Logistical nightmare. Delivery process where adjustment is no longer possible. Ordered online, received track & trace after a few days and are ready to receive the package on the delivery day. Will the package return to Mediamarkt without an order from my side and without giving a reason? Package looks according to the photo (yes, I actually receive a confirmation of receipt of the return delivery by e-mail) undamaged so it can't be due to that. Media market called. Can not help me and refers to PostNL. Then get a telephone number from Postnl that is no longer in use. Called PostNL. Refers to Mediamarkt. Media market email sent. No reaction. Etc., etc. On balance zero point zero customer service from Mediamarkt. On balance also no sales for Mediamarkt, find my salvation somewhere else where I am appreciated.
