Terrible service would NEVER buy another vehicle from IRA DANVERS LEXUS . I purchased my 2014 IS 250 from Danvers being told they had one of the best service teams. This is my second time experiencing an issue with their service department.

1.) was an issue with a fender recall. They called me to tell me my vehicle was all set after 2 weeks I had to not only take a day off or work but when I drove there my vehicle was not ready and would not be ready. Nothing was done to fix this issue

2.) this is my most recent issue. My rear window defroster causes my radio to static. I called the appointment desk told them exactly what was wrong was told initial diagnostic was free and courtesy vehicle was free so I schedule an appt today Saturday morning at 7:00. Drove an hour to the dealer to be shooed away by Tina and told to call a glass company and if I wanted a diagnostic it would be $150. All this being said without a single technician to be looking at my vehicle or to confirm the issue. So they made me drive an hour just to tell me something they could ve over the phone. Had the service manager call me to further discuss but he seems disinterested and did nothing to make the situation better but oh well can t change the past ALSO we have clients drive here for no reason all the time ... we on behalf of your other client thank you for wasting our time

Why would you ever want to buy a vehicle you can t ever get serviced properly. And not a care in the world from their management team about how they treat their clients.

They ll take your money and treat you like trash after spend it elsewhere!
