Unfortunately I never received a confirmation email from my purchase. The emails I sent have never been answered. Only discovered that my purchase was sent when I finally received a mail from the mail that my package arrived there. Logistical nightmare. Delivery process where adjustment is no longer possible. Ordered online, received track & trace after a few days and are ready to receive the package on the delivery day. Will the package return to Mediamarkt without an order from my side and without giving a reason? Package looks according to the photo (yes, I actually receive a confirmation of receipt of the return delivery by e-mail) undamaged so it can't be due to that. Media market called. Can not help me and refers to PostNL. Then get a telephone number from Postnl that is no longer in use. Called PostNL. Refers to Mediamarkt. Media market email sent. No reaction. Etc., etc. On balance zero point zero customer service from Mediamarkt. On balance also no sales for Mediamarkt, find my salvation somewhere else where I am appreciated.

The SSD (hard drive) was about to crash after 25 months. When I delivered to a branch, I received a payment overview for replacing the hard drive for about a week and a half. While the product is within the legally determined economic life. They are very difficult to reach by telephone and pretend that the manager is not there for a while, but this is never there. The call center employees and service desk employees in the branch cannot do much, just send an email to the repair team (who never responds). What a bad service! Wrong product delivered. Is collected with a lot of must. But my ordered TV is still not delivered. (because according to the system I already have it !!). So I paid 357 euros, which I don't get back because I don't send a product back. But I have not had my product at all.
Called 12 times now, every time a customer service representative on the line, explaining again and again. In the meantime had to take a day off because they would get my wrongly delivered product, but will not arrive.

Incredibly bad service! Touch screen of laptop defective. Sent on February 14 for repair.
February 26 received quote for the repair
February 27 quote signed return for repair
March 20, no message from media market yet, contacted customer service; parts are not available so laptop cannot be repaired (how's the quote then?) We are looking to send the laptop back to the media market branch and we receive a promise for compensation by March 24 at the latest.
Still called every day since March 24 .. so now March 29 still no laptop and no response

Samsung Galaxy Watch ordered from MediaMarkt on June 26. The promised delivery time is 1-2 days. MediaMarkt is the cheapest, so that was the deciding factor in choosing this company.
It is striking that I have to enter a lot of personal data. Even my phone number is required. Well, I will fill it in. Maybe it will benefit the service.

Today, 5 days after ordering, I see that the product is still not offered at PostNL by MediaMarkt. I decide to call customer service.

MediaMarkt has opted for the most annoying music on hold, probably in the hope that after a few minutes customers will be tired of hanging up themselves. I'm on hold for 8 minutes and 53 seconds. After this, the connection is suddenly broken. My blood is already boiling nicely at this time.

I call the same song, cursing, and after 7 minutes (again that annoying music) I get an employee on the line.

I explain that I have not yet received my product and ask what goes wrong. The employee asks a few things about other departments, but cannot tell me how long it will take and what goes wrong at all.

She explains to me that she can submit a request to another department. I will be called back within 48 hours by this department. I decide not to do this. Other companies, such as CoolBlue, Bol.com and Amazon can ensure that I have the product within 24 hours! Then I will not wait 48 hours for an answer from some department of MediaMarkt ?!

I still propose to cycle to the MediaMarkt store to pick up the same product there. This is not possible. The employee says that an order on the MediaMarkt website is not the same as the same product that is at the MediaMarkt, 500m away.

Then cancel the order. The employee cannot do this herself. How funny and cringeing at the same time, this is another department. They will answer within 48 hours whether the cancellation was successful or not. If the package is delivered all of a sudden, I have to refuse the product at the door.

In summary: MediaMarkt does not deliver products, does not think along and the service is of poor quality.

What can you learn from this: Although MediaMarkt is cheaper, it is better to pay a few euros more at CoolBlue or Bol.com. They can deliver (on time), and if something goes wrong there, they will solve it for you.

MediaMarkt is another customer poorer, and I have an experience richer. Till never!

On Ascension Day my WiFi connection of my phone no longer works, tied up for repair for a few days at Mediamarkt in Deventer and a week later I could pick it up again and when I got home the phone no longer works at all, tied up again for repair two days later , that would be the third time and employee said that the sale would be dissolved but she had to send the phone for repair, a week later I receive an email with the message that my phone will not be repaired because I myself damage the screen and that the phone warranty would immediately expire and complained to media market and they maintain that it is only debt and that I can whistle for my money, if I want it repaired I have to dive heavily while their fault.
conclusion: if i have picked up my faulty phone i will hand in my loyalty card and never enter the Mediamarkt Netherlands again, be warned and be wary if you buy something there because the service is pet

Media market once again makes promises that they cannot keep. Ordering before 11pm tomorrow is a promise that the media market has never been able to fulfill. You stay at home for that. I think from now on I will order somewhere else where they DO keep their promises. Then don't make that promise. This is simply deception. Delivery time is one of the reasons why you buy a product from a company.

- Contradictory and vague advice on the phone.
- May wait 2 days for the stove ordered without reason (ordering food online works fortunately).
- Strange stories on the phone with disinterested tone.
- Without excuse or acknowledgment error a message that is delivered between 08:00 and 22:00 (<- isn't this a sketch?)

Canceled with love and pleasure. We're not crazy;) Cool Blue fixed everything before confirming the cancellation. Not of this time guys, good luck surviving.

Very bad service.

Very bad service.

Fridge bought from Samsung. After 3 years defect, water at the bottom of the refrigerator. The first repair has to pay because it is out of warranty. Leniency scheme not valid according to MediaMarkt because it seems as if the hose of the melt water outlet was blocked, so overdue maintenance. I did not agree because the hose is behind a grille with screws and the manual does not indicate that you should clean this. Anyway, unfortunately.

But a month later, the same problem, water in the bottom of the refrigerator, repairman comes by, neatly under warranty from the previous repair. Again goes with the tube and the back wall. The hose turns out not to be the problem because it has already been cut open.

Unfortunately a month later the same problem again, another mechanic, now replacing the entire back wall on the inside of the refrigerator. Again under warranty. CE-Repair does in any case receive 5 stars for service.

But unfortunately even after this repair after 2 weeks water again in the bottom of the refrigerator. CE-repair and Samsung determine by telephone that crediting must be made, so they simply write off the refrigerator, which is strange for a refrigerator of 3 years old. Anyway, this has to be handled by MediaMarkt and you guessed it, then the trouble begins.

Mediamarkt's proposal is according to the standard, I have to pay 800 euros extra to get the same fridge and the repair costs are still under overdue maintenance. Overdue maintenance, excuse me, this is clearly a faulty product! I just want a refund of my paid repair costs. This reason is nonsense and they know that, however, I will not get my repair costs back. They persist, which is of course very frustrating. This case couldn't be clearer and then right ...?

If I indicate that I do not have 800 euros for a new refrigerator, I would rather receive a redemption amount so that I can have the refrigerator repaired somewhere else, then you will receive an email stating that they will stop the crediting and collection of the old refrigerator. So check it out, no proposal, nothing at all.

I feel so very much taken in by MediaMarkt. I am now left with a broken refrigerator, without compensation and without repair. It is a shame.

So again, don't expect post-purchase service.

What a bad company to order and deliver online! Ordered a washing machine on Sunday, with extra service. On Saturday the washing machine was disassembled, and EMPTY emptied with regard to water .. an uninterested guy comes to the door on Monday, asks where he should be, points to the attic, he didn't seem happy at all, but hey most have the washing machine in the attic .. he arrives at the old washing machine (I am home alone, no knowledge of washing machines) he quickly turns the tap open and closed and says that there is still 1.5 liters of water in it and we we have to empty it and call old iron and bring the machine down ourselves. We must leave the packaging as we must keep it and the washing machine tap will not even be turned on! The washing machine turned out to be completely empty, except for a few drops, with the media market on the phone, but they blame us ... while this is not the case! After 2 days you get a message that nothing is being done and you can hang on the phone again for half an hour ... and you pay extra for that ... ridiculous !!

Ordered a telephone in August. Together with a case and protective glass. The package only arrived a week later. Case and protective glass were in the box, no telephone and no packing slip !!!
Called media market, phone and packing slip should have been in it. Report made and complaint submitted. They would figure out what happened.

Waited a week, no message, so I called back. Again the same story. I filed a complaint, probably theft within the company !! And then I suddenly got a refund, but not nearly what I paid for the phone. As if it was a licorice. They did something quickly to get rid of it. I had not even asked for a refund. I wanted the phone !! And now just a part just deposited. Who within Mediamarkt has an assignment for this ???

Very strange ... Lost money, received no phone and I never got back. Probably they were henchmen I had on the line or intercepted my complaints. So calling and submitting a complaint makes no sense. Media market, who can I go to solve this in a serious way? You apparently have an internal problem with theft!

Very bad experience with this company, where a Soundbar, as part of a larger order, simply "lost" (??). After that, a waterfall has a negative experience, from non-competent call center employees to shifting responsibility to carrier Dynalogic. Instead of being delivered within 24 hours, hopefully we can let you know something via our carrier within 48 hours. But again this is not met. And why would they, after all, the money is already in the account. Overall, for large purchases I would always go to a company that has the transport and delivery in-house, Media market has proved insufficiently reliable and expert in this. Incidentally, my product still has not been delivered and not even an update where the product would currently be ... a tip; anyway not under my TV.

Media Markt online, rough scandal!

Saved for a fridge freezer, TV and washing machine. Everything purchased online in the 20% discount weeks.

I only received delivery times the day after 22 hours per message. Because of this I had to thaw the old freezer in the late evening and at night. Fridge was defective and there were dents. A new one was only possible when the new one was first sent back, the same exchange could not, even if I had paid.

The TV was not delivered twice while I waited all day. 3x the deliverer dragged the box over the ground simply because he could not carry it.

Washing machine had a damage in the glass and the same story as with the refrigerator.

I broke my kitchen floor and had a hell of two weeks, in which I called 100x media market.

I only received empty promises about leniency allowances I never had and asked to send photos of the damage that I received as an answer that it was not within 24 hours, which was.

They do not place my revieuws under the products.

In the end, Media Markt Roermond ensured that I got a new washing machine and refrigerator, because my mother went there to solve the situation.

I have been treated horribly by these online club asos and strongly advise everyone!

Ps. I have still not received compensation / compensation or apologies.

First delivery attempt: broken because of faulty handling at MM distribution
Second delivery attempt: Got a message saying the order was sent out, it wasn't
Third delivery attempt: Different washing machine, no original packaging and broken again

Update:

Fourth attempt: Order again wasn't sent out
Fifth attempt: Order not sent out and delayed

What's going on Mediamarkt? Please allocate some priority and focus on service/aftersales rather than increase turnover en generate leads for partners. This is borderline kindergarden stuff.

Very very bad experience. Concerns online store media market!
It was a TV with Wall bracket and installation complete.
Everything that could go wrong went wrong.

1. TV delivery without regular "installation complete" by Media Markt. The TV was therefore taken back by courier, who had no order to install on the wall bracket. In the morning they came to the door and in the afternoon the door handle was delivered. We wondered how you can install this. Not so!

2. After a new appointment. Then a mechanic was at the door, but the TV had since been returned to Media Markt, while by appointment the mechanic would take it.
I had to re-order the TV myself online. After the order and my inquiry, because I no longer had so much confidence in it, the installation was again completely not in their system.

3. Another new appointment. The mechanic who came to install indicated that this TV could not actually be installed on a wall bracket. While this was bought in 1 package from the media market. This mechanic was kind enough to get suitable screws from the hardware store.

All those times that it went wrong Media Markt has not once bothered to contact me or to arrange compensation because I had already taken a day off from work twice.

Then had to go after the refund of the TV returned by the courier. On the new order of the TV, they had deducted the discount from the wall bracket that they had sent back to Media Markt.
All in all downright outrageous and took almost 1 month until everything was arranged!

Mediamarkt Amsterdam outlet failed to fix my Galaxy S10 even after a month. What's frustrating is they made it seem like they will order a new screen if I make the payment. They misguided me by promising that the phone will be fixed in a week.To make things worse, they opened the phone although they didn't have stock. Now I cold not fix the phone elsewhere since they opened my device. The smart bar team misguided me each time and the helpline number is useless. They have no provision to report this bad service anywhere. I need my phone to be fixed and I request the concerned person, to write to me.

2 products ordered on July 29 with a delivery time of 1-2 business days. Pick up at the store (Zaandam). Now I received an e-mail on day 3: "This way I want to inform you that there is 1 order from you ready in the store. It concerns the item XXX. We have seen that you have ordered the same two items but unfortunately we have but received one instead of two. Due to a malfunction in our system, you will not receive any automatic mail. " And soon after that an e-mail that they think it is a pity that I want to cancel part of my order. Yes, I also think it is very unfortunate that you only supply 1 item and therefore cancel my other item yourself. But okay, 1 item is better than none. So I went to the store on day 3 at 8:30 PM. It was already a bit of a chaos with each other at the service counter. Guys who had no idea what they are doing. It was finally my turn and of course ... they couldn't find my order anywhere. A boy looked at me in the warehouse and 'downstairs'. But unfortunately there was nothing there either. Eventually they had asked Engel but he only came to say bluntly to the boys I stood with: "Yes we don't have it. The stock is -2." Not really service to me. It was therefore around 9 p.m. and of course she wanted me to get away and go home (I also wanted to go home after a long day, but with my article (s)). That boy neatly asked for my details and said that they would call tomorrow (so today) as soon as they know more. My data is on a post-it and since they can still lose a large article, I think this post-it will disappear quickly. In short, no solution came up or mentioned and therefore not really customer service. I didn't feel like they were really going to do anything with it. I would like to hear a solid solution and my 2 products. Since it is still 'in stock' online to date.

1 star because I can't give 0. What a rotten company and as I read everywhere, I am not the only one with that opinion. Think you will soon be able to close the doors anywhere or work at Coolblue. July 20 ordered and paid TV, 21 would be delivered. Is still waiting for it after 10 days and without thinking of a solution. Worse, everywhere (mail, facebook, messenger, telephone, chat) you only get standard automatically generated messages. Pick up TV yourself in a shop suggested as a solution but NO, then REALLY CANNOT HEAR ... yuck

Bad company that commits fraud with false promises. Would definitely advise against this company. You better order from your local media store. Package ordered would be delivered next day. But apparently not enough capacity to deliver on these promises with a message that they don't even know when my package will be delivered.

I'm a little bit ready to write about the bad experiences about every MediaMarkt store I've been to. But I do think that everyone should be aware of the deeply sad service that this company provides. I have been to many locations in the country. Everything, really everything at this club is bad: sellers only have an eye for the sales, the repair department does not repair anything but put the customer away as a liar, the extra "service" you can buy does not mean anything: you pay for your laptop (whatever that may mean) and then you have to install everything yourself at home. You never know if you are an "independent" seller or someone from Samsung / Microsoft / Intel / Nespresso / Sony / ... Products are out of stock, products are broken. There is only a show model. There is no show model. There is a show model for sale at the same price. There is another model available at a branch 30 kilometers away ... MediaMarkt, just stop it. The consumer is finished with you after two decades. There are better alternatives, both online and offline. Some slightly cheaper, others slightly more expensive. But they all have in common that they put the customer on place 1, 2 and 3.

Highly disappointed by the MediaMarkt service!
It has been already one month since my order has NOT been delivered. I was contacting Customer Service multiple times and I was just receiving opposing answers and assurance that everything will be solved 'soon'.
It's already more then two weeks when they promised to give me refund but I haven't received my money yet!

You have just lost your regular customer.

War a company! Never experienced such a bad helpdesk and service device. In 2020 you expect something different. That electronics can show a defect in the warranty can happen. That there is a repair time is also understandable. Media markt does not comply with the delivery agreements made!
For weeks I have been kept on the line, first received mail that she wanted to deliver before December 24, despite the agreed date of January 15, 2020.
This date has also been confirmed in writing several times.
Now the media Markt has unilaterally canceled the order without consultation.
Have been getting my money back for quite some time, I need this to furnish my new home.
Don't get a good answer every time and money isn't coming yet.

afterwards it appears to have a wrong sticker so they can not deliver it again, they can only deliver after 4 days. Aftersale is VERY bad, Dec. 9. laptop ordered with Office package.

Laptop Dec. 10 delivered, no office package.
Div. called and e-mailed several times, the only thing I hear is waiting. It is busy at the back office department.
Now a month further and have not heard anything.

Zeeeeer Poor handling of something I have already paid and not received.

I ordered a product yesterday before around 11pm yesterday and is expecting it to reach me today. If you are unable to deliver it today, you should let me know early and with CLEAR AND BIG WRITING instead of having small little print somewhere in your website to disclaim yourself. This is so that I can decide if I should continue to shop online or BUY THE PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM YOUR SHOP. Waited for the whole day and then your customer service told me that you are understaff and my product cannot be delivered on time. DO NOT freaking sell a promise that you cannot deliver and stop wasting people time for no reason. Now, do cancel my product immediately and refund. I should have ordered from CoolBlue!!!

I bet that's the reason why you don't have a review button because your service sucks!
