mediamarkt makes damage to my house upon delivery of white goods equipment but does not want to take the responsibility to fix it .. I have been busy for 6 weeks now to recover the damage made. But they still do not give at home and they put their problem on their carrier who also does not give home. What a terrible company this is anyway. Unfortunately, as a private individual, you are powerless against companies of this kind that continue to pursue a discouragement policy just to stretch in the hope that you give up.
