A Lexus of Richmond Hill service staff very BAD at...

A Lexus of Richmond Hill service staff very BAD attitude telling customer can not park there without telling a customer where to park with service appointment.

As shown on the picture, no sign saying can not park and not blocking any cars or traffic. There are cars parked there.

Asked the staff " I have a service appointment, where should I park? " The staff walked away without answering.

As a Lexus dealership staff, the service should telling customer in polite way and be nice. Don't like this Lexus dealership service staff. I was trying to find parking space besides the car. (Please see the pictures)

I found that Lexus Richmond Hill was told me to replace HID headlights ballast in order to have headlights leveling balance.
It doesn't require to replace to be leveling the headlights.

Ballast is for "regulates the current to the lamps and provides sufficient voltage to start the lamps."
