I scheduled my service online weeks before, selecting a $100 set of services. When I checked in, however, the cashier tried to covertly have me sign off on a $300 service package. Fortunately I recognized this and then had to haggle back to my original services. I did not appreciate the sneaky upsell attempt nor having to make my decision twice.

Found myself with a dead battery on my wife s Lexus yesterday. Managed to get it charged, but called the dealership late afternoon and they suggested I come in first thing in the morning. Far exceeded my expectations at the dealership, from the Valet, to receptionist to the assistant service manager Mark, the parts manager, and the parts counter person, each and every employee treated me like a guest in their home and I had never been to this dealership prior. Battery was replaced and vehicle returned to me spotless exterior and vacuumed interior....outstanding lounge area as well. Very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism, they genuinely cared.

Yesterday was a third time I took my car to Ira Lexus of Danvers. Covered under CPO complimentary maintenance and still had great experience as always. My maintenance was done in a couple hours and having an opportunity to take a loaner vehicle made it easier. They are really respectful of their customers and their needs. Definitely gonna come back again in the future.
Excellent service and experience from start to finish. I came in for a recall and while I was there, Tyna went over some other services I was in need for. I politely declined, they put me in a loaner, called me the next day and I was good to go. Definitely first class Lexus experience!

David, the service manager was great. Even though service was great... The technicians should check cars thoroughly when service is completed.
When I got on the highway after picking my car from being serviced, I noticed the "Hood is open" alert. It appears that the techs did not close the hood Securely. There was a plastic piece that prevented it from closing properly. Luckily I pulled over in time otherwise I would have been blinded or caused an accident on the highway.
The routine service appointment at Lexus went smoothly and efficiently. The waiting areas were comfortable with drinks and some snacks available if you want to wait. There was also an option to borrow a courtesy car. The service provider reviewed the findings thoroughly at the end and asked about questions. A complete copy of the visit was provided with the bill. All done with a smile!

I always work with Jen coincidentally when I come in for service and she is friendly, knowledgeable, and always keeps me up to date with what is going on with my vehicle. She knows I have little kids so without even asking her she arranged for my loaner to have third row seating. She always goes above and beyond!
When I went to check out my car was promptly delivered and the man who brought it to me was friendly and personable and helped by throwing away a few things since I had my hands full with re-installing my car seats.
The total on my bill was off by over $100 but the woman signing me out fixed it quickly and printed a new bill thanking me for my patience and for catching their mistake.

I live in New Hampshire and have a friend who is my mechanic so I son't have to go to a dealership....I brought my car to IRA Lexus in Danvers for warranty work. I couldn't believe the service! They knew I wasn't a regular customer and they treated me like a king! Charlie Kaldes my service adviser and was exceptional. He knew I was there only one other time and I wasn't a regular customer, yet he was so friendly and accommodating. He even took pleasure that my could would be washed and vacuumed.....wow! People forget how important customer service is and treating the customer like a king. I left there thinking if I ever had to take my car to someone other than my local friend/mechanic, I would take it IRA in Danvers and see Charlie. And if i bought another car, I would go there because if they treated me that way in the service department, how would they treat me buying a car? Great I'm sure! Dennis Pellegrino is an amazing Ira Lexus employee; I prefer to drive an hour, to work with him, than switch to the Lexus dealership closer to where I moved. I trust him completely, know that my vehicle is in good hands, and always feel comfortable with his recommendations.
I brought my car in for a recall on the airbags. I pulled right up into a big garage and there were people there to help me immediately. They gave me a loaner car which was brand new. When I picked my car up, the inside was cleaned including the windows and it was washed on the outside and my tank was filled up with gas. It was a delightful surprise. The only reason I did not give them five stars what is due to the price of their recommended maintenance. For instance, they wanted $715 to change my spark plugs. The guy that helped me was named Dennis and was friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent experience

My car was brought in for an airbag recall and I asked them to find out why a fuse in the car kept blowing which led to no power in the car. They went out of their way to figure out the problem and fix it.

All of my experiences with Ira Lexus have been positive. Every time I walk through the doors Your staff a professional, welcoming, and very informative. One of the best parts about buying from Ira is the servicing but the vehicle is also an outstanding vehicle.
Recently moved back to the area after 6 years in Colorado. Brought my NX that is coming off a lease, in for a service and to discuss purchasing it. While initially frustrated that Lexus never shared with me that to purchase the car, I'd be without it for several weeks and would likely have to pay for new tires (even though I bought the tire package and paid monthly for it when I leased the vehicle in 2016). That was no fault of IRA Lexus.
Brendan in the service department was great and connected me to sales to get things moving on replacing my NX. I worked with Ann in sales and she was fantastic. No nonsense. She knew immediately what I was trying to accomplish, what my goal was, and worked with managers to get it done without the back and forth that can come when purchasing a new car.
I'm signed up for 3 more years and have a new car to enjoy in the process. Glad we found a great local dealer to work with going forward.

Very underwhelming service experience. I scheduled through the central scheduling agency for an oil change on the same day to get to the dealer to find out they most likely won't be finished until the next day because they are so backed up. Not the dealers fault, but wait periods could be addressed at the call in center. There was a smell I wanted them to investigate anyways and since they provide a loaner, I'm really bringing this up as the call center should advise when an expected quick service is not quick. The dealer called to authorize an hour of time to investigate if anything was in the blower. They called back later to say nothing was found and the next step was to take apart the entire dash which would be an all day job and while they wouldn't recommend it, they can certainly do it. I appreciate that they weren't advising it and agreed it wouldn't be necessary and picked the car up. When I picked it up, the interior car all weather car mats had puddles of water on them and the exterior mirrors had swirl patters like someone had just wiped them with a wet rag. Not a big deal, but also not what I would say felt like a great experience, certainly no better than going through an automatic car wash. I was also not given the "action plan" when I picked up my car and had to request it through email (the service adviser was excellent, he responded very quickly to a few different requests I had) and again, while not critical, it is some nice information and just shows lack of detail from the dealer that days.
Today I realized that the lower dash they took apart wasn't put back together properly. This was the final irritation from this service that spurred me to actually leave a review. The other things to me just felt like the service was rushed but really weren't an inconvenience, just didn't make me think their service was any better than any other garage or worth the extra effort to bring the car their. But now I have to take time out of my day to bring it back to them so that they can fix an issue they caused makes me concerned about what else was rushed and possibly missed during the service which at least luckily for me was just an oil change.
The only reason I'm not giving them one star is the free courtesy vehicle and the adviser was excellent and very responsive. I'm very underwhelmed by the rest of the service and the condition the car was returned to me in.

First rate experience. Both condition and price of the car was as advertised on carfax. We enjoyed working with Ann Schlanger who was knowledgable, friendly, responsive to our questions, and moved the whole process efficiently. The business office was understaffed on our day so had to wait a long time (well over an hour) to complete our paperwork but once in the office it was a smooth and quick process.

Second time in my last 2 visits Brenden has tried over selling something. I asked for inspection sticker, never told me until I got back to dealership that they could not do it. Made excuse that tires were an issue. Left dealership and went to a random gas station, no issue getting inspection. I feel he was mad that I did not authorize another repair that was not 100% necessary. In addition, I asked for a battery for my key, said he did it. Got home and tried it, never changed it, but charged me. Never again will I bring my car to him. He is way to focused on selling a service and gets attitude when you don t authorize. I easily could have gone anywhere for the oil change instead of over paying and not getting anything else I went there for. Never again!
Jennifer Perry was my service representative and she is always exceptional. I easily dropped my car off at the service terminal and was in my loaner car in minutes. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the process and explained my services in detail. When the time came for me to pickup my car I was in and out quickly.
I had an amazing experience with Ira Lexus in Danvers, MA. Everything was done on the high professional level with the easy scheduling, comfortable wait, slightly detailed and fully washed car and getting the high quality service done. Definitely I ll be back for my next service and would recommend Ira Lexus to others.
(Review adjustment from 5 stars to 3 stars since receiving a second opinion.). 3 stars for the loaner vehicle and for the agent who helped us (Jennifer). Convenient pick up of vehicle. Jennifer was very engaged and communicated effectively throughout the process via phone and email. Our car was recalled for an air bag issue. After replacing this, Lexus conveniently found about $4000 worth of work to be done. A second opinion provided a different outcome as to critical issues. The morale of the story- when in doubt, get a second opinion.

Brendan DeAngelis treated me so well and made my night. My car broke down and it was full of luggage and Christmas presents. I called a tow truck. They gave me a jump but said they couldn t change my battery because I needed to go to the dealer . I contacted Brendan and he immediately tried to help. He was calm and caring during a stressful and freezing cold moment in my life. He pulled a battery, set up a work order and I arrived 15 before they closed and I was on my way home 20 minutes later . with a new battery. He is a great asset to the company! Maybe a promotion is in order.

Made a 2oclock appointment over the phone to replace 1 tire that had a nail in it. Got to service at 2 noone seemed to be expecting me or have an idea why I was there. It has now been 3 hours ( lady on phone told me 1 1/2 hrs) I'm still here and still have to pay $350 for the 1 tire. If I had known I would be waiting this long I would have arranged a rental...

I bought my Lexus here at Ira Lexus and brought it in for it's first checkup here. Everything about Ira Lexus is great. The people are friendly and courteous and the service area is large with some goodies available. However, I went to another Lexus dealer, which happened to be closer to my house, for the next service. I regretted it. They misdiagnosed the issue and they were not nearly as warm and welcoming as Ira and did not even provide a courtesy wash.
I immediately returned back to Ira and they correctly diagnosed my car, fixed it, dropped off my car to me (all washed and pretty), all within a day! I will be staying at Ira for all future needs for my car...no doubt!
