I try to buy a new SUV before my planned ski trip. However there are no car in stock that fit my requirement exactly. They find one from another dealership and put extra effort to have it transported on time. I am very happy with my new car.

I have always taken my car here. I noticed yesterday a big sign auto nation whatever the f that means.

The car does not even have 60k yet and all the sudden it has cancer.

I was told to do spark plugs (which I agreed) but I mainly I took in the car for an oil change and alignment / testing since the car was pulling a bit. The service person M, tried very hard to shove the most expensive option on me. (Must be the end year quota).

* please note that I regularly check under the hood for any leaks or anything unusual.

Just before their working hours, I get a call saying, your water pump is f-ed and it needs a new one. It also needs a new battery. Your rear brakes are completely gone -I knew my breaks were bad so I was not surprise here.

Still on the call (*remember I mainly took the car in for an alignment) -so I ask if my tires / steering is good and their response was yes, there is nothing wrong, we will do the alignment tomorrow.

New day: Hi this is M from Bellevue Mercedes, I have some bad news. Your left struck arm / caster is f-ed. What the actual f? They told me last night that everything looked good.

I will never take my cars here again. My advice to anyone reading reviews here, buy OEM parts and take it elsewhere. Not the same service experience as I had the previous years. Something very shady. Very annoyed.

My overall experience with the dealership was real...

My overall experience with the dealership was really good. My sales executive Tomi is a really great guy, so are the finance guys David, Dan and Jerry. They were co-operative starting from test drive till the delivery. However, there were some recalls on my car which they didn't mention until the delivery day which kind of set me off for a moment, that's something I didn't think before to ask. Anyways, good dealership, recommended. On a side note, Seattle City Mercedes was really terrible as compared to these guys.

Bad customer Service. We purchased the last 4 Merc...

Bad customer Service. We purchased the last 4 Mercedes from them, then they became Auto Nation. Went to get a new car and they didn't have the one we wanted. We gave them time to find it and bring it in, once they found they called and told us to bring it in. The day we were to go in they called back and told us it was sold.

We went to Lynnwood Mercedes Benz and asked them to find what car we wanted at let us know and we would purchase. They did and we purchased when it arrived. Two days later we had a flat on the new car (a Continental tire) that was bad. (No damage to tire only had 120 miles on tire) We brought the car to the Auto Nation Bellevue Mercedes and was told it was not under warranty and had to pay $495.00 for tire replacement (closest Mercedes to where we are). Paid the fee to get back to work, that afternoon we called and asked the dealership that we purchased if it should have been under warranty, "yes". Called Continental and asked if it should have been under warrant, "yes".

RUN from these guys.....they are the worst!

By the way Lynnwood Mercedes Benz gave the $495.00 back to us so we didn't have to deal with Auto Nation any more! I know where I will be buying my new cars from now on!

This is my first time to experience the best customer service. Jason Boullion did his best to help me out even though I went to look on a pre-owned car. He never pressured me or hurried up and didn't questioned me if I was buying the car or not. Since I was checking on a pre-owned car, he showed me all the documentation about the car and gave me time to review them. He was patient and gave me the time to test drive the car even though it was a bit late already. This place is very customer friendly and they have lived up to their reputation. The best part is they are open to negotiations. Thank you for helping Jason Boullion!

Chronically understaffed parts department, this dealership has salesman and service writers sitting around every time I am in and the parts guys are swamped. Second star because they are very polite and knowledgable- after an hour of waiting each time.

Dealership management needs to learn to respect customers' time, this paints a bad picture of management after Barrier. I'll likely stop going here entirely, and I've stopped recommending this dealership to those I know.

My review is mostly with the post-purchase process...

My review is mostly with the post-purchase process of my most recent purchase from this dealership. Disclaimer, this was an online, out-of-state purchase for an exotic vehicle and it has been exactly 1 month with my engagement with this dealership for my purchase.I am in St. Louis, MO with the vehicle/dealership being in the state of Washington to provide a distance reference

If I had to actually rate my experience with purchasing my exotic from MB of Bellevue, it would be a 4/5 rating. The quickness and communication, fulfillment of all requests up until the final paperwork was signed/paid was quite smooth. My assigned sales rep answered every question I threw at him, sent me pics & videos of everything I requested, etc etc.

Where it starts to go downhill is the post-purchase/delivery portion of my experience. When setting up shipment arrangements, I was informed that there was some damage to the car that was found by some of the dealership's workers - what looked to be the front passenger corner of the hood crumpled downwards. I was told that this damage was completely missed by their service reps and everyone at the dealership. If you view the pic attached, there is no way anyone can conceivably miss something as big as this. I initially purchased the car based off of pics that were provided to me and the videos showing the vehicle to be in near mint condition, nothing highlighted the attached damage. I do not know if this was intentional or not- I do not want to make any presumptions on integrity here. The car is exactly what I wanted and decided to proceed as I have been in the market for 8 months now, with this example being the only 1 of its kind to pop up in the entire country during my search timeframe. You can expect I was quite excited!

Before repair or next steps was discussed, my sales rep informed me the car was already en route to their body shop. This was my first flag, anyone that owns an exotic knows they want to know exactly who/what is going to be doing work/done to the car. This was not asked if it was approved by me beforehand, the decision was made and I was informed afterwards. The used car sales manager then contacted me after I had tried to get a hold of him, informing me how the dealership would never want to deliver a car to a customer damaged. I was fine with this, but the comments of acting as if this were a courtesy of gratitude to help with my purchase versus a correction of their mistake in selling a car with known damage, and never informing myself beforehand was very offputting. Furthermore, the added comment of "You can back out of the purchase if you want to" was just not in good taste My sales rep knew how much I wanted this car, I pulled the trigger on a deposit and purchasing this car literally within 24 hrs of this posting online, pictures weren't even up yet for the online ad!

I agreed and was told by my sales rep it should be no longer than 5-7 days. This was my first rescheduling of my shipment as I had already setup my shipping company to pick the car up after my paperwork was processed. I kept in daily communication with my sales rep on the status of the vehicle, which he was awesome about. But as week and week passed, I was continuously informed it would be another couple of days. It is now 1 month and I was told this would be completed this past Friday, my sales rep texted me over the weekend I should schedule pickup for this coming Wednesday

Yet, out of all of this - I have no idea what has actually been done to the car. I dont know if a new hood was needed, I dont know if a new paintjob was needed, I simply don't know the extent of work. Which is a BIG deal for this auto manufacturer, as any damage inspected by their OEM PPI would immediately eliminate it from qualification for extended warranty. Whats even more troublesome, is that it seemed there was 0 communication done between the bodyshop and the dealership, and there has been 0 effort to make any sort of "right" for delayed delivery of my vehicle. This weekend, I have had to reschedule shipment for a 3rd time

But where it all went down was when the car broke down 3 days after I had purchased the vehicle. I went to see what could be done to help me fix my vehicle, and I was told that there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed in how this was handled.

They were able to get me in and after a mere two hour wait, I was ready to go. Alexa Jackson, Express Service Advisor was fantastic!

From my original email inquiry to signing my final documentation was pretty much seamless. Sean was the best sales guys I've ever worked with, I didn't have to haggle, I got what I asked right up front. The whole process took ~3 hours if even.

I've read a few other reviews about lack of customer service, follow through, and integrity and I am besides myself because this definitely was not what I experienced.

Customer Service from the sales manager to the financing department = 10
Follow Through on what I asked for = 10
Integrity = 10
I've even referred a few friends here looking to purchase =)

I went car shopping yesterday and after an unsuccessful 4 hours spent at a different dealership, I went to the Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. There I was greeted right away by the staff and had the pleasure of working with Thomas. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, but he accommodated all of our special requests. He patiently waited until we were done signing the financial papers at 11pm for him congratulate us one more time and hand us the keys at the end. Waited to schedule a yearly service with a recall ...

Waited to schedule a yearly service with a recall notice, but the part never came in, so I gave up and scheduled the needed service anyway. I needed a loaner car, but was told that the first available one would be 2 weeks out and I couldn't wait that long.

Dropped off my car, but when it was ready, my wife had a medical emergency and could not take me back to pick it up and I needed to get to the hospital. When I asked if they could pick me up to get my car, I was told I lived to far away (Kent). So I had no car for 3 days, until my wife came home to take me to get the car.

After a considerable wait 20 minutes, they brought out the wrong car... This was a very disappointing experience, compared to my other service call at Mercedes. Makes me consider a BMW, Audi, Lexus.... for when my lease is up next year. Service is very important to me when I'm spending these kind of dollars for a vehicle. There are to many good cars out there, to have bad service when you need it.

The staff are all great they treat you like a rock star. It's always clean and has lots of great eye candy in the showroom. It was kind of a mess getting into the dealership with all the road construction going on but don't let that stop you if you're in the market for a new Mercedes or need your car serviced.

Service advisers are dishonest in pricing. I got a quote $150+tax for coolant change. Erik Bryan asked me $190 + tax + $10 cleaning materials fee.
I have never heard before changing cleaning material fees.
Service adviser manner and attitude were very discomforting. It is true also for people in part department. Long waiting and slow service.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The sales process went fairly smooth, they were able to answer most of my questions. I've been a little disappointed with the service post purchase. I found a malfunctioning entertainment controller during my test drive and was told it would be looked into but once I purchased the car that promise was taken off the table. Their inspection process also failed to inform me / fix a broken taillight (not a bad bulb).

I can't speak to purchasing a new vehicle here, but if you are buying a used vehicle you shouldn't plan on receiving much help solving any existing issues once you have paid, unless it is clearly list in the warranty.

Over the years Mercedes Service has decline in my experience. My last visit was not pleasant, having an expected window down with a chilly day the service person was not willing to do much ,except give me the bill for how much will cost and for me to wait for his call until the part was ordered- not even a loan car available, very rude! not acceptable service/behavior to a long time customer. Another service person approach me since I said I will go to some place else then. He was able to give me a loan car and give me a diagnosis first before assuming what was need it, but left a bad taste on my mouth already. I was in the process to exchange or get a newer/older car since I knew my car was need it lots of work and wasn't worth keep fixing it , yet didn't matter .Therefore after the window was fix and went to BMW and got me a newer car. Often consumers return for a product because of the service that sales person provides, then for the product - obviously I won't be coming back again to Mercedes. Disappointing quality of service.

Christopher Wright and his team in Mercedes Benz of Bellevue is amazing. It's the best car leasing experience I ever had. He is very passion (even after I told him that I may not lease the car within 2-4 weeks in email), honest, responsive and very detail oriented.

At that time, we were comparing the 2016 C300 with 2017 Genesis G80 and the 2016 Lexus ES350.

After his detailed initial walk through of the C300, we decided to drop the ES350, as Mercedes has such a good focus on details, e.g. the brake HOLD feature, the seatbelt fasten assist, the fuel tank cap holder, etc.

Then we were able to negotiate a satisfying price through his help for the leasing.

He also introduced the general manager to us, which make us feel they really care about us as a customer and the business.

We will definitely recommend him and his team to anyone who is interested in a Mercedes!

I just bought a Mercedes 2017 GLC Coup and this is my very 1st Mercedes and surely it won't be the last. It was the end of the year so the dealer was super busy, at the beginning when we first walked in, no one actually greet us but it was fine since I just wanted to stroll around.
Then Jack was the first who approached us and walked us through all the details of the car. He was sincere, honest and very caring to his customers so by the end of the day, I drove that 2017 Mecerdes home with me. Thank you Jack for being so helpful and I sure will recommend everybody who is looking for a new car to Jack, you won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience with my service agent. Previously, I had come in for service and did not have a good experience, but this time was different. My service agent was friendly and attentive, and when he saw me peaking in the service bay to see if my car was ready, he came out and gave me an update on what was happening. My only complaint is with the prices the dealer charges, everything else was great!

I have just signed a lease of a Benz C300 2019, it is a fantastic car. It is driving smoothly, and really powerful, the whole system is fully satisfied my requirements.

The guy who helped me is Malachi Lucey, he is a really really nice person, and I would really appreciate his help. He showed me all the features of C300, and let me test drive it. The entire process of trading in an old truck for a new ride was incredible at Mercedes-Bellevue! The employees love their jobs. Thomas Mioc is the next generation example of customer service. I was embarrassed to drive up in my old pickup with bungee cords holding it together. He told me to just do it and I did. He was always respectful and at no time did any red flags go up that made me feel anxious, worried, and ready to run. Thomas, Delilah, and the finance lady, put me into a 2017 Kia Soul and I drove away with a dependable and safe car. And the best part, I did not buy a luxury car but I still received the great customer service we all deserve. I recommend Thomas Mioc and this dealership to everyone!

Our car buying experience w Mark M. @ MB of Bellevue was nothing short of amazing.
We mentioned something about wanting a new car to our service rep Josh (we already have one MB vehicle). Josh introduced us to Mark M in sales and then we were off..
Mark asked and listened and came through with the car we wanted.
Although the process was long due to our choice constraints, it was quite
simple and we didn't have to do much except to say yes or no to the cars he had found for us.
If you are serious about wanting a MB vehicle, new or used go see Mark M., then go
to Josh for all your preventive maintenance needs. The team @ MB is stellar in its professionalism, courtesy, and treatment of their customers.
You will not be disappointed. We absolutely loved our experience there.

Found, what I thought was a great deal on my first German car. Deal so good I was ready to fly in to purchase it. Initiated contact via chat. Agent I spoke with confirmed vehicle is still available and the price listed is correct. Left my email address and the phone# and was informed someone would call me soon with all the details. When I was waiting for the call, I received a "welcome" email from one of the eCommerce sales associates, stating the car is available and asking when I would like to come an test drive it. Was about to start replying when the phone rung. It was another Internet Sales Associate. He assured me, again, the vehicle is still available and asked, again, when could I come to check it out. I explained, I will be flying in to purchase it, so I would like to know all the details prior to me boarding the plane. Asked whether I could see some pics of the vehicle and if the mileage was accurate. Associate said he would gather all the info and get back to me. After few hours I was informed, I can't purchase that car, because dealership won't be keeping it. Supposedly, they found "some problems", when it went through their service dept. What a BS! The ad was (and still is) up on both their webpage and few other online websites and they did not check the car out prior to posting the listing? By the way, their listing says: "This vehicle includes a Money-Back Guarantee* and passed our precise inspection process. Best of all the price you see is the price you pay. No haggling. No back and forth. No pressure. And this price is so good it is guaranteed". Very dishonest and deceiving people. Highly NOT recommended!

Buying experience was excellent. I was looking for a crossover and I was very particular about having certain features and didn't have lot of time for shopping. Denis Ivankin is an excellent salesman and he was awesome in terms of focusing on just what I needed and helped me close the deal quickly.

I'm loving the driving experience. Its quiet, smooth and very comfortable.

I am delighted with the C-class MB I just bought from Lorenzo Johnson. He was most patient with my questions and clearly explained all the bells and whistles now available to me. I never felt like I was being pushed to make a decision before I was ready to do so. I would absolutely want to work with him again if and when I were to purchase another MB!

It was disheartening to see plastic painted to look like metal in the dashboard of the GLA base model. I ve also been informed that some mercs come with fake exhaust tips. By itself this would earn two or three stars, but coming from a company like Mercedes, with the heritage and the price tags, even a single star is very generous.

Was building the car that I want online through USAA and received a call from Evan shortly afterwards to setup an appointment for a test drive. Long story short, drove the car from the dealership shortly after that.

Terrible service and totally unprofessional AutoNation dealership. This is the second time I have experienced their lack of professionalism and courtesy, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this negative review. Their service advisor wont even call you when your car that you dropped off in the morning for a standard A service is not ready by the end of the day like 6 pm. You wont be able to get in touch with your Service Advisor even if you call. They text you saying you can text them back with questions through the service but when you do, there is no response. They provide a shuttle service that has long long wait time. On top of all this the service charges are 2x compared to other MB dealers in a 50 mile radius. Overall this is the worst car dealership I have ever seen in my life. I don't want to go there ever again.

I have stepped in to the dealer ship to purchase GL Class Palladium Silver and I know what I need. I was introduced to the sales person, Kevin. He was very patience enough to know about the car I am interested and gave the demonstration about the features, options and pros / cons of the options available. He has allowed us to do the test drive and has explained many new features introduced with the new model. I was able to evaluate and pick the choice i need with the test drive. After the test drive, I took my time to decide on the Vehicle and packages required and he had the vehicle ready pulled out from the inventory and ready with in an hour. My experience with MB of Bellevue is quite easy, quick and pleasant.

Expensive (For example in Lynnwood MB much more cheaper), large queues (2 weeks) for service (For example in Lynnwood MB you can schedule your appointment next day), and there is no guarantee that your car will be serviced same day as your appointment :(

- they tell you you ll be helped in a second and it s 10mins and you still wait
- I m told my car was ready at the door and it took them another 15 mins to locate it and bring to the door for real.

My name is David Findlay, but this review is posted under my wife's name - Linda Findlay. My experience with Greg Prokop in searching for a pre-certifiable owned ML350 to replace my 2010, same model. I wanted a vehicle hopefully in a range of from 10K to maybe 20K miles, my colors, in excellent condition mechanically and physically, and as fully loaded as possible. My range of vintage years was from 2012 forward. I knew at the time I talked with Greg that it would be a wait because there were few if any M350's known to be for sale that I might be interested in purchasing. I simply had to be patient. I had done some homework, including searching Auto Nation for potential cars. I found nothing to my liking. But during the week of February 13, Greg called to tell me he had a very low mileage 2015 ML350 that had come in. The owner bought it in September 2014, and decided after about 4,500 miles, that he wanted a different ride, so he traded it in. On February 16 I met Greg at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue to see the car. It was a different color than I had been thinking I wanted, which I loved, had the features and more than I wanted, and it was essentially new...broken in so to speak. Greg came in to meet with me on his day off and literally spent the entire morning with me, answering my questions, taking the test ride, and then standing by as we executed the transaction. Since then, I have had some questions and Greg has responded very quickly. I have been buying new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz cars from this dealership and the previous owner Barrier Motors for my wife and me since 2007. I continue to be a happy customer, and this has been especially true for this pre-owned purchase, our second one. Thank-you Greg...you are an excellent professional. David W. Findlay

It was an amazing experience we went for a test ride and end up buying the car. Jibran who was really good enough to explain the features. The entire process was Smooth and easy. After buying in a week there was a error message came up in the dash took it to them and they were happy to assist and within an hour the delivered the vehicle. Highly recommend this place.

Josh was a pleasure to work with, everyone was very cordial and accommodating, and all went smoothly. I will return to Mercedes of Bellevue for service in the future.

I only had a service done here. I could not give them a 5 star even though the service was good and the job completed. Where it dropped off was two things. First and actually foremost someone adjusted my chair memory settings. Not sure why most likely by accident but it took me some time to adjust and find all those settings and then finally save them. I worked out the best fitting drivers seat over about two months. A bit frustrating the second problem was my keys were in the cup holder in the vehicle (which is fine) but I did not know this and they gave me a key and I then left without realizing that they were not my key. I found out when I pulled into my next stop. Soon after I found out they called so I had to go back, which I did not mind doing just inconvenient, so those are not 5 star ratings work. I will continue to use them so I am sure they will have the opportunity to change this.
