Lexus of Richmond Hill is absolutely the worst lexus dealership in the GTA in terms of customer service. Me and my dad walked in one day in hopes of buying a Lexus RX350. We were dressed quite casual, sweatpants and t-shirts and i assume no one took us serious due to our appearance. No one greeted us as we walked in and I had to walk around the dealership to find a salesman to speak to (they were not busy at all). I talked to one (forgot his name) and from the start I could tell he did not care at all for our business. We went to his office and he pulled up a list of available RX s. If i had not been asking questions, he would have basically stayed silent. Eventually he did show us one car and when we requested a test drive, he made an excuse and wouldnt let us test drive it, he sometimes would say that it might be too expensive and maybe explore other cheaper options which was very offensive. We made an offer and he disregarded it and made no attempt to counter it or even take it as a serious offer, we asked him to take the offer to the manager and he simply said we should make a serious offer first. After that horrible experience since the start, we decided this dealership did not deserve our business and go to another one. That same day we went to Lexus on the Park and it was the complete opposite; the best service from the start and took all our offers seriously and made a good effort in working with us. We ended up spending more money than originally planned simply because the service was amazing. Since then we have bought another vehicle from Lexus of Lakeridge. We will never return to Lexus of Richmond Hill and I actively tell my friends and fanily who are looking for a Lexus to go anywhere but here.
