I recently had my 2018 Lexus recalled for a fuel pump issue along with other requests at IRA Lexus Service department. I was extremely happy with how helpful Rick Chase, Service Manager was in taking care of the recall and my requests for service.
He made sure a had a very nice loaner car and called me when my car was ready to be picked up.
When I picked up my car it was fully washed and vacuumed.

I purchased my first of 15 Lexus cars in 1991 from IRA Lexus. I was very impressed with the car, the sales and service departments.
I must confess the service department did go down hill for a while, but it's nice to see that it's back as good as it was in 1991 if not better!

The whole experience was great. Despite having to leave the car at the dealership longer than expected, Dennis, the Service Manager I worked with, was extremely transparent about the timing and costs of the service to my car. I was also given a loaner car to use so I wasn't inconvenienced at all. My car runs smoothly and I have no complaints at all! Will definitely come back to Ira Lexus next time I'm around and need service on my car.

Horrible experience today. went in with interest in a specific car. sales person did not seem interested at all to show the car and show its features. He seemed uninterested in our business. didn't love the car after seeing it but would have looked at other choices as we were ready to buy something but was completely turned off. will never return.
These guys took care of me when my car had some issues with the shocks and brakes after a long road trip. The head mechanic came out and spoke with me when I dropped the car off, and made sure he understood what concerns I had. Then, after his guys examined the car, I got another call explaining what problems they saw. They offered me a range of options, with varying price points up front and helped me choose the best value option.
On top of all of that, they got the work done quickly, and had me on my way within 2 day. Very impressed by this efficient and professional operation, and I'll be back.

We bought our first Lexus over the summer. We have only had our GX 460 in twice. One for oil change and other for a blow out tire. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Repair and maintenance was done in a timely manner. Very easy to drop off and pick up. Although we declined they offered a loaner vehicle right away. We have a back up vehicle so we didn t need it. So far I am very satisfied with our service.
Best car dealership experience I've ever had. THANK GOD. I've done business with several Boston north shore area car dealerships over the years, and Sales Consultant Gene Porzio at Ira Lexus was the best. He was able to offer a very relaxed sales experience with no pressure at all, and was extremely accomodating as I changed my mind several times throughout the process. My sister also leased a car with the help Mr. Porzio days before I bought my car and she had a great experience as well. We both will be returning in the future.
My go to dealer since 2010. Just bought a new RX 350 to replace the same model I bought there in 2010. Chuck Festa, a really personable Sales Consultant, worked hard to get me a great deal on the 2017. I will continue to drive 50 miles each way to Ira for all the service on the new RX just like for the trusty 2010.

Again Jennifer was terrific. Had an early appointment and decided to wait for the SUV. About 15 minutes later Jennifer informed me that additional services were required. I stated that I needed to go to work. She immediately had a loner vehicle available and off I went. About 5 hours later Jennifer called me to say my SUV was ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the dealership she had all the paperwork ready and my vehicle was ready. Great service.

**PREPARE YOURSELF FOR A SHORT STORY**
Walked in and went to the customer service desk. Shortly after was greeted by Jake Summit. Jake was very friendly and professional. Showed us the exact car my father was looking for. Explained all the features of the vehicle and then we went for a test drive. My father was pleased with the vehicle so we sat down and started the process everyone dreads, the negotiation. Jake made us feel very comfortable and put no pressure on us. Long story short, the sticker price was 56k. We were asking 45k. Yes. That s very steep. The first offer from Lexus was 52k. We asked if they could meet us around 48k out the door. The sales manager, Victor came over and explained how that was a ridiculous offer and that 52k out the door was an amazing deal. After some conversing, he goes to say how my father and I had no common sense and that passing up on this amazing deal would be an idiotic move. We left. Jake and I kept in contact due to the fact my father does not speak English well. After about a week or so, my mother wanted to go see the vehicle and so we did. She was intrigued by the vehicle but could care nonetheless because it was going to be my fathers car and she had bought a new 2016 limited RAV4 last year. After my mom saw the vehicle, Jake brought us inside to sit down and see if he could still earn our business. After a short conversation, we worked out a deal and got a new 2018 RX350. This was a Sunday and the rmv was closed. Jake offered to deliver the vehicle Monday afternoon in which we accepted. Now the reason I gave it four stars was because of the sales manager, Victor, for saying we had no common sense for taking the previous amazing deal but gave us a better deal a week after. If you are going to come here, ask for Jake Summit. Superb professionalism and never pressured us into something we didn t want.

First, Brendan was very good, no problems with him at all. However, a great deal of service was recommended for my car which has 35,000 miles and I m wondering if over $2000 of tires, alignment, and several fluids are honestly needed at this time.

When it came to financing I told Jake I wanted to use my credit union. Finance kept pushing their financial program. I was told I would get a better rate going with them. I told them several times what my rate was at my credit union. I asked many times what Lexus rate would be. I never got an answer on their rate.
I was caught up with only going with their financing. I feel I was deceived in signing their financing documents. I admit I let my guard down but after two hours I became tired and didn t ask a last time what the interest rate would be. I asked again the next day for the paperwork and what the rate is I signed up for. Called Tom Wright (finance) in the morning and left a message to please call me on the rate. When my 2020 Lexus was delivered by Jake Summit, sales, I asked again what my rate was and for the paperwork. He called Tom Wright and finally got my answer. I was very surprised to hear my rate at the credit union was lower by a percentage point.
I believe I was never told their rate so I would go with their financing because they get a kick back. Again I take the blame for not following through with my credit union rate. But I do believe I was deceived.

Just shy of 5 hours waiting in an overly cool waiting room for a routine 6 month maintenance check. And I made an appointment. This is not good service.
Took the car in for service of the 60,000 miles the initial meeting with Dennis Pellegrino was excellent very professional Took the loaner car and was told that we close early on Friday I was in able to pick the car up on Friday if I wanted to clean the wall Arrived on Saturday morning at noon time in the car still was not really ready they said they couldn t wash it because it was something wrong with the car wash Waited 45 minutes for the car to be washed What has happened to the services at your dealership been going there for years....The car was not even dried off when he finally arrived it was very very cold out I knew the car was just freeze it soon as I pulled it outside it seems like nobody cared first time I ve ever experienced at it it s your dealership will think twice about coming back

Last week I decided to go to Ira Lexus, Danvers Ma. to look at former lease vehicles. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jaime De la cruz, a sales consultant who would show me a 2017 Lexus ES 350 premium package vehicle in the color that I was looking for. He was very polite, easy to talk with, and had all the answers. He allowed me to take the car for a ride and when I returned introduced me to Ted, the Sales Manager. I told them I simply wanted to look at the vehicles and possibly purchase in the spring time. I returned home and I thought about the vehicle which was in the pristine condition with low mileage. I returned that afternoon to discuss purchase options and pricing. Jamie suggested that I trade in my Toyota Camry and it made it very easy to finalize the deal at a very competitive price point. Two days later I picked up the car. Everyone could not have been more professional and pleasant. Most importantly, even though it was a former lease vehicle, they made me feel like it was a brand new Lexus. I would highly recommend Ira Danvers if you are looking for a Lexus vehicle. They are more than a 5 star dealership.
Brandon, the service advisor, was excellent! They did everything on time and kept me informed. The only knock on the dealership was having to watch The View in the lounge. I didn t appreciate seeing that garbage while waiting. Should have had a politically neutral show on.

Terrible service would NEVER buy another vehicle from IRA DANVERS LEXUS . I purchased my 2014 IS 250 from Danvers being told they had one of the best service teams. This is my second time experiencing an issue with their service department.
1.) was an issue with a fender recall. They called me to tell me my vehicle was all set after 2 weeks I had to not only take a day off or work but when I drove there my vehicle was not ready and would not be ready. Nothing was done to fix this issue
2.) this is my most recent issue. My rear window defroster causes my radio to static. I called the appointment desk told them exactly what was wrong was told initial diagnostic was free and courtesy vehicle was free so I schedule an appt today Saturday morning at 7:00. Drove an hour to the dealer to be shooed away by Tina and told to call a glass company and if I wanted a diagnostic it would be $150. All this being said without a single technician to be looking at my vehicle or to confirm the issue. So they made me drive an hour just to tell me something they could ve over the phone. Had the service manager call me to further discuss but he seems disinterested and did nothing to make the situation better but oh well can t change the past ALSO we have clients drive here for no reason all the time ... we on behalf of your other client thank you for wasting our time
Why would you ever want to buy a vehicle you can t ever get serviced properly. And not a care in the world from their management team about how they treat their clients.

I was traveling and was 900 miles from home when my check engine light illuminated. It was late in the afternoon and I drove to IRA Lexus and told them about my problem. The assistant service manager, Brenden, took my vehicle and had a service technician, Manny, run a few diagnostics. Within a half hour I was informed that there was a problem that needed attention. I was told the part required was not in stock; however, it would arrive the following morning. I was then provided with a courtesy car while my vehicle was being repaired.
The following morning I received a phone call letting me know the part arrive and the car would be available in two hours. When I arrived the car was ready as promised.
This is service at its best. Kudos to Ira s service team. This is why I buy Lexus vehicles.

Ira Lexus is where I do the majority of the work for my vehicle. I bought my car there used in 2016 (2009 Lexus is250 with 92,000ish miles on the OD) and have been going back since (135,000ish miles now). I was 21 at the time and now I m 23. I ve been working with Tyna Toek for well over a year now. She s absolutely wonderful, very well spoken, always has proper attention to detail when it comes to my vehicle and has information needed for the health of your vehicle. I recommend her 100% anyday to someone who s hesitant to bring their vehicle to a dealer. Plus if you schedule your maintenance you get a free loner car to do whatever else you need that day/days or if you decide to wait in the lounge it s very nice and brand new with free bagels, pastries, etc. Ira Lexus dealership and service center in Danvers is the real deal folks.

Great service - after car was left I got prompt phone calls advising me on what had to be done. And the service team - had good measures in place for social distancing and did a cleaning of my car - door handles, steering wheel / etc with anti-viral cleansing products. Much appreciated! And all staff were very pleasant.
