Not even worth the one start they lyed about the price of the stuff that was broke on the car said it was going to be about 50 bucks turns out it all ranged to be about another $1000 there was a hole in the window seal letting water drip all in the car when they washed it they had to of seen it witch they lyed again saying we check everything in the car. Just got off the phone with them and was rude tryed saying I'm a lier and what I'm saying is he say she say

They are nice people but not good for their word at all. They didn't do a single thing they said after they took my money, didn't seem to care. I dont believe I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have now bought two vehicles from McCurry Deck ...

We have now bought two vehicles from McCurry Deck and have never been happier with a car dealer! From our salesman, Mike, to Julie in the office, everyone was patient, courteous and kind. We have used their service department many times and have found them also to be professional and prompt. All in all it is a wonderful dealer to do business with!

Don t ever take your car to the body shop for repairs. Had my car way over the amount it should have took to be fixed. When I finally had to get real rude with the guy manager. He said to me that my car fell through the cracks and had been forgotten about then when they said my car was done and ready got to looking and the front bumper wasn t even attached so had to just drive away with it like that. I suggest never use them for body work.

I purchased my 2017 GMC Canyon from McCurry-Deck August 2017. The truck started having transmission shudder late 2019, but being that the dealership is an hour from my home I did not get in for service immediately. August 2020 the truck started losing power primarily when reducing speed or making turns. When I turn the truck will lose power, and I have to put it in park and restart. I called on a Saturday morning and Sales Manager Warren Huskins said bring your truck in and we will get it looked at Monday. They did provide a loaner vehicle to drive. Monday they called and said the truck is not losing power for them and they are waiting for their tools to be repaired so they can repair the shudder issue. Tuesday I got the same update. Wednesday they called with the same news. I had to leave town Thursday so I went to the dealership Wednesday night to get my truck. When I arrived Warren was out front. He asked if they got me fixed, and I vented my frustration that they were not able to repair the shudder and they did not experience the loss of power. He seemed nonplused and said nothing. I handed him the keys to the loaner, and I asked where to go to get my truck. He pointed off behind him and mumbled. I asked for clarification and he walked me to the service entrance. When I approached the service counter without missing a beat Ashley Honeycutt announced "I don't know if Warren told you but there is a $95 service fee for diagnosing the issue with your truck." Nope, Warren said nothing to me about a service fee. I protested and she insisted I owed $95 for the time they spent trying to find out why it was going dead. I refused and they eventually let me out for $57.67.
My truck continued to lose power after I picked it up so I looked into other service options. I took the vehicle to Boyd Chevrolet and they repaired the shudder issue at no cost as it was still under warranty. They kept my vehicle to test drive for the losing power issue, but they did not experience the problem. Boyd did not charge me for diagnosing or test driving.
So I bought a vehicle from McCurry-Deck and when I needed service they robbed me of $57 and did not fix the issue. I took it to a dealer that I have not purchased a vehicle from and have no relationship with and they took care of me at no cost.
From my experience McCurry-Deck's Service Department is comprised of incompetent crooks. Stay away.

I visited this dealership I came from South Carolina I called and told them I was on my way I got there and asked to speak to a salesperson he said he would be right with me I waited 15 minutes and started looking for him he was nowhere to be found. I walked outside and looked at a few cars and another salesman came up to me I told him the car I wanted to look at he proceeds to go get the keys and they couldn t be found so I looked at another car THOSE KEYS couldn t be found a side of that there was a older man in his office rolling tobacco there was a customer who needed help and I did not get that i am not slandering this specific dealership just I came out of my way Not knowing I would leave disappointment my experience was one I wish to never encounter again.

I thought this would be a bad situation. My car was acting up and was barely out of warranty. Ashley at the service desk was very helpful. They figured out what was wrong with my car and the manager got involved and go the repair covered for me. I did have to pay a small "deductible" but it was way better than what it could have been. Much thanks to the staff at mccurry deck for their help. You have earned a customer. I will be back when it is time to service my vehicle. Thanks again.

Not the experience I would have hoped for ..picked my car up after not having it three days ..and didn't make it ten minutes with the same problem...took car back and was told I'd have to repay the deductible ..also was told to drive the car home and to work with our them knowing what the issue was
William in the service department was absolutely amazing ..he picked my car up the following morning ..fixed the issue at no charge !

My 2016 Silverado has been in service now for 4 DA...

My 2016 Silverado has been in service now for 4 DAYS! to repair the windshield washer. It is still not repaired. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:45 it is now Friday 2:50pm and they still can't give me an answer as to when it will be fixed! I'm going to pick it up .....unrepaired and take it to another dealership. This is a warranty repair. Worst customer service I have experience in my 43 years of new vehicle ownership.

Third time buying from McCurry-Deck. We ran into troubles halfway through purchasing a vehicle that was out of the dealership's hands. Long story short the dealership, Scott, Paul and Eddie Revis took matters into their own hands and resolved problems that weren't theirs to begin with. As far as dealerships in our county go, they have our business for life.

Excellent and quick service. I came in for the first time to get the 22,500 mile service. Debbie took care of me right away. Left my car early in the morning and it was complete way before noon. I was told I needed an alignment and told them I'd do it in a couple of weeks. No hassles!

Had the car towed in overnight for a fuel pump, Serviceman started working on it and I called Monday of the start of the week, and was told car might not be done that week because guy wife had a baby, is he the only one there that can put a fuel pump in? Why do I have to go through labor pains for a week without a car ?? Well after review my car was fixed Tuesday by another mechanic, I supplied my own new fuel pump and was quoted a price by 1 of the ladies of $180.00 dollars to install, ok I go to pick it up and was billed 393.04 I do appreciate them getting it fixed ahead of time, but don't much care for the change of the price...

When 2010 F 150 was hit on the passanger side we were worried the truck would never look the same Thanks to the amazing work the collision center at McCurry Deck we not olny got our truck fix in great time. We have a perfect truck agian you cant tell there was ever any damage done to the truck .The service was outstanding with work with the insurance company,us ,and helping in the rental we need.We believe they went above and beond what most shops would do in body work and ,customer service .we would highly recommend them if you want your vehicle to look amazing and have a friendly polite experience.Thank you to all at McMurry Deck Moters who worked with us and worked on our truck...Thank James &Rhonda Schneider

The maintenance supervisor extremely rude unprofessional! For a small town I don t believe I would have rude and disrespectful employees toward there customers!

I brought my truck in for service they charged me all kind of fees when I had a $70 voucher from Chevrolet for tire rotation and oil change!!

I will definitely put it all over social media for people not to go to this dealership go somewhere else please!!!

Impressive quality and staff!

I bought a used vehicle from this dealer in May 2016. I was able to negotiate a fair price for it over the phone (text and voice).

When I arrived, the car was BETTER than the photos. It was clean and ready to go.

You know that feeling that you're walking into a sleazy cesspool of unease? None of that at this dealer. The staff were all super friendly, the sales process was great, I felt I got a great deal, and the entire process was very positive. They valued my time and wasted none moving forward on the paperwork process.

I am 80 yrs old and this is worst experience I have ever had with a service dept.. The car was towed in Sat. morning the 3rd of Aug. Made sever calls and visited twice and was told different stories each time.I called Fri.the 9th of Aug. and was told the car would be ready on Mon. the 11th ,called again on the 14th.and was told the car was ready but no one had called to pick it up.

The worst experience ever. We been working with Richard for two days, drove 4 hours. He didn't even come out to help! Sent a sale person out.. then to find out the Toyota 4 runner had bad rear end bearings and they refused to do anything on the price. The bumper was coming off as well. I asked to speak to Richard only to find out HE WENT HOME!!?.

Needless to say I didn't provide purchase as they didn't want to do anything out it.

I cannot speak for the sales department but the collision repair dept is terrible. A close friend was sent there by his insurance company, and he had to take the car back seven times (they even wrecked the car themselves one of times it was in their shop) until finally he had iAuto collision fix it one time. Buy a car from there, or have their mechanics do repairs for you, but go elsewhere for quality paint and body repair.

It's hard to find dealers these days that are so willing to go above and beyond for the customer, but McCurry Deck will make sure to give you that service every time!

Fiancee bought a car from there and was given a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. On the way home check engine light came on .They kept it 4 days and she got it back and drove it for about 7 days and now refuse to fix it. They also will not call back concerning this issue .Terrible service

I went into mccurry having had bad experiences at the bigger dealerships, i didn't have an 800 credit score but I didn't feel like it mattered with them. They worked to get me the vehicle I needed to help me take care of my mother who had trouble with my current car. I will be returning as long as they are around if I have any future needs for anything. Shoutout to Catherine and Chris for an amazing job and alot of patience and understanding yall are amazing and I can't thank yall enough.

Purchased a 2018 Suburban. It has been brought back to dealership 3 times for repairs- before I've even made the first payment. They still have yet to correct the problem. I've given them multiple opportunities to correct it and they have not done so. It is disappointing that I cannot support a local business because of their lack of customer service, but we will not be purchasing a vehicle from here ever again.

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from this dealership on May 21, 2019. Originally, my husband and I tried to drive to the dealership to purchase the vehicle the weekend prior but we were unable to make it due to an emergency with my son. So I called them the next Monday and explained to them situation that happen and the sales rep Chris advises that they could deliver the car for free since I already had my financing ready to go. I asked Chris right then and there if there was anything wrong with this car. He stated No this car is beautiful, your going to love this car. We proceeded with the deal and scheduled the delivery for next day. When the car arrived I looked the car over good and found that the back of the back seat was hanging off. I told the man ASAP. He climbed in the car and said it s just a snap see. As the seat appeared to be fixed. I signed the paperwork and the men left. My husband and I sat in the car and turned it on and begin just enjoying our new purchase. This was so big for us because we have a 19 month old son and we couldn t fit in my current car. ( my husband is 6 5) so we noticed there were marks on the leather (just dirty or something because it wiped off), crumbs in the cup holders and the cellphone holder, and mark on the top head liner. I told my husband Wow I thought with the money we spent they would at least detail the car. I text Chris the next day and advised him and even sent pictures and got pretty much a I m sorry and that s it. The customer service was just not there! So going forward about a week I notice my back of the seat was coming off again. I looked at the snap he showed me originally to fix it and it was snapped but the other side was still hanging. So I looked for a snap and no snap. Text Chris he stated it s just snap on the back of the seat, he called the local Nissan and they won t charge me to have it fixed. I text back ok great! Then I noticed my Bluetooth hands free phone system wasn t automatically connecting. So every time you turn off the car the Bluetooth turned off and forgets your info. So you basically have to do a Complete set up of the Bluetooth system every time you get in your car. I checked my manual and it said it was suppose to connect Automatically. I also can t get any of my phone contacts on the Bluetooth system either. So I called my closest Nissan dealership and they advise me that it will be $125 diagnostic fee but they could reset the radio and fix the seat for that price. so I called the dealership and spoke with Tom he advised that he would speak with the owner and get back with me. Well this morning I Received a text from Chris stating the dealership is not going to fix either one of them. This completely blows my mind being that I just purchased this vehicle three weeks ago from this dealership and was told that I have a three month warranty on this car. I have been told lies on lies. I will be filing a report against this dealership with consumer affairs and the BBB! I hope your experience is better than mine. Better have a mechanic fully check your car out before you sign that check because once they get the money they are through with you as a customer!

While I appreciate the owner responding to my review, it shows he was given incorrect information by an employee who was trying to cover his mistakes. I tried to reach out directly to Mr. Deck to explain what really happened but he chose to ignore my letter. Takeaway: he must be OK with the behavior of his service manager. Obviously, that is his choice. I will stand by my review and suggest to others that if they must have service done here, get EVERYTHING in writing first and do not trust ANYTHING they say without verifying it.

This review is for the service dept. Horrible experience to say the least. Took my car in for a simple software update for the nav system. I even gave them the correct GM service bulletin number to use. Incompetent tech performs the wrong procedure and turns a 30 minute procedure into a full day affair. Then they have the nerve to charge me for their mistake. Service manager William was arrogant and smug making one stupid excuse after another. With his attitude he is better suited to making calls for a collection agency.

My truck would not start in Ingeles parking lot. Called Ashley in the service department. She had a tow truck there in 20 minutes and they towed me in to service department. Battery was bad and they replaced for me. I was in and out within an hour. This is the best service I have ever had!!! Everyone was great and Ashley is the BEST!!!!

At first I thought this place was a winner until things went very wrong when I was test driving a car that I was interested in purchasing. I was in a car accident while test driving and the salesman named Mike Ulnar told me that the dealerships insurance would cover the damages. Well I went ahead and purchased the car not only because he said they would fix it but because it was a good vehicle. They gave me a loaner car to drive until they fixed the vehicle. To my surprise the next day I get a phone call from the maintenance people asking what was my insurance so they can start the repairs on the car. I contacted the owner of the dealership (Paul) and he apologized that I was misinformed by Mike Ulnar and said for me to let the insurance company to take care of it. I argued that the car was not mine during the test drive and my insurance wasnt even listed, he still said it would work out but sadly it never did. I filed a claim with the boys insurance who I was on the wreck with and the car dealership, they said that they weren't going to pay for it. If my insurance won't pay for it because the car was not covered at the time, the boys insurance won't pay for it, and then the dealerships insurance wont pay for it, where does that leave me? With a damaged vehicle that no one is willing to pay for, now I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I traveled an hour to Mccurry-Deck and regret every minute of it! Others may have a good experience but I sure didnt! I would have given them zero stars but the young lady who got my vehicle plate was very nice. I will not recommend this business to
any if my family or friends. I did contact the BBB qnd the Department of Justice in North Carolina but the dealership made it look like I just came and got my car without wanting it fixed. I just came to get my car because the loaner car that they gave us was due back in a week and none of the insurance companies wanted to pay for it. I pray mercy on their souls on the day of judgement.

***NOTE*** Penn National insurance is the car dealerships insurance company. I filed a claim through them as well as my insurance and neither are paying for my vehicle to get fixed. So the owner keeps saying let them handle it but they won't.

Very nice people and quick turn around. Everyone is super friendly and know how to make a customer feel welcome, especially Ashely at the service desk. She was super friendly and helpful. I wish everyone was as friendly and helpful as her. If anyone needs any vehicle maintenance i suggest you go to McCurry-Deck and see them. They will welcome you with a nice smile!
