My experience with Ira Lexus Service has been excellent. When dealing with Jennifer Perry a customer gets the feeling that your service is not just a process with which you must go through, but rather that you have a service advocate.

Great customer service whenever I visit IRA Lexus. Today turns out to be a really busy day so they ran out of loaner cars but they shuttled me to work in a timely fashion. Mike Walsh was extremely personable & made sure that he went over all the details of today s visit. He went over a few items that will need to be covered on a future visit which allows me to prepare for these services. I bought a new Lexus two years ago since I m comfortable whenever I bring my car in for a service.

Best dealership to deal with all these years, Tyna was Excellent as always and she has exceptional customer service! Tyna was on top of all my concerns and questions and kept me informed with my car. As always I m a happy customer with Ira Lexus and I know that I m in great care there! Looking forward to purchasing the RX in December

I want to personally Thank Mark Gordon and Emilio Rodriguez there customer service was beyond expectations and absolutely outstanding in helping me in every step of the way with my new Lexus RX purchase, I went to the service department the following week and met my technician Tom Middleton which I have to say he is always absolutely the best, he is always willing to help me whenever I service my Lexus vehicles and cannot Thank him enough!! He is just an extremely warm and friendly man with Outstanding customer service and he always puts a smile on my face! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the purchase of a vehicle...You wont be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience at Ira Lexus this morning. I scheduled service at the last minute and received excellent response from the service department without an all day wait. I m extremely pleased with the service provided. Mark listened closely to my concerns and addressed every issue . That s in addition to teaching me about valuable features on my car.

Jennifer and Vinny at the service department are both very helpful and kind. Jennifer is very attentive and fast with returning calls, setting up my appointment, and processing my paperwork. She s very friendly and a lovely person to talk to. Vinny is thorough with his work and made sure the problem with my car was detected. Honestly, this is one of the fast service departments I ve been to. I was in and out when I dropped my car off for regular maintenance and also repairs, in less than 30 minutes. The loaner vehicle was all ready for me to go immediately. Picking up my car and checking out was less than 10 minutes. I loved that! My previous experience at other service departments took hours or even half my day!

Very professional, great communication. Let me know what the status was on the work on my car, immediately offered me a loaner when it was clear that the time was going longer than initially thought.

They were very quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They were helpful and not pushy. They gave me the time I needed to decide. I felt respected and valued.

Extremely pleased with my service experience at IRA Lexus, Danvers. I was able to get an appointment at a short notice. Drop off/pick was fast, appreciate getting the loaner vehicle. Service manager Paul Calnan was great to work with. He kept me regularly updated on the status of my SUV and explained in detail all repairs needed and estimates.

I booked appointment for an oil change for dad that speaks very little english. Previously if any additional is required they would call me tofor confirmation. What he thought was a oil change became a 30k service. I think this is very unprofessional. This is my fourth Lexus with IRA and this has never happened before.

Nick G was very helpful, clear, and patient with me during the whole finance process of buying my car. I was extremely overwhelmed at first, but he really explained everything to me in great detail. This was the part I dreaded the most and he made it an absolute breeze for me. Highly recommended!

Problem was identified quickly and fixed. Rest of the car checked out. Some recommendations but no pushy upselling.

Called for a last minute oil change and, as always , Tyna took great care of me . Not only was she able to fit me in today in the time available but she also made additional car service needed a priority . Just leased a new IS300 F-Sport from Ira Lexus and am very happy with my car and my experience. The general manager, Willy Moy was extremely helpful and provided me with several options to help me select the deal that worked best for me. Normally you would expect a GM to pass these tasks down to lower management but Willy worked with me directly throughout the whole decision process. I would definitely buy from Ira Lexus again and recommend others to do so, as well !

Tried to add a bunch of maintenance that wasn t needed. I called Lexus USA, and my maintenance should have been 200 bucks. They wanted to do $1000 worth of maintenance , . Be careful.

As with my past experiences (this is my 3rd vehicle purchased through Ira Lexus), this was also excellent. My sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and well informed, and worked patiently with me to determine which Lexus vehicle was right for me and my family. There was absolutely no pressure, and yet, he was very attentive and solicitous of my needs. A wonder car-buying experience!
