My husband Eric and I found out about this wonderful dealership from an Internet posting of a Lexus that we were interested in. We spoke with Rod Roozbehani and he was so helpful and informative on the phone that we decided to drive the 3+ hours it takes for us to get to Richmond Hill. It was worth it!
Rod is the most knowledgeable salesperson we have met. He knows the Lexus product very well. More importantly, he takes the time to get to know exactly what his clients are interested in and what works for them. His commitment to his clients is very important to him and that reflects in the service he provides. To us, he is Mr. Lexus! Rod also made sure that we met everyone at the dealership who might be assisting us with our vehicle purchase and servicing, so we always feel very comfortable when we arrive.
