What a bad service! Wrong product delivered. Is collected with a lot of must. But my ordered TV is still not delivered. (because according to the system I already have it !!). So I paid 357 euros, which I don't get back because I don't send a product back. But I have not had my product at all.
Called 12 times now, every time a customer service representative on the line, explaining again and again. In the meantime had to take a day off because they would get my wrongly delivered product, but will not arrive.
Never again!
