My new lease of my RX350L was done so smoothly and seamlessly I was amazed by every departments treatment and efficiency. From my sales person Gene; to the finance manger; general manger; tech person who walked me through all my new features and the service team that placed my bike hitch on, everyone was extremely nice, respectful and friendly and on point in each of their duties. I am new to the Lexus family and see why people are loyal to them. I never knew leasing a car could be so easy. I am definitely happy I joined the Lexus family. I love my car and look forward to my future dealings with Ira Lexus of Danvers.
