Krystal was great. When I arrived there for my appointment, she was waiting for me at the concierge. She is very professional and knowledgeable about Lexus. She helped me to get very good deal leasing NX300. I had visited Lexus on the park before, and was about to go there after visiting Richmond Hill location. She spent lots of time working out a better offer with her manager for me. Thus, I got the car from her. She also assisted my wife and I with setting up the car; explaining all the safety options. She even followed up with us after we picked the car, helping us to set up the car SOS option. I definitely recommend her to my friends and family!
