What a bad service at the MediaMarkt online, not reachable by phone and via the contact form no response. Through the chat function finally found someone to cancel our order. Unfortunately, the media market offers products online that are ultimately out of stock, and communication about this is not forthcoming. Very unfortunate and this is now the second time that it runs like this. Never for us a media market again.
