Very unfriendly and super slow service. When you go in to the service area you stand around waiting while one person at the desk helps another customer for 10 minutes without bothering to acknowledge your presence. Really annoying.

Last week we went to dealer to look for an used SUV. Looking is FREE, but end of we bought our first new SUV. We worked with Heru and feel very comfortable to explore different options. Since the used one is diesel and I cannot handle the "noise", Heru suggested to try the new SUV. The driving experience was great and negotiation process was pressure-less. After few hours, we drove the new car home... So far so good. Highly suggest this dealership & the sales person -- Heru.

Unfortunately there is no zero star. There service department is worst. Not sure why they are still in business. They have different rules for appointments if car is under warranty.
And the lady who talks on phone is always like doing a favor by talking. No respect for customers!

I have bought several cars from Barrier, and I always get them serviced there. Whether sales or service I have never had anything but the best. Ed Brown in service is a champ. I pulled in one day with a horrible screeching noise from my one wheel. He laughed and got the stone out of my brake with a screw driver. I was on my way, without a charge in less than 10 minutes. Seriously what more could you even hope for?

Although professional, clean and prompt overall the service is bloated to an insulting level. Hours billed for changing the engine air filter.. 1.5. Hours for changing sparkplugs.. 3. It's just Ludacris. After being told you have to remove the intake manifold to change the plugs I investigated and it's not the case. Just a shroud needs to be pulled. I'm done with this service department and will find another Mercedes dealer for future work. 1600 dollars for a 60k service is insulting.

We ended up with an extra vehicle in our family and my attempts to sell it online resulted in many scammers contacting me with all sorts of suspicious deals/offers. I happened to call MB of Bellevue, the same place we bought it from to begin with, and asked if they were interested in buying this vehicle back from me. I was amazed by getting a decent offer from them and ended up selling it back to them. Jeff L. and Anthony S. were great, took about an hour for an appraisal and to cut a check. Thanks for saving me from dealing with online clowns and for being so professional to deal with. That was some good business, job well done! Thank you Jeff, thank you Anthony.

My recent experience of purchasing a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Mercedes Benz of Bellevue was exceptional, due to the service and care provided by Heru Tarjoto. Heru made the whole process of purchasing a car smooth and seamless. He truly cares about the customer s needs and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. He was very professional, positive, patient and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed to make my purchase decision. He was very responsive to my questions, texts and phone calls. In addition, I appreciated his taking the time after the purchase to set up an appointment to go through the operation of the car and all of its details.

I have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealerships, and this was the best car buying experience that I have had.

I highly recommend Heru Tarjoto and Mercedes Benz of Bellevue !

Unfortunately everything went south once we 'paid'...

Unfortunately everything went south once we 'paid' for the new car. It was depressing how poor the service was compared to when they were in 'selling' mode. There were very basic and fundamental problems with many aspects of the process and people who we interacted with. We've since (finally) were approached by a service manager who is trying to rectify the situation and we appreciate that, but much of the damage was done. The saga still continues as we are trying to get everything rectified. For the $ we paid, it was just not an acceptable treatment.

I'm always treated with respect when I bring my car in for service. The staff in knowledgeable and communicate with you first before doing any repairs.

My service rep Mark K explains the estumate so you don't freak at the cost. The serve area is well maintained and clean.

I recommend MB Bellevue service to anyone.

Josh as always did an outstanding job! It's always painless when Josh is taking care of my car, and this was no exception. He let me know what work needed to be done, and let me know when the work was completed (on time!). Josh is the best employee there... by far!

Everyone excells at their position, from Jerome Brown at the front counter, Justin Purdy my advisor and Tony H. the Technician whom performed the Service! Great Organization ! I purchased my car here when it was Barrier. The service was superior. See my note below which was 5 stars two years ago. Since Auto Nation has taken over the service has significantly declined. I was at this visit for a routine service. My experience very similar to another customer Mary's review a month ago. When I made the appointment I stated I would wait for the car in the lounge, since they did not have loaners on that day. The customer rep said appointment would be about two hours. When I checked in I stated again I would wait for it and asked how long it would be. I was told by Chris S that it would be around 5 hours, I got there 10:30 am. I said I would be working upstairs as I brought my computer. At 4:29 pm I called Chris since still no car, He stated he tried calling but sees they had transposed my cell number. Again, I was upstairs. He had left a message at my office number at 3:20pm but no one in the office. He stated my brakes close to needing replaced and did I want done. I stated no, I needed to get out of here, and asked how much longer. He stated about half hour or so, and he would text me to let me know. I waited and moved downstairs next to coffee machines and waited. Finally after getting frustrated I walked out to service bay and see my car. The friendly gentleman with the hat on, (who worked for Barrier and still works here) and in my opinion has the best customer service, asked if could help. I said checking if my car is done and it looks like it is over there. He said he would check, and yes by golly it was. He went to get paperwork out of Chris office, which lights were off, and that is when I got very upset. I stated are you telling me he left for the day, without texting me my car was done. The gentleman stated, he would not lie, that Chris left about 15 minutes earlier and the car showed up prob 20 minutes earlier. He escorted me to another gentleman to ring up my charges. I vented to him as well, that I was not a happy camper, and felt this was un called for. Also I stated my son came up at 10:30 in the morning to look at some e class cars, and we both walked around the show room. Not one person approached us or asked if they could help. We have three Mercedes and it isn't like we are not a customer. Maybe our sweats or clothes we were wearing made them think we could not afford it. Really! Chris called the next day to say he wanted to go over the statement. I could not talk as I had three sick grandchildren. He got defensive when I stated I was not a happy camper and said we spoke that day. Yes we spoke but I said you were trying to sell me brakes, no text or call to either number car done. I feel your customer service needs attention Auto Nation if you want to continue to attract clients. Barrier was more customer service and wanted your business.

I have taken my car in for every service, and just had my 60k yesterday. I am always greeted with a friendly smile, asked if want water or coffee, or a loaner car. Mark K is my rep and he has always answered my questions and been very helpful. They did advise I need spark plug changed, and new brakes on front. I did one and have to come back for the other.
I have nothing but good things to say.

Giving 4 stars as we went there twice to buy the right car. Our first day experience was OK as there was really no one there to even talk to us. We literally had to go around looking for a representative but once we found him we got to see some of the cars but did not work out.
The next day was a great experience. We had a customer representative who showed us the cars, went out with us on a test drive and answered all our questions. We ended up buying that car.

Truly excellent service. They were ready for me upon arrival with my loaner car, service and car was ready that evening. I really appreciate being able to stop by between services for water or oil top off without appointments. This is an excellent service. The one time I had a flat someone from the dealership stopped and helped me change the tyre; I thought this was just sales hype but not at all. Service par excellence. I highly recommend them.

After searching online for the best deals for a gle350 comparing fife, Seattle, and Lynnwood, safe to say Bellevue had the best prices and most bang for your buck. If you re looking for a new/used Mercedes Benz then contact Lorenzo Johnson he helped my family get my mom a new car after her ml350 2010 was getting too old. Lorenzo isn t your typical shady salesman, he showed us multiple gle350 with the best pricing for all vehicles all printed out on paper. It s actually weird to say this but Lorenzo is the only salesman where I truly wanted him to get the most commission he could because of the way he handles his sales! Only if I was a millionaire then I would have no problem paying sticker price for the vehicles. There was one vehicle we were interested in and before my family even seen it, Lorenzo said he would not sell this vehicle because it had some damages to the exterior that he was not aware of. Think about it!! This dude didn t want to sell us a car he knew it would have future complaints on! The first time we ever went in, Lorenzo asked what our budget was and the vehicle we wanted. Then he went to his computer and even was able to get good pricing on vehicles we weren t even interested in because of the price! He is a busy man so he will tell you straight up what he can/can t do because this dude is so busy trying to give the best service to you while being on time with his other appointments. I don t blame him when he seems a little rushed because it s the reputation he made for himself which made him a very popular go-to salesman at Mercedes in Bellevue. Before you go to fife, Seattle, or Lynnwood Mercedes, stop by Bellevue and ask for Lorenzo because his personality will definitely make you want to buy a car from him and support him based on what he s able to do for you! Surprised how he didn t even want to keep pushing us to test drive every other sentence like other salesman. Now my mom is more than happy because she was able to get a car that was a little out of her budget since Lorenzo and his manager was able to work something out that met in the middle.
I swear to god I don t post reviews on either yelp google or any other platforms but man does Lorenzo and his manager deserve this review!

I love the car and that's why I'm giving them one star. I bought a very expensive vehicle here and you would expect the best possible service ever. The salesperson was below average, he was always in a rush going back and forth. I had to wait almost 2hs for a cash operation (nonsense). I also purchased a few extras and the windshield hydrophobic protection. Because I was on vacation that week (around holidays) I asked them to keep the car and apply the protection (it's a 30m work) before delivering the car. The next day after multiple attempts I picked up the car. The protection wasn't applied, the car was dirty and had some scratches on the inside. The salesperson didn't even bother to make it right and asked me for a 10/10 review!. It took them another week to set up an "appointment" to apply the windshield protection. I had to wait for over two hours to get the service done. The worst part is that the protection is not hydrophobic. The manager offered me some "goodies" to make it right to get a good survey (that's the only motivation they have), when I asked them about it they said "the person is not in the office today" - how convenient. After the survey was delivered they went dark and treated me really bad, in fact I had to call them to get my license plates which btw I had to install myself.
This dealership is really bad, do yourself a favor and visit another dealership.

I'm very satistifed with the service I received during my visit at the Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. I visited couple times before purchasing the car, and Jack Park gave me so much information to help me decide the best option for me. He was very genuine and considerate. As a woman myself, I loved the experience because he was very caring, but also very informative. I would definitely recommend Jack and MB@Bellevue for the people who want quality service and quality product for the price.

It was a wonderful buying experience with Mr. Heru Tarjoto. He is patient, polite, and an unique human being. I changed my mind on vehicle type for a couple of times, and he never complained a thing. Even on the day of pick up, I tempted to get a bigger car. Eventually, I settled down with a sedan. Love it so far. I want to give a special thank to Heru for all his hard work. I could not think of a worse experience here in Me...

I could not think of a worse experience here in Mercedes Bellevue, they are really robbers instead of professional service providers. I had my cabin filter replaced in the dealership, and it took them MORE THAN ONE WEEK to replace it. When I picked up my car after the "FIX", another surprise came to me, my car engine died after I drove out from the dealership(around 500ft). I had to call roadside assistance to send my car back to the dealership, and two days later the genius "service provider"called me with an estimation of $410 to figure out the issues why my engine didn't work. After I denied it, they quickly said they have figured the reason out - my vehicle is full of water and fuel pump module is saturated, and this was NOT THE CASE when I sent my car to the dealership. They blamed to rainy weather in Seattle to be the reason :) They should be awarded as Oscar best robber award. DON'T USE THE SERVICE HERE!!!!!

The service at MB Bellevue is unprecedented among luxury dealerships. As a young owner, I am often overlooked and treated with disrespect. This is absolutely not the case at MB Bellevue. I look forward to service appointments simply for the opportunity to see my service advisor (Ed Brown- awesome guy) and experience the facility. I would highly recommend going out of one's way to do business here

I purchased in 2015 a new glk350 and took the 3 year prepaid maintenance package
Last week I went for my last prepaid maintenance and I asked how much it will be for my 50K maintenance (A3)
He checked on his computer and printed me the quote
$2273
Seriously? For an A service
You would definitely not get my business if you guys think that I can be taken advantage of.
Shame on you to come up with crazy numbers. Parts for what he recommended me cost maximum $200 so I recommend anyone to just go to a local car shop

my last service was perfect. when i buy a mercedes, i expect intuitive service. they should anticipate my normal needs as a customer.
i want to be treated as in individual and a loyal customer. i don't need much besides, competence, good communication and timely answers.
Bellevue Mercedes was there for all my needs and made the service process a pleasant and easy process.
i have been a loyal customer for many years because of these virtues.

I just bought my car. It's used. And the keys were worn out. So I took it to the dealer through which the previous owner had been having the car serviced. I told them about the keys and Erik, the service guy, told me I would need to place the order, make payment, and supply the necessary proof of ownership. I live 30 miles away so I asked if we could do this via email and he immediately said, "Yes!" I was so surprised! I thought I would have to drive all that way back but I didn't. I went home, emailed the information to Erik. He called me up to confirm my order and we finalized it. Next thing I know, I received two emails: 1 that was a receipt for my order and the second was the credit card processing confirmation slip. Nice! Very easy to deal with these guys. They are very nice people. I'll be back, that's for sure.

Wayne offered to pick me up in Issaquah which took the stress out of the process. We are very happy with our choice and the service we received.

I bought a 2014 Mercedes C300 4matic sport from Pam not too long ago. It was a low pressure purchase, very fun and silly but down to business. Pam gave me exactly what I asked for and the car they sold me was actually 2k less than it would have been wholesale, which was a big surprise to me. So far, it drives great and the service has been excellent. The only issue I had was that they didn't run my credit the first day I was in but rather when I made the appointment to buy the car so I had to wait a few minutes. Not really a big deal as the loan they gave me was essentially free money, I'm pretty sure the rate of inflation will cover the interest of the loan.

I'm not sure how I got such a good deal other than that I snagged the car the day it came in but as long as it doesn't explode or something weird, I can't complain. It did have some issues with the tires deflating but Pam is fixing that for me.

What a joke this place really is. Went car shopping here, only to wait an hour to even speak to a salesperson. When finally sat down with one, salesperson started giving fake numbers and when I mentioned about the lease specials they had on their website, he started giving excuses why the numbers were different. If you are looking for MB, save yourself a trip and take your business to MB Seattle.
