My experience with IRA is not unlike what I have experienced at other Lexus dealerships, where the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Mark was all of these and very efficient as well,. He got me in and out very quickly. Lastly, I am a huge fan of the new update app/site to see the progress of the work and approve additional repairs in real time. You guys ROCK!
