Mike greated me, checked me in and went through the scheduled work. As it would be a few hours before work would start, he arranged for a loaner car.

Mike contacted me later in the day to review additional issues discovered by the service technician. I authorized some additional work which was completed the same day.

I picked up my car in the evening and Mike was there to check in the loaner car, review the work completed and get my car.

All service was conducted in a friendly, professional manner. Overall an excellent experience.
