This is the third time in 2 years our family came to buy a Lexus from consultant, Katie Kong. She had great attitude, and very knowledgeable about the product, and very dedication to customer experience.
I told Katie ahead of time, I was debating between ES or IS. Katie let me try both. The test drive was very thorough, no rush. I can honestly say, by the time I finished test drive, there wasn't anything I didn't feel comfortable about the car. Katie did a great job helping me to see the value Lexus deliver, again.
I bought ES350. It was the colour I like, the price I like, with the feature options I like. Just love everything about the car, the service and the experience.
