I was traveling and was 900 miles from home when my check engine light illuminated. It was late in the afternoon and I drove to IRA Lexus and told them about my problem. The assistant service manager, Brenden, took my vehicle and had a service technician, Manny, run a few diagnostics. Within a half hour I was informed that there was a problem that needed attention. I was told the part required was not in stock; however, it would arrive the following morning. I was then provided with a courtesy car while my vehicle was being repaired.
The following morning I received a phone call letting me know the part arrive and the car would be available in two hours. When I arrived the car was ready as promised.
This is service at its best. Kudos to Ira s service team. This is why I buy Lexus vehicles.
