Assistant Service Manager Jennifer Perry was very polite and acknowledged me when I arrived at the dealership. She explained what service included and how long it would take. She already had a loaner vehicle available for me. Great experience.

Another great experience. Jennifer is a pleasant person to deal with. Again a loner vehicle was available when I arrived at the dealership early. Promptly contacted me when the service was completed. A great person.

Once again Jennifer was terrific. Even when I arrived early for my appointment she took time to assist me with my service recall and had a loner vehicle available. She contacted me once service was completed and all paperwork ready for signature when I arrived. Great experience and service.

Again Jennifer was terrific. Had an early appointment and decided to wait for the SUV. About 15 minutes later Jennifer informed me that additional services were required. I stated that I needed to go to work. She immediately had a loner vehicle available and off I went. About 5 hours later Jennifer called me to say my SUV was ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the dealership she had all the paperwork ready and my vehicle was ready. Great service.
