Purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Richmond Hill, in October. The Sales Associate was Archie Farrokhi and he was extremely helpful! He was very patient, respectful, and worked with us. He remained pleasant even when our infant became a little fussy. He was available any time we had questions, even AFTER the sale. When we went to pick up the vehicle he stayed late to meet us and took the time to explain the main components of the vehicle and set up our cell phones.
This is a testament to his commitment to make us feel like valued customers. It was an absolutely great experience working with him and we would definitely go to Archie again to purchase our next vehicle.
