I brought my car in for service two days later the...

I brought my car in for service two days later they said they need the car for a couple more days. (it happens) When they called me, I was told to talk to Justin the next morning for a loaner car. I called Justin at 8:00 am and said I would be there in a couple hours for a car. When I arrived I was told by a person at the counter Justin was busy with a customer and I would have a hard time getting a car. So he wrote down my information and said " I will put a note on his desk and hopefully he see's it" WOW I said that wasn't acceptable so he told me to wait and he would get a rental car. Over an hour later the rental car place picked me up. I am still shocked by the comment and how overall there customer service is.
Reading other reviews I called and left a message for the General Manager and have not heard back.

Jason Boullion made my car buying experience pleasant. It was a difficult one, being that the car was purchased out of state. He worked with me in getting the car here, the whole way through, keeping me updated as the car journeyed out here.

Very impressed with the service I received from Jason at MB or Bellevue,. From the get go he was sincere, honest and straight forward, something that is almost impossible to find when trying to buy a car. He eased my fear on buying, a car something I hadn't done in over 10 years. I don't know If all the sales associates are like Jason, but I would highly recommend him. Very professional and responded to my inquires almost right away.
Great service all in all.

Went to a Ford dealership in Lynwood to trade in my truck and make a purchase. Used the Kelly Blue Book Used car service. After about an hour and a half of the dealership trying to scam me, I left and went to Bellevue Mercedes. Although Bellevue Mercedes doesn't use the Kelly Blue Book service, their own tool came up with almost the same exact number. We quickly agreed on trade in and car purchase price. I found the dealership representatives fair and knowledgeable and didn't feel at all that they were trying to take advantage of me the way the previous dealership had. Wayne Thiessen quickly put together a fair offer on the trade in and sale of the new purchase and made sure that we were well taken care of. I will be using them again on my next vehicle purchase.

When I walked in I was weirdly greeted and then assigned a salesman. The salesman seemed new and didn t communicate properly. The questions he was asking for why I was looking into a vehicle was intrusive, as if he didn t believe that I could afford it. He verbally gave me a quote, but never followed up with an email or a copy of the quote even when I asked twice before I left. My business went to Range Rover the next day.

I have purchased 2 new Mercedes in the last few years and take them both here for service...but no more. You would think that in an emergency situation or request that the service department might do their best to assist a reliable client with a simple request...please take a look at my car to see what is wrong and if its safe to drive until a service appointment could be made. Nope not here there was no customer service, no options presented, no thank you for purchasing and supporting us...nothing offered just a simple make an appointment as we are busy. Its no surprise the service department here sucks, look at the Yelp reviews and others. The sales team might be great, but the service is where you actually need it to be reliable for the long term relationship. There are several other mercedes dealers in the area so I would encourage anyone before using the Bellevue location to read the reviews and do your research. I will not be using their service department and I highly encourage others to do the same. I guess all the 'talk' about customer service, excellence, friendships, and safety all goes out the window when you actually try and see if it exists here...

When my car wouldn t start (due to a bad starter, I later found out), I called Mercedes roadside assistance number and was amazed by the level of service that followed. My car was towed (for free) to the Mercedes shop of my choice, issue diagnosed and part ordered all covered under warranty.
I was offered a loaner vehicle and was contacted twice a day by a service manager (Chad, from the Bellevue shop) to keep me informed of progress. Great experience all around thank you Mercedes of Bellevue.

Scott Glaser in sales was great. The sales manager was exceedingly condescending. Every bit of data and information he had was perfect and correct, every piece of data i had from Edmunds, KBB, Truecar and Autotrader guaranteed buy program was either outdated, incorrect, a ploy to bait and switch, etc. It was an interesting experience.

It's been one of those days.
My son had locked himself out of my car by leaving the key in the trunk. I didn't have an extra key. I called The Road Side Assistant and they said they can't come out until 6 pm. The car was parked in 4-6 pm no parking zone. I called the Bellevue Mercedes (formally called Barrier, now it's owned by Auto Nation) where I purchased my vehicle and explained the situation. I told them I wanted to call the locksmith to open the car and asked if the button will work to pop the trunk. The service rep confirmed that it would work. The locksmith came and was able to open the car but the trunk button would not work. I called Bellevue Mercedes back and I was on hold for 10 minutes until I was able to talk with the service manager Matt. I told him that one of his service rep gave me the wrong information and I had to pay $100 for the locksmith. He told me he was going to reach out to the Seattle Mercedes service manager to help me out. After waiting for half an hour, I called Seattle Mercedes myself. I spoke with one of the service rep and he reassured me that he was going to explain the situation to the service manager and get in touch with me. Few minutes later, gentleman name Pet from Seattle Mercedes called and said he will be coming out right away. He even apologized for the mistake and didn't charge me for the service!
I was quite disappointed with the Bellevue Mercedes because Matt, the Bellevue service manager never called back to follow up. On the other hand, I was very pleased with the Seattle Mercedes Service for taking matters with their own hands and helping us out today.

Pam Pugel is excellent. I was looking for a C300. Pam was very patient and found a car that is exactly what I need. She and her colleagues made buying procedure is surprisingly easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this dealership to any future buyers. I'm enjoying the driving experience now. Very smooth. Very comfortable.

The facility is what you would expect from Mercedes Benz... It's gorgeous. I had an A7 maintenance that took about 3 hours. The waiting lounge was comfortable, Wi-fi was working well, and they have a nice coffee bar to keep you happy while you wait. Cost was under projection and the finish time was just a few minutes over projection. I usually go to Seattle Mercedes because it's close to work. I'll visit here in the future because it's close to home.

My husband had to drag me to a Mercedes dealership, I thought it would be too expensive and the people would be snooty. Then we met Lorenzo Johnson. This guy is like walking up to a campfire, he s so warm and welcoming. He also knows what he s doing, which made him a pleasure to work with, and I knew within 30 seconds of driving a C class that it was the car for me. Even the finance guy was impressed with the deal I negotiated! The whole experience from the first moment through post purchase has been fantastic. Go see Lorenzo!

The sales experience takes way too long and is very inefficient. We were in the showroom over 2 hours and never even drove a car so we were pretty frustrated. Also when I picked up the new car it was an hour and a half from the time I got there just for the introduction to the same model I had just turned in so it was very unnecessary. There was just a lot of waiting around and not very efficient work on the part of the salesmen.

Planned service for my car was an oil change, which normally I do myself but every few years I bring into dealer to get the free annual inspection to ensure car is in reliable for my wife. Rick was my service advisor as Neil for some reason was not there (no explanation provided). Under Barrier ownership the service was really good and the advisors were both personable, knowledgeable and not pushy to up sale. Rick rubbed me all sorts of the wrong way as he had a work-up of other services the car needed as soon as I arrived for my appointment! This was all based on the last service record they had which was out-dated but frankly inspect the car first at least. Service wait area is very comfortable, clean and inviting but that s the extend of the good part of this review. The bad is I was told services and repairs the car needed that were simply not true. Spark plugs had not been replaced since car was new (2001). Not true as they have were replaced under 60K service but how was this determined? The air filter and cabin air filter were crumbling and falling apart. Really as I replaced the cabin air filter myself July of last year and frankly filters now a days don t crumple, they just get dirty (they try to make you fearful that the car is going to break or stop running tomorrow)! All car fluids were bad and needed to be replaced as again he said they had never been changed. Again not true as 60K service did this. It only takes one event to lose your trust and that was it. I will make the effort to take the car to MB of Seattle when future dealer needs arise. I am really disappointed as for over a decade we have been visiting this dealership, including Barrier Porsche. I will say that although Autonation has taken over Barrier Porsche as well, I still know the old staff and the service received was very good.

I just had a 40,000 mile service done on my ML 350. The service advisor did a wonderful job letting me know what would be covered, setting me up with a loaner vehicle and ensuring that my car was ready at a time that was most convenient for me. He was very courteous, efficient and professional.

I was helping my cousin find the right vehicle. Fortunately, she knew what she wanted but was having hard time finding the right car. We had contacted Mercedes of Bellevue and were promptly contacted by Anthony Ngo, who made it very easy and smooth. Within the hour, Anthony was able to locate the right car for the right price! We ended up setting up an appointment the next day. Anthony wasn't able to come in that day but had Jason Boullion help us when we got there. There were no surprises, and we were done within the hour! I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. And, of course, Jason and Anthony made it happen!

I visited Benz of Bellevue showroom to purchase a Benz C class. Right from the initial process till the time I got my car , the customer service was outstanding. My agent named Wenlu Yu clarified all my questions and came up with the best deal for me. Also, they spent time investigating into the car model that I wanted with respect to exterior / interior and they were able to transport my car from another dealer in no time. Wenlu and few other POC from the showroom answered my queries through text, call and were very kind with their responses. Great Work team and keep continuing this!!!

I had my annual service at this branch. I'm very satisfied on how Brandon helped me to explain the services my car needed, and answer my questions about the service and cost. He also provided me with couple of quotes about some parts I wanted to look into repairing and explained the process.
My only complaint about this branch is that they didn't have a loaner car that I scheduled for, and I had to wait like 25 minutes for Enterprise to bring me a rental car, although they paid for it.

The employees are very friendly. However, I just had my car serviced which costs over $800 and when I picked it up it hadn t been vacuumed or washed on the outside. Their car wash was closed because of the light rail construction so I can kind of understand not washing the outside of the car... but they don t even bother to vacuum the inside during an $800 service? Jiffy Lube vacuums for $21 service. I have purchased two cars here and I m doubtful I will buy another one from this Mercedes. Not a good Mercedes experience!

My wife and I had our best car buying experience at this dealership with Pam Pugel recently. Since we walked into the building, someone came to greeting us immediately, then arranged Pam to escort us for selection. My wife is looking for a coupe, but she's not clearly know what she really want. Pam was very knowledgeable and patient to introduced proper models to my wife, help her to selected a proper car she likes, and introduced us to service department for future services. The management of this dealer was wonderful too. Since we're the existing customer from the same dealership (AutoNation,) they gave us discount before we ask. We bought two cars from the same dealership's other brand in the past, the experience are total different. It's hardly to believe the two companies are belong to the same group. I strongly recommend Pam Pugel to anyone who want to buy Mercedes-Benz.

Both Sales & Service sucks at this center, make sure you visit the SEATTLE center for peace of mind.

SALES - They setup a meet up at a specific time in order to check out new models (Clinton Miller) & never show up. Just for courtesy someone else walks you around like you are there to window shop & not buy a car. You can come in some other time for a test drive is what they tell you, all this after having a scheduled appointment

SERVICE - You book an appointment in advance to begin with, no loaner cars in case you dont book 2 weeks in advance, and even for a minor problem they do no return your car on the same day and you receive non stop sms on delays & no ETA (Chris)

If this is how customers are treated I have no clues how you expect people to return to your center while there are others who are doing real good on all fronts. 5 stars for the SEATTLE MERC center on sales & service.

Malachi Lucey and His manager Bryan were phenomenal in taking the effort to explain the intricacies of Benz C class. Roamed around entire Seattle area and no other service was even closer to what was provided in Bellevue. They have a chunk of experience about the vehicles and processes to buy a car. Rude and arrogant salesman. We went there this afternoon wanted to test drive a C43 and a E400 coupe. Clint Miller was the salesman worked with us. He refused us to test drive the C43, then it took him 20min to crab the E400 coupe. We walked towards the car when we saw he parked it in front of the door, but he got off and said NOT YET GET BACK GET BACK

Then he wanted to sit in the front passenger seat and let us sit in the tight backseat because he needs to introduce some functions to the driver . I was shocked because I ve never seen any salesman let the customer squeeze in the back, so I asked: Do you mind me sit in front? He said : I DO. I MUST SIT HERE AND YOU NEED TO SIT IN THE BACK.

During the test drive, he kept telling us to stay on local roads. When the driver asked him if we can get on the freeway. He said: WHY? YOU DON T NEED TO DRIVE ON FREEWAY.

After the test drive, he told us if we want to lease the car, we have to pay off all three year s payment now. (Which is completely not true, we have no idea why he said it).

Conclusion, this salesman, Clint Miller, was very unfriendly, rude, arrogant and unprofessional. It was a very unpleasant experience. We are NOT going to buy this car from this dealer because of this. Although the car is pretty good.

I traded in my C300 here for a used BMW. I emailed the day before about the bmw and they had it ready for me to look at as soon as I pulled up. Didn't take me long to decide I wanted it and I was pre-approved already, but they didn't have a finance manager available til about an hour later. It was a long wait but the salesman, Chris Wright, made sure I had everything I needed during the wait and was very kind. For being a woman and by myself, I didn't feel mistreated or taken advantage of, and it was a smooth transaction with Chris! Happy with my purchase. Even a month later when I found a couple things not working, Chris made sure their service dept took care of me at no charge. The service dept was very friendly too, provided me with a loaner, and replaced the few things with no questions. I would happily bring my business back here.

Spencer was easy to work with, knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a new car was a delightful experience. Nancy was also extremely helpful the day we came in to drive the GLA. Spencer was in class and Nancy zipped around to find us the car and the keys for the GLA. If we had had to make another trip, that would have been unfortunate in the scheme of things. So, all in all, purchasing the car was a wonderful experience!

Very disappointed. My older model E320 needed A/C service check. M-B Bellevue service couldn't find any A/C leak or defects and recharged the system. On picking up my vehicle the next day, it was obvious the A/C still wasn't working (ie had completely lost refrigerant overnight awaiting my pickup). When they brought my vehicle out, they should have at least checked that the service I was paying for had restored it to working order!

They seemed very attentive to customers with newer model vehicles being dropped off, but I felt they weren't as interested in servicing my older model E320, nor in listening to my frustration that it still wasn't working. They seemed indifferent to the fact that I would have to take another day off work, arrange for a rental car (no loaners available), and return it for further service the following week!

I have had some routine service at M-B Bellevue previously, and the service was excellent, but that service consultant is no longer working there. I was not impressed with the service of the replacement consultant, nor of the service department in general, and will probably NOT use M-B of Bellevue for further auto purchases or service.

Worst buying experience ever. the manager was very rude in his approach. they kept going back on their committed price and in the end declined selling us the car as they felt we would report their behavior to Mercedes Benz.

If this is how Mercedes Benz controls their dealerships and if this is how MB Bellevue treats their customers, they will lose sales, cos frankly, they hardly have a monopoly in the business, and we have all the money to buy whatever car we want, from another brand or dealership.

We recently purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue thru their Auto Nation used car site. The experience was hands down better than any place we've been to before. The car was exceptionally clean, pre-inspected and all with a reasonable set price-no ridiculous back and forth over a few hundred dollars, like some dealerships make you do.
If you are looking for excellent customer service, then ask for either Clint or Matt and we know they will take great care of you! Here they have an awesome 5 day/250 mile "no questions asked" return policy. We actually did this, because we found a different car we wanted instead. Matt went the extra mile to run to another Auto Nation dealership and pick the car up for us-
Thanks also to everyone at Mercedes from management to finance and the service department too for the great job you all do!!

One of the most unorganized dealerships I've been to. Ever. I confirmed an appointment for Monday but when I got there the salesperson had left for the day. The person who helped us told us he couldn't access the keys since the technician had locked them away! I scheduled an appointment for the next day and got confirmation. I show up again the next day and they make us wait for 30 minutes trying to look for the keys again. 30 minutes later the salesperson comes up to us and says that they've sent the car away somewhere else! What a monumental waste of our time! Very inconsiderate staff.

Hi. I came in for an oil change with no appointment (totally my fault but my car was way overdue for an oil change) but Alexa helped me tremendously, calmly, and with no hesitation. Many thanks to her. I highly recommend rep Alexa because she also hooked me up with two non-expiring free car wash tickets because she didn't have time to get my car wash and because I had been there for two hours....such an excellent customer service in my opinion. Make sure that MB gives her a raise and also keep her as a long-term employee! :)

Absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience we've ever had. The sales representative we dealt with, Lorenzo Johnson, was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Lorenzo listened well to our purchase needs, was open to negotiation, and didn't pressure us on a purchase decision. We are extremely pleased with our pre-owned GMC Envoy Denali and the great deal we received from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue.

These guys don't deserve one star! Completely miss lead my family on the true condition of the car we purchased. 5 months later my wife is broken down in the middle of the hwy with my one year old son in a car that couldn't even be moved off to the side of the road. After having to direct traffic for and hour in the middle of hwy to avoid there be an accident we get the car to the shop only to find out this amazing car this dealership and there mechanic swore up and down was a great car and we would have no issue with. Turned out there were safety concerns that should have been delt with before the car was even sold! We were so excited to finally have found the car we wanted after looking for so long. We asked multiple times and questions about concerns we had and we were told everything is running and working great. Do yourself a favor and never purchased anything from these guys. They care nothing about you or your familys safety and the cars they sell. Putting my family in danger is unexceptionable and unforgivable. So I'm telling everyone if you value your familys safety don't go anywhere near this place!

2014 ML350 has 30,000 miles on it and the cam seal...

2014 ML350 has 30,000 miles on it and the cam seals and valve covers are puking oil. Dealer won't cover any of the expense because it is out of warranty. No vehicle should have this happen at 30K. This SUV has had to have a defective drive axle replaced, a entire steering column replaced and now this. I wouldn't recommend a Mercedes or this dealer to anybody.
Update, after reaching out to them they gave me a free oil change. Definetly would not recommend a Mercedes or this dealer.
