The technicians were very nice and very patient with me when I was explaining what was going on with my laptop (they didn't interrupt me by telling me what they thought was wrong with my laptop just so that they can get rid of me and go onto the next customer).
I appreciate the advise given to me and we (my husband and I) are also satisfied with the two product we purchased (Panda Security & PC MRI).

So far I am very satisfied with my experience. The member(s) of staff who dealt with the installation appeared very knowledgeable and were both helpful and very pleasant.
I had a particularly difficult installation of Google after viruses were removed. Every time I called with a question or problem, a tech took control of my machine and fixed it. Unfortunately it was a difficult transition to Google and it took many calls, but your techs helped every time, and ultimately restored my machine.
I had one problem with my computer and that was that it froze in normal mode. It did not freeze in safe mode. They worked on it for 13 days and now it won't even start. No one there has a clue! Please don't waste your money!
Following our first service with Advanced Tech and the instalation of PANDA security software, there were several issues that I had especially with the HP upgrades grinding away for many hours (up to 14 hours for a single upgrade). In addition, the computer was slower than it had ever been. I called for support and discribed the issues to and individual whom I could not understand (probably in India -- definately Indian accent). His advise was totally unhelpful. I sent a review of my experience and was contacted by Advanced Tech. I spoke to an American contact named GEORGE. He was most helpful in many ways. I described my issues and concerns. He was very helpful and polite. George took control of my PC and after a 2 hour repair was able to get rid of the bugs. He was concerned that the instal of PANDA security was the issue. Whatever the issues were it appears that my computer is now functioning much better. My wife is having the same issues after the first service to her computer, thus I will have her contact Advanced Tech support and ask to speak to George so that the issues with my wifes computer can also be resolved. We will see what happens over the next week or so. It has only been 2 days since George did his repair and I use my computer minimally.
Well they were extremely easy to work with, and did exactly what I wanted. They cleaned up left over bits and pieces of files, AKA Junk Files, and fixed Important system programs that had been damaged. They will fix whatever you want fixed, if you just ask. They also were able to remove some Trojans/worms/viruses type stuff that other programs had missed. Very good team of people.
It was a very positive, professional yet friendly experience.

I have had two. The first time is my computer would not connect to the internet. Amazingly, they fixed it. And then I somehow let a corruption creep in that kept coming up as an icon. They removed it and then speeded up my computer.

One afternoon few days after I subscribed my computer came almost to a stop. The CPU showed 100 percent busy. Not having long distance on my land line,I called for help from my cell phone. Cell service at my location is sporadic. Your tech and I could hardly hear each other. I asked her to call me back. She said she could not do that. I was close to furious, and asked her to take the issue up with higher management. I didn't hear back.
Whether your folks fixed it remotely or it fixed itself, I am unhappy with the way the issue was handled.
I called multiple times to tech. supp. I always talked to patient, understanding techs. I am totally new to computers and understood very little about them. They helped me cope with problems and to understand what happened. p.s. They also fixed my problems!

Beware this company was taken to federal court by the FTC. They had
been scamming and using deceptive practices to dupe many people.
I believe some of these positive reviews are written by the companies
CEO and so forth to try to cover up the many negative reports submitted
against them. Please research them and add the word "scam" after their
name. Also FYI, they have an "F" rating with the BBB. They were operating
under several names also. So do your research!
I have been a client of Tech support for six months now and they have helped me through several issues I have had with my computer. Their courteous "hands on approach" far exceed the support given by other "Service Suppliers" in this and any other industry. They are quick, to the point and get the job done.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing this commodity.

It took several tries over a couple of weeks to solve my multiple complicated issues, but they finally did it and I am very pleased with their service and availability.
Nothing more frustrating than watching advertisements pop out from the side of your computer screen, asking you to update your windows, scan your computer, great deals from Tesco to name one of many, buy from here, surveys about this and that all juggling for room round the screen whilst your computer is revving its head off totally confused.I'm now looking at a completely clear screen a nice steady hum from the computer and I was thinking of ditching it!

My computer was fixed. the tech who handled the request was very friendly and knew what he was doing. It was hard to tell if the computer was done being repaired. I personally have had experience with advanced Tech and was very pleased with their service. I would reccommend them for computer repair and service.
They destroyed my life. First they came late. Then they just took my computer to "fix it". I never heard from them again and they took all my documents. I guess they sold my computer.
Once I understood what was happening to my system as to what was I encountering financially now I feel That I have the best computer system now and resolving some of the problems that I have or had. I have the best antivirus that I possibly could get.

I am on my 2nd year with ADV TECH SUPPORT. They have always been available and fixed all of my issues appropriately.
I am not tech savvy, so having them on my side is a big advantage for me. I will keep using this group as it is affordable, efficient and I now have the best Antivirus software available. That alone is peace of mind.

The wait time between the moment when I saw a "Wait" message indicating that there was a problem getting to my webmail has disappeared. There are still a couple of software programs which need to be removed to improve the overall function of the PC.
I'm pleased to know that my laptop is now being monitored on a continuous basis to prevent malicious viruses infecting which could lead to an identity crisis. After talking to the support team and procuring several products they expertly installed all on my laptop and now as one support member said, "I've now closed the front door and the back door". In conclusion money well spent.

Although a little unsettling having someone else remotely doing things to my computer, the techs were very understanding about my lack of knowledge. The end result was that my computer seems to be running better I still have a frustration when my browser is loading.

IT is late March 2015 , and they just charged me $180 to install Panda 2014. Bit late now, but I could have down loaded 2015 for much less than $100. The "Advocate" said he'd call me back. I am not holding my breath!! Interesting................. reviews , negative............. that I read here two days ago, are no longer posted, including another of mine re overcharging and under refunding
Overall my experience has been positive. early on there issues, but all have been handled.
They do everything for you and are so knowledgeable. You get help the instant you need it. Haven't enjoyed a worry free computer until Advanced Tech Support. Great job.
It was great. My computer had picked up a pile of malware from a game site download .
It was completely useless. Slow , would send me to sites overseas and just would not run.
I gave them control of my computer and in 5 hrs they had repaired it back to original conditions as new ,gave me a report as to what they found and cleaned the whole thing .
Next morning my computer was like the day i first bought it and all my important documents were intact .I highly recommend this service

You cleared up all of my PC problems including the very slow problems, having had very many viruses that were not picked up by Norton Security, which up until that time, I had erroneously believed that Norton was a top product, having used their product for many years now. Advanced Tech Support were superb in helping me solve my issues and I plan to use their services for a very long time.
after spending 589.95 dollars to have two computers fixed I have had one done twice it is still as slow as before and still cant get a portable device to work .....RIP OFF

This company is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I paid $550.00 to get my laptop fixed on Monday night. Tuesday morning I called and they said it was done and I should by Anti virus for $300.00 - Panda. I said no but let me check my laptop out and maybe later. I checked my laptop out and it was still full of Malware and virus. They did nothing but rip me off. I called the next day and demanded a full refund of $550.00 and they promptly remitted it back to my account a few days later. WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF... The Panda antivirus is only $30.00 at Best Buy... IT's up to you if you like getting dupped.

Their prices are worth double what they charge, and you'll have the peace of mind knowing that if you have a problem with your computer all you have to do is pick up the phone and your computer problem will be solved. I have had this service for almost a year now and they have ALWAYS FIXED MY PROBLEMS no matter what. I will never give up Advanced Tech Support, because they care!
I have been an Advance Tech Support member for about 10 months. To say that I am dissatisfied with this company is an understatement. When they go to work on my computer, it takes them forever. Most of the time it does not appear as though anybody is doing any work on it. The last few times, the problems were relatively simple. .... My printer would not work. When they were done, and in each case might I add, a lot of software would not operate. In each case a problem had arisen with the registration number; I had to un-install the program, and re-install it. Then I had to go through the registration procedure with the software authors, such as
Intuit.
Then this outfit went into receivership. They took my money but I could not reach them to resolve a problem. Eventually they were back on-line. No rebates or anything. Not a word was said to the clients about the service disruption.
I cancelled my Advance subscription a few days ago.

I called for what I thought was a "small" problem with my computer. Needless to say I had more than a small problem. The tech spent well over one hour on the phone with me explaining the process and what they were going to do to fix my computer. It took less time than estimated to clean and fix my computer and I was extremely pleased. The tech was very knowledgeable and I opted to subscribe to the tech support. For a small monthly fee I can call for help whenever I need it or even if my computer is running slow and I think there may be a problem. I have peace of mind now when I use my computer especially knowing that help is a phone call away. I highly recommend it!
