Michael Lopez at Richmond Hill Lexus was extremely helpful to get me out of bind with my ES350. Both my remote starters ran out of battery at the same time, so I was stuck as the parts department was closed. However, Michael was just passing by and went out of his way to replace batteries, at no cost and with smile. I am thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and customer care he provided. He has reinforced by confidence in Lexus.
