Very bad service:
- Contradictory and vague advice on the phone.
- May wait 2 days for the stove ordered without reason (ordering food online works fortunately).
- Strange stories on the phone with disinterested tone.
- Without excuse or acknowledgment error a message that is delivered between 08:00 and 22:00 (<- isn't this a sketch?)

Canceled with love and pleasure. We're not crazy;) Cool Blue fixed everything before confirming the cancellation. Not of this time guys, good luck surviving.
