The service department is great. The sales department is pretty arrogant. Got 3 Lexuses and none of them from them although it is the most convenient location for me. Why? Because of attitude and their deals being inferior to other Lexus dealerships such as Lexus Barrie and Lexus Downtown.

The wife and I purchased a 2013 Lexus ES 350 From Kumar.

Absolutely the worst service, dishonesty, integrity, and the worst after sales service.

We negotiated a deal where in the first year, all oil changes were covered by the dealership. When I asked how many, the assistant used car manager Kasra (who's no longer there, surprise!) said "unlimited." I advised him that I do like to change the oil earlier than what the manufacturer recommends, just to keep the engine healthier. To which he said "all covered by us in the first year." In order to close the deal, we asked for another $1,000 off to make a customer for life. He went into some room, came back after 10 minutes, and told us to meet him half way; and he offered one extra oil change instead of the $1,000 discount. We agreed because he made sense of explaining that they did not have the room to discount the vehicle further. I asked him to put this into the contract, in writing, to which he responded "no need, we leave direct note in our system, which I have done already, and they'll know what to do when you come in. This is how Lexus works." We signed the contract and purchased the vehicle.

Not even a year has passed, and already they are not honoring our deal, because there are no notes on the system or the contract!

I have the dispute launched with head office!

A word of caution: ANY DEAL YOU MAKE, ENSURE YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING ON THE SALE BILL! (i.e. how many free oil changes)

Imtiaz is an amazing sales person. Buying a Lexus can be an overwhelming experience but Imtiaz made it very easy for us. He balances the needs of the customer with his dedication to his profession and company with equal amount of energy. I would unhesitatingly recommend all folks I know to buy a Lexus through Imtiaz. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. . So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I give it a 0 Star if I could, as they do not deserve even one star at all.

After spending over 2 hours on negotiating the deal, we agreed on the number. However when I was passed onto the business manager I noticed that the numbers were wrong, and I told him that what not what we agreed on. He became outright rude and told me that it is not his problem. So he called the sales manager, and he said he cannot give me the manufacturer rebate because if they do, they will not be making enough profit. They took a one thousand dollar deposit when we firm up the deal so I told them that they will have to refund the money because they backed out on the deal. Sure enough it took them a long time to refund, and the business manager tried to pull a fast one and give me a declined refund as proof that they refunded the deposit.
After another 30 mins of "trying" to get a refund, I finally get a proper refund.

I end up buying my Lexus else where the next day.

The team was very helpful in ensuring that I found a vehicle for myself and my family that met what we were looking for - a vehicle that was safe and reliable. The value for cost was excellent, and I could not find a better deal anywhere else. We are very happy with our purchase. Since that time, I helped a family member buy a used Lexus from Lexus of Richmond Hill and they are also very satisfied with their purchase and experience. I will be looking to this group first with future vehicle purchases.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and had a great experience. I had been car shopping for the past month and had visited 3 other dealerships prior to this one. Lexus of Richmond Hill was a far better experience and I felt like I was being taken care of. Go see Jay Ramandi, he was super knowledgeable and honest.

I had a truly great experience with this process and Jay was extraordinarily patient as we looked at numerous cars, eventually finding me a great one! This whole team is incredibly professional and I would encourage anyone to go check them out!

Richmond Hill Lexus really???

Disappointing level of service!!! After 12 years of leasing cars from this dealership, decided to buy out the Lexus we had been leasing. Unbeknownst to us, if you have the vehicle certified at your own mechanic; the dealership will not roll over the ownership. Instead, you are penalized and must pick up the ownership at the dealer and line up at the MTO to have it changed over. You do not have the use of your car for several days until the MTO has confirmed the change. On calling Lexus Corporate offices, they advised franchises can do as they wish. No standards?

Nonplussed! Would not recommend Lexus or Richmond Hill Lexus Dealership. Nice thank you for 12 years of patronage - high end car; low end service!

My CT200h is not yet 8 years old but with over 330 000km I know that there will be challenges. The advantage of having my car serviced exclusively at this dealership is that the staff turnover is relatively low and they get to know us by name. There is that real commitment to caring about customers and that is seen at the front desk, I call it the Starbucks experience. I appreciate them always arranging for me to have courtesy car, always calling/ texting with an update, always doing what they need to do to resolve the issue. I can t say enough about the customer service provided by Carolina and the team! Thank you

Got a really good deal on my 2017 ES-350. My sales rep Gary Coombs was very helpful, courteous and professional. He and the credit manager offered me all the extra options (additional warranty etc.) but did not push me to get them, which made me very comfortable. I will for sure go back to them for my next Lexus purchase.

Don't bother with these guys ... Their finance man...

Don't bother with these guys ... Their finance manager Ricky Wong promised me they would inspect the vehicle before I take over the lease. When I got there I found out they didn't bother inspecting the vehicle. Since then he has been ignoring several of my e-mails.

I paid 1000 bucks for their "Titan joke protection" I went to inquire about putting in a claim and my e-mails have been once again ignored by their customer service. I have been going through Heffner Lexus since . Way better service and their customer service reps always reply. Honestly save yourself some time and don't bother with these guys. I am 32 and bought over 13 cars so far but never felt like I was talking to the wall.

The entire sales team judges by looks and so no one approached and when I look around they pretended that they were busy o avoid eye contact.

I turned around and left this dealership and Lexus as a previous Lexus owner.

Was thinking of purchasing a GX460 and luckily we were in the area so we stopped by LoRH. I was greeted by the friendly and very helpful front desk lady who got us Andrew (Sales) to help us out.

I explained to Andrew what we were looking for and he took the time to show us 2 GX460 - one in white and one in black. Andrew offered us to take the SUVs for a spin and we loved it, he took the time to explain everything to me but i already knew all the specs haha. Andrew was very patient with me as he answered all my questions and concerns with the vehicle. Andrew went out of his way to make sure this deal went smoothly plus got us alot more extras then what we were thinking of getting :).

When it came down to the paper work and financing Toulla (FSM) was very friendly and helpful to us, she went through everything with explaining packages in a detailed manner. Toulla also went out of her way with Andrew to get a special gift for us when we picked up the car (thank you :D)

To sum up this review, LoRH is an amazing dealership who will take care of you weather your in for a service or buying a new/used vehicle. I will be back soon to purchase my dream SUV LX570 :)

5/5 for dealership, 10/10 for Andrew and Toulla.

Fadi was assigned to us and was a breath of fresh air in how he handled our questions and queries. My overall experience at Lexus of Richmondhill was amazing. My sales representative Luiza was outstanding. I had purchased a lexus once before, but the customer service is uncomparable to Lexus of Richmondhill. Every single detail had been broken down to me and when i had recieved my car, Luiza made sure to break down every detail about servicing, the car itself, the stereo system and all the features that came with the car. Even showed me what to do incase of an accident and all of my options. She put so much effort into making my experience there unforgettable and was kind enough to surprise me with a big red bow ontop of the car. Her service was amazing from the beginning. Horrible experience purchasing from Lexus rh. They didn't get things done right holding my fund over 2 months. I have tried to email the GM or customer service manager no one willing to reply. On the day I picked up my brand new Rx 350 L same day they called me back asked me to pay extra money. It's just horrible to buy a car here. Take your business to another Lexus dealership.

Received an email about vehicle due for service. Trusted and booked an appointment thinking it is an oil change as vehicle is at 25k. Never advised by anyone when dropping off the vehicle what was exactly being done on the vehicle even though it was clearly mentioned the vehicle was in for an oil change when it was dropped off. Another mistake trusting too much. Went to pick up the vehicle and was charged $93.60 + $23 for rental vehicle as it took them 5 hours to rotate tires. When I picked up the vehicle no one clarified again what was done. Had to ask the cashier what was done and then she stated tire rotation and inspection. Service was great till last visit but not sure what happened here. Worse yet when I complained they stopped responding completely. Bit sad to let your customer drop like this just because I brought a concern to your attention. Not to rip people off but be straight forward and honest. So that said when you go there ask exactly what is being done and if you are ok with what they are charging you then that's fine. Even if they are running around busy take your time and don't let them rush you. Very upset with the communication break down and just dropping the customer as I complained. Keep this up and you will always be looking for customers. Easiest ones to keep are the ones that are already at your doorsteps.

I always use LRH Service for any works needed on my car as I know I receive honest feedback and they will only do work that is required at a fair price. I trust them not to take me on!

Spent Saturday afternoon looking at a car and informed Robby the sales rep that I would return Monday after organizing some financials. Called Monday morning and told him I was coming by to purchase the car at 5 after work. Get a call at 3 that someone put a deposit on the car and it was sold. Bad business practice if you ask me, especially since I told him I wanted the car. If a deposit was all that was needed then I should have been informed and gladly put a simple deposit down until negotiations were finalized.

Well replied to Robin the guest service manager and yet to hear back from him. Looks good to reply on here but not follow through.

I went to Richmond Hill Lexus to look at a 2003 RX...

I went to Richmond Hill Lexus to look at a 2003 RX 300 that was being sold as is. Rod walked me to the vehicle. Right away his attitude was aggressive... so take a look inside and tell me if you want it. It s an as is vehicle so there is no room in the price. It s $7000. Tell me if you want it.

I asked to test drive the car. He states they never let people test drive as-is vehicles. We drove twice around the parking lot. I poked the accelerator for a second to gauge the engine. Rod yelled at me. Loud. In my ear.

I parked the car and commented that the engine light was on and that I needed to plug in a code reader to see what the fault code was. He said fine and walked away. The engine code turned out to be an O2 sensor. I opened the hood to look at the engine and noticed silicone holding a cracked engine cowling in place. Rod walked up behind me and yelled what are you doing .

I asked him why he was yelling at me and pointed to the silicone. He reached on to the engine cover and picked up an old headlight bulb. He shook the bulb towards my face and yelled at me again what s this . I replied that it was obviously a head light bulb and that someone must have left it there when changing bulbs. I then politely asked for a different sales rep. He returned with the Used Car sales manager who started yelling at me from 20 feet away you can t plug a code reader into our cars

I replied I can t believe you guy s are still yelling at me. You guys are unbelievable. I asked Rod if I could plug in a code reader and he said yes so yell at him . Rod claimed he was too afraid to say no to me . Then the used car manager shook the old lightbulb in my face and yelled and what s this .

I said holly crap, it a lightbulb that someone left on top the engine. Do you want to sell me a car or do you want to keep yelling at me.

I went to Rod s office. He said did Rod tell you the car has been in an accident ? I said no . He said, did he tell you it has been in four accidents ? I said no . He offered me the car for $6000 instead of the $7000.

I asked him to put a dealer plate on the car so I could drive it around the block. He refused. Then he agreed. When I went for the test drive several more serious problems became apparent.

Obviously, I did not buy the car. My complaint is not that the car was a mess. My complaint is the level of aggression towards the customer.

So this story ends with me driving up the street and purchasing a 2005 Highlander from Richmond Hill Toyota. The Used Car salesman was Bob. He was a pleasure to deal with. The Highlander was being sold as-is. We went for a test drive (no objections). Together we noticed a few problems and agreed on a price.

I don t want any of my complaints with the Richmond Hill Lexus Used Car Sales team to reflect poorly on Lexus. I bought two new Lexus s this year from Tony Graham Lexus in Ottawa. The car s are amazing and The people at Tony Graham are fantastic. My search for an old Lexus or Toyota SUV took me to Toronto because the supply in Ottawa is pretty sparse. My advice to Richmond Hill Lexus is to swiftly replace Rod and the used car sales manager and anyone else that treats customers so poorly.

Looking at other google reviews, my less than satisfactory experience with your used car sales team is not an isolated incident. These two individuals neither like nor respect customers. They don t belong in the same building as a brand so committed to excellence as Lexus.

In their own defense, they will likely make up a story about what a horrible customer I was. So I invite you to check in with Bob at Richmond Hill Toyota or Kevin at Tony Graham Lexus. I m certain you ll get some very positive feedback.

I hope you do the right thing for your dealership and for the Lexus brand.

I've bought my Lexus NX 300 2018 from here.
Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere is here.
However It's a bit far to me, but via my friend's, Payman Safaei, I came here.
I was very satisfied with my sales person, Archie Farrokhi, and finance manager Naz Esmaeili.
I found Archie a helping character in other issues also!

And for my last service visit I need to offer my thanks to John Yearwood who was my Service Advisor, and eased everything and provided a super service.

I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle at Lexus of Richmond Hill and was very pleased with the whole experience. Imtiaz Cheval was very professional and went out of his way to close the deal. He met me at the dealership on his day off on two occasions. The dealership repaired everything that I had requested and the car was in pristine condition. Thank you to Dillon from Sales and Jak from Service for making our family's first Lexus purchase and maintenance a great one. Dillion approached us in a very friendly and professional manner. He asked us what we wanted and he was able to deliver. Jak installed our winter tires on the car. The great thing is, not only did he just install the tires but he also made sure the car was in perfect condition. The car was clean both inside and OUT. He also wrapped my old tires in plastic bag and even put them inside the car. If anyone needs service done, go to Lexus RH and look for Jak, his service and customer service will not disappoint.
