with me. It seemed like it was becoming a hassle, it didn't sit well. Communication on my vehicle wasn't stellar, I had to call 3 times to finally get the current update. It was a Wednesday and I was told my part would be on Friday morning and I would be called. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I approached the advisor that I was first introduced and he responded with "you keep coming up to me", he then walked me to the empty counter. This pissed me off, though I refrained from putting him in his place as I was in a hurry and needed to get my vehicle and leave. Friday came and went, no call.
I got a phone call on Monday afternoon to schedule which I did. My assigned Service Advisor on the email confirmation...Josh. I hope someone lets him know. So far from Buying and Service Lynnwood Mercedes greatly exceeds Bellevue Mercedes. I hope to find a reason to update and amend this rating to something higher after my follow up appointment.
