My experience at Lexus today was wonderful! The service I received from the rep Was courteous, helpful, professional, And knowledgeable. He was so accommodating and really so pleasant and delightful to work with.

I didn't have an appointment for this service visit. While in a mall parking lot I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start, I called Lexus road side assistance and waited for them to arrive. After 1 hour 15 mins. he arrived jumped my car, said I needed a new battery, but he did not have one. He told me I could buy one at Sears and have him install it. Then he came back and said he'd left his tools at home. I decided to drive home rather than waiting another hour for him to get his tools. As I was driving home I realized I was going to go right by the dealership, so I swung in to see if they could help me out. Gary Sussman greeted me and assured me he could help me out (I couldn't shut my car off, so he came right out to the drop off area). Then he introduced my to Jennifer Perry and she took care of my service. Without any appointment they assured me they could get the work done and done in a reasonable amount of time, and did exactly that. I was extremely grateful.

Always a pleasant experience going to Ira Lexus, with their knowledgeable staff and their extremely comfortable waiting area. The waits don t feel long and the explanations are always very detailed, only place I go for servicing my car.

Staff were very nice but definitely appeared stressed, I had an appointment for an oil change and it took four hours. I understand they were busy, I just wish I could have been given some warning that they were running that behind, and I could have come back another day.

I Can not say enough about the amazing experience I had with this dealership. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and EVERYONE was super friendly. I was nervous about getting approved and JOHN assured me everything was going to be great! Nick in financing went above and beyond to make sure I was somewhere comfortable as far as payments. Last week, my husband and I visited IRA Lexus in Danvers to look at late model used cars. We already owned a 2007 Lexus ES350 and decided to purchase another one. We were immediately met by Gil Beck who listened carefully to what we were looking for and very patiently showed us all our options. Over the course of several hours we drove, sat in and viewed many cars. Gil answered all our questions and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about all the cars. At the end of the day, we had not yet made up our minds and went home to think about our choices.
We decided to return to the dealership the next day to keep looking for that perfect car. The service department at IRA Lexus was very accommodating when we called to schedule a brake job for our 2007 Lexus for that very day. While our car was being serviced, we spend a second day with Gil looking at new and used cars. After falling in love with a 2014 ES350 demo on the showroom floor, we purchased the car and have been very happy with our decision.
Kudos to Gil for his patience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with him. He did not sway our decision in any way. Besides being a great salesperson, Gil is a wonderful storyteller!
Thank you IRA Lexus for a great buying experience.

All those Dallas employees ended up real morons. When I went to purchase my lease more than one sales manager tried to tell me that I owed milage $$ on top of the residual. I asked for the GM but was on vacation. Still a good product if you are very careful about getting robbed. I don t recommend buying a car here unless you bring a lawyer. I ll give it 5 stars for the great service department and follow up.

We called in advance to be sure the Lexus we were to purchase was still available where as it was a three hour round trip for us. We called at 10:30 that morning and arrived at 12:00 as we said we would. We immediately sited the vehicle and found lying on the seat a sold sign. A salesman was quick to greet us and informed us this vehicle was sold 15 minutes after our call. If this was true perhaps they could have given us the courtesy of calling us back- no they did not. In fact it was a bait and switch given the salesperson was anxious to sell us something different. We shared our disappointment with the salesman and they said please share this with our manager indicating to me they knew about this bait and switch as well. We didn t bother and headed back on our long journey home. The manager left us a voice message asking us to call him back but we chose not to waste anymore of our time with these folks.

To me, this is just as important as the luxury of the cars. My sales person was Mark Driscoll, who consistently showed professionalism and was always very pleasant. He took his time with us and answered any and all questions we had for him. We felt very confident in his ability and knowledge of the Lexus cars. Had an issue with my 2016 RX 350. Called Ira Lexus and they came up to Portland Maine. Gave me a loaner and took my car back to danvers. Called me 4 hours later with what the issue was and told me it was covered under warranty. Had the car back with in 48 hours. We have a Lexus dealer here in Portland, but will always take it to Ira. The buying process started for me three months before I actually purchased the car. I was already leasing a 2015 Lexus ES 350. My lease was up and Chuck from Ira Lexus in Danvers gave me a call 2 to 3 months before my lease was ending.

Chuck was very very easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and presented me with lease options. He even worked with me to negotiate cost and features over email and text. Chuck and his back office team were great to work with even when I wasn t the easiest to work with. I really appreciate the effort and time they put into making sure I was happy.

All in all, my experience at the dealership was great. But I'd like to give my two thoughts on how I would integrate Service and Sales to work together as one creating more opportunities and generating revenue. I walked in Saturday morning and told the service rep that I recently purchased the vehicle from a CPO dealer. I said I came in for service to get an overall inspection, state inspection, and an oil change. I also asked about items like; maintenance packages or oil change packages that I would be able to purchase through the dealer. He said "I'll need to speak with sales for that". All though he did tell me who I needed to speak with, but instead he should've said, let me connect you with one of my sales reps and they can explain all of the packages available to you. Here I am a customer willing and able to buy a "product" but because of the lack of communication between departments its misses many opportunities. This is only my opinion.

Initially, upon entering I asked about how long it would take to change the oil, check my tire which was plugged because of a flat that i got on my way to dr. Appointment and had no choice but to fix it and a noise I thought I heard when making a wide turn. I went At 11 with an appointment and didn t get a call about the car until 2:00 after which I had called At 1:30 and left a message about not hearing anything.
Was totally shocked with the 1200 in services I was told i needed. Tire extended warranty did nothing to assist me. I only took my free oil change and did not do the other work which I think is overpriced.
The service manager was professional and did explain everything to me but if I had done the other work I would have been there all day. So much for making an appointment.

I have had a few luxury brand vehicles in my life time. Porsche, BMW, Audi etc. I was always treated fairly well at those dealerships regarding the sales department or the service department. There is something about Lexus that I ve been trying to put my finger on. Especially this Ira dealership. It s that they treat you like a family member.. No pressure buying the vehicle, going over and above in the service department. Since owning my second Lexus, I have recommended Ira to many of my close friends and family. I will absolutely continue purchasing my vehicles from them.

I was glad to become a part of Lexus family at Ira Lexus Danvers Ma, but I must confess that their service is really really bad. Every time I come in for car service, they take hours to get it done. This weekend was the worst; i set my appointment for 8:45 and was there at 8:58am and left at about 2pm. They didn t care that I had two little kids with me. Bad bad bad, will not bring my car there for service anymore. Will look for a different Lexus dealer or will just get my oil change at Toyota which is much reliable.

The only thing I am giving 1 is because there is no zero on the rate otherwise this dealership is a nightmare for me and deserve Zero.
I am writing this by taking my precious time just because Anyone going to this place need to be awake.
Here is the story in a very short version.
My car didn t start when it gets there so I left it there hoping it will be fixed on the next day. Instead, I received a call and I been tolled that they spend more than two hours but unable to find find the problems, discussed with me that they need at list 4-6 hours more to find the problem.and I said okay, go head and find out and let me know my damage. After a few minutes I received a call again and they tolled me it gonna cost me about $ 900 dollar and mentioned the problem is 100% electric. I said go ahead and do it.After 3 days, got a call and been tolled the car is fixed but doesn t fell right when driven, so they need more time to find out why.At this time I was very disappointed but again I have no choice and said go head and fixed.
Just to make it short, after 2 days they called me and said they found three injections are not working properly, and need to be changed and it will cost me another $900. I said okay go head and change it.
Finally,after a few days I got a call and tolled that ,the car is completely fixed and it s on a very good shape,and ready for me to take it.I went there paid $ 1800 and ready to sign but I looked at their final note saying that only one injection was changed. I asked why? they said because they found only one to be changed. I did not argue.I Paid and going out to my car, when I get in my car, I saw the check engine was on.I went back to the office and reported that the check engine is on.I want to mention one thing here, they said they drove the car for seven mile for checking their work.At this time I was very upset and refuse to take the car they agree with my decision and I left my car in there.
After 4 days they called me and tolled me that the air filter need to be changed and that cost me $ 150.I said ok.Ask them to fix the problem and to give my car back ASAP. They waited for another 2 days And called me.At this time the service department manager made the call and he said the problem is not the air filter the problem is the throttle body and is gonna cost me another 900. He tolled me strait forward he needed an answer ASAP wether I want to them to fix the car or not otherwise he wants the car to be taken because it holds their space.
I was done and ready to take out my car out off that place because at this time I start doubting the safety of my car. I tried to explain everything for him since he is a supervisor.But he wasn t willing to understand and evaluate the situation, unable to negotiate about the unfairness ,the wrong diagnostic and time.
Finally I took the car without been fixed

Hope this helping anyone to think twice before you going out to this dealership either to buy a car or for repairing.

This was the best experience I ve ever had at any car dealership. I see myself working with them for a long time. I love my new Lexus (NX F SPORT) and I very much appreciate their willingness to make sure I ended up with the right car for me. I didn t feel any pressure at all. Dennis is always a fantastic help and actively tries to help keep cost down and reasonable. He tells you what is wrong and whether or not it is crucial to fix. They will not try and sell you on un necessary services, which is refreshing in today's world.
