Just had a piercing and everyone was super helpful and just overall great

Ever since I got my first piercing here Ive fallen in love with the place.

Got a tattoo done two weeks ago by the lovely Niamh and she is absolutely fantastic, so talented, patient and kind. Could not recommend her enough! I liked her work so much, I ve booked another tattoo with her! All the staff working were super friendly and the place just has an amazing vibe to it because of the people there! Thank you

The shop is very clean and the artist are very friendly. There was a scheduling mix up from an ex-employee, but they work very hard and very quickly to accommodate us while we were here on a visit from the states.

Got a Tattoo with Fernando there about 4 weeks back, Professional, Clean, Exactly what I wanted. All in all very happy! Going back this Friday for more!

Great service, they managed to squeeze me in for a session during my brief visit, after hours even. Did some piercings while at it, also one of the best piercers I've had. Really fair prices for great results. 10/10, will be back! Thanks guys!

Highly recommend this place, I've always been made feel really comfortable, especially for my first tattoo when I was absolutely terrified! Great diversity of art styles from the artists so there's always an artist who suits what you're looking for. Getting my next tattoo there on Tuesday and I'm incredibly excited, can't wait!

I am obsessed with the two tattoos that I received at The Ink Factory. Zuzanna was my artist and she was nothing short of incredible. When I came in for my appointment, we worked together on the designs of my tattoo, with her being very patient and willing to adapt for my wants and ideas, and vice versa. She took my original idea for a "tiny house" tattoo and we turned it into a beautiful tiny cabin. My other tattoo was so much fun to see her get into, and I am so insanely happy with how both turned out. Zuzanna's line work and artistry are to be admired.

Would definitely recommend getting your next tattoo at The Ink Factory, and I can't recommend Zuzanna enough - definitely such a talent and a pure joy to work with. Love love love.

Very helpful and friendly staff , extremely modern and clean buildings, two locations in close proximity catering for all styles , can get a mop chop and a coffee too if needed , highly recommend . Guys do a lot of competition and charity work

I have gotten many piercings here, a few haircuts and will soon also get a tattoo. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the shop overall has a chill vibe. Besides the good vibes and great service, the prices are also very reasonable! If you're looking to get a piercing or tattoo, I'd definitely recommend Ink Factory :)

I ve gone to the Ink Factory for my first tattoo and so far, it has been a great experience. Everyone that I have dealt with are extremely helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions and they have also been very open and transparent about what my experience may be like. I didn t have to wait long for my appointment at all which added to the wonderful experience. Will update once I get it!

Update: I got my tattoo at the ink factory and it was such a stress free experience! They made me feel completely comfortable with it being my first one and it was a lovely environment to be in. I would highly recommend going here. And if I get another tattoo I will definitely go here, without a doubt!

Absolutely class. Got my 4th tattoo and first time at the Ink Factory, went in and had a consultation 24 hours later with Keith. Keith was really helpful and gave great input and ideas and understood into what I wanted to have done. The day of the tattoo was great, all the staff in the Parliament St place were so friendly and welcoming. The tattoo came out so much better than I ever thought it could, taking 12 hours total but it was well worth it. Look no further than here if you want to get inked

The staff and owners are amazing. I got a tattoo and the artist did exactly what he said he was going to do and the art work was beautiful, however, the tattoo was missing some style for me. Another artist added some artistic interpretation and flare and now I have a piece of work I am so excited about. They really care about the happiness of their customers and will ensure you leave above satisfied. If I go back to Ireland, I will be sure to get more work done here.

I m from Virginia USA and was visiting Dublin with my sis, mom, and grandmother. I got a second lobe piercing in each ear and it was the best experience I ve ever had! I believe Patrick was my piercer. Quick, professional, CLEAN, healed quickly without any problems, and the least painful piercing I've had. Wish I could rate more than five stars! Keep up the great work!

Currently in the process of getting my second tattoo done with the Ink Factory. First tattoo (which was my very first) couldn't have gone any better. Everything is so professional and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They really do put you at ease at every step of the process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, my girlfriend got laser done here with Patrick and he's one of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet, the staff are so friendly listen to what you need and want, the artist are amazing I've been tattooed off German before and my buddy has gotten a lot of work done here off Iain, coffee is good, atmosphere is great it's like a big family, I'm really looking forward to my new tattoo in a few days.. If I could describe my consultation at Ink Factory in one word it would be professional. Professional, not in the sense that they were polite but slightly stuffy-no, they were accommodating and showed obvious knowledge about tattoos, that someone like myself wouldn't be aware of. I cannot wait to work with an artist further to develop my tattoo and to eventually get it. I'm not even an Irish resident but I would rather get my first tattoo here than any other place I've looked into anywhere else-their work is detailed and well worth the money if you want a quality tattoo!

Been pierced here a good few times and I love the piercers they're so nice and friendly along with all the staff, also got my first ever tattoo done by Agne and the experience was great and the tattoo itself is beautiful, I love her work so much that I'm now going to be getting a big piece done soon by her.
So yep highly recommend the ink factory! Wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing and also has some of the best tattoo artists in Ireland atm

The guys in here go above and beyond. I know it can be nerve racking to get a tattoo and piercing but they really put ya at ease and you feel like you've known everyone for years. Been here twice in the last month for three piercings. Very professional, clean and strict with covid guidelines as well as being extremely good value.
Chello and Sean were both my piercers. Both asked permission before their apprentices watched the piercings, who were equally as friendly and professional.
Kept a calming conversation the whole time and keep a completely relaxed environment. Will recommend to everyone!

Went in as a walk in appointment and was treated so nicely and my tattoo is perfect ! They used 2nd skin which has made my tattoo have ZERO itching or scabbing . It s only day 4 and i feel like my tattoo is almost healed !

I was really nervous, as I have other tattoos that were really painful and/or I was unhappy with, but from the consultation to the actual tattoo day, I felt like I was in safe hands. To start WE would love to say a BIG THANK YOU to all the team. They received us with a coffee on arrival while we were designing the tattoos, as me and my husband wanted the same tattoo.
Our Romanian artist was excellent, very patient with our requests and changing one time and one hundred the design if it was necessary.As he said he was here to make our dream true.
During the tattoos we didn't have much pain, he did it very well and the final result is even better that what we expected.
He gave us very good ideas and I have to say that what we wanted was a bit complicated because of he size and the colors we wanted but even tough he did a super great job.
We will make a new appointment and we would like to have our artist again helping us with the designs.
The shop is extremely cool and even better the people who works there.
We will repeat and it will be with them.

The Ink Factory is a super hip and happening place on the quays - punks, indie kids, alt babes and hipsters alike all flock there for their cuts, ink and piercings (and coffee!). They do a sick fade and their piercers are the only people I now trust to put holes in my body. Very friendly staff and professional service. Really stoked to be getting my first tattoo here !

I got my tragus pierced recently in another spot. Five days later it had swollen so much that it was nearly encompassing the piercing and it was constantly throbbing. So I went into the ink factory and they had to replace the bar as the bar initially used was too short and didnt allow for swelling. It was excruciating but they were so good to me and did it for free

I've been here numerous times for both tattoos and piercings, I really couldn't recommend it more. The staff are so lovely and helpful, the shop is spotless and has a fantastic atmosphere and there is some unbelievable talent at hand to give you exactly what you want!
