Few weeks ago, we arrived to take a look at the 2018 White Lexus with red interior and Amar was there to help us right away. After test driving the vehicle, I was really interested however, I found a few scratches and was not sure if I wanted to buy it. Amar went above and beyond for me and said everything will be cleaned up considering they just picked up the vehicle few weeks ago so nothing was done. He even said the things I did not know will for sure be fixed, replaced or cleaned up. We made an offer the next day. What I really like about him is that he is not very aggressive with sales. He is patient with his customers and he makes them feel very comfortable when looking to purchase a new vehicle. It was a great experience buying a new vehicle from Amar. He was very knowledgable and guided me to compare the price from all around in Ontario and it was true, I could not find a better deal than what was being offered. He is a top sales consultant at this dealership. Even though we could not bring the price a bit down because the price was already discounted for the 2018 vehicle, he was able to give me a much lower interest rate and more value for my trade in vehicle and once again putting brand new parts to the vehicle to make it look like it is a brand new car! After getting to know Amar more, we actually became friends and I know I will definitely come back to him again to buy a new vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, he surprised us with a bow. He said if there is anything wrong, he will get it done. This shows that he really cares and put his customers first. He provided excellent customer service and he has a great sense of humour. He is great at what he does and I recommend anyone who is looking to buy or lease to reach out to Amar! Anthony is part of the management team and was very professional. He approved everything and went above and beyond as well.
